본 글에서는 최근 기술가치평가에 적용되고 있는 조건부가치평가법(Contingent Valuation Method) 다속성효용평가법(Multi-attribute Utility Assessment) 그리고 조건부청구권가치평가법(Real Option Pricing Method)의 세가지 가치측정기법들의 특징과 조요 관련 문헌들을 간략하게 정리하여 소개함으로서 관심있는 연구자들에게 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 소개하는 방법론들은 환경재화의 가치측정기법과 위험도가 높은 에너지프로젝트의 가치평가기법으로 개발된 기법들로서 신기술이 가지는 특징인 외부성 등의 비시장재적 특성과 높은 위험도에따른 투자가치를 반영할 수있어 기술 및 기업의 가치평가 사례연구에 응용할 수있다.

This study intends to analyze the value of school forests, one type of urban forest. For this purpose, four attributes of school forests were investigated, considering ecological, educational, social and economic values using a conjoint model as the stated preference. Based on literature reviews, the levels of the four attributes were selected, and a questionnaire survey was given to 279 urban residents divided into 2 groups: those impacted by school forests and those not. The study results suggest that the most important attribute of school forests is economic value, and next is ecological, social and educational value according to the part-worth model. The fitness level of the model is 0.900(total group) which is very significant. As for the economic value, free and 1,000 won are more critical factors than the other 2 levels, 5,000 won and 10,000 won and air pollution purification and making the school landscape are more critical factors than small habitats and microclimate factors. In addition, regarding the social value related to residents' leisure activities，the utility of nature observation is higher than walking and exercising. Finally, for educational value, understanding nature's importance is more critical than the emotions and learning of students. The estimated WTP per household/month is 3,580 won, the group related to school forestsis 3,650 won and the non-related group is 3,540 won. Based on these results, the estimated total economic value of all households per year is 6,820 hundred million won. The group related to school forests is 6,970 hundred million won and the non-related group is 6,750 hundred million won.

가상시험장은 양질의 시험 서비스를 보다 적은 비용으로 신속하게 제공하면서 실제 시험시에 발생할 수 있는 새로운 시험공간의 확보, 안전문제, 오염방지, 민원등에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 기술로 판단된다. 가상시험장의 효용가치는 가상시험 결과와 실제시험 결과의 근접성에 의해 결정되므로 모델링과 시뮬레이션 기술 개발과 더불어 Ground Truth Data의 축적이 선행되어야 성공적인 가상시험장 구축을 기대할 수 있다.

The objectives of this study are to compare the levels of materialism with hedonic-utilitarian shopping values among 645 college students in Ulsan and Seoul, Korea; Columbus, Ohio, USA; and Nagasaki, Japan, and to analyze the impact of materialism on hedonic-utilitarian shopping values. As for the levels of hedonic shopping values, the students in Japan and Ulsan had the highest of all, whereas for the levels of utilitarian shopping values, those in Ulsan had the highest. For the levels of materialism, the students in Ulsan had the highest of all and those in Seoul had the lowest. And three scales in the materialism had a different influence on hedonic-utilitarian shopping values.

소비자 행태에 관한 신고전 경제이론을 통행수요의 분석에 그대로 적용하는데 문제 가 되는 특기 사항으로는 운임이외에 통행시간과 같은 서어비스 질도 통행수단의 선택에 영 향을 미친다는 점과 특정 두지점간의 통행에서 동일한 소비자도 여러 수송수단을 이용한다 는 점을 들수 있다. 본 연구의 주제는 이와같은 통행수요의 독특한 특성을 반영할 수 있는 소비자의 효용최대화모형의 설정과 이 모형에서 유도된 수요함수의 구조를 분석함에 있다. 상술하면, 통행시간 가치의 불확실성 아래에서 효용을 극대화하는 의사결정문제를 Stochastic Programming 모형으로 표현하였다. 또한 이 모형에서 유도된 특성 통행수단의 수요함수는 이 수단이 가장 유리한 시간가치의 범위에 대한 부정적분으로 표현되며 이 적분 범위와 피적분함수는 모든 경쟁수단의 운임과 통행수단의 함수로 정의됨을 증명하였다. 또 한 수요함수는 통행수요에 관한 통계분석모형에서 묵시적으로 가정되고 있는 통행수단간 대 체성(Property of gross substitute)과 대각방향우세성(Property of diagonal dominance)등의 특성을 가지고 있음을 보여 주었다.

Consumer researchers' growing interest in consumer experience has revealed that many consumption activities produce both hedonic and utilitarian outcomes. The personal shopping value also has both hedonic and utilitarian dimension. This article describes the effect of socio-economic variables and materialism on hedonic and utilitarian shopping value. 820 middle, high and college students in Seoul and Ulsan were surveyed. A moderate degree of positive intercorrelation between hedonic and utilitarian shopping value support the trend of consumption ambivalence. Materialism is positively related to hedonic and utilitarian shopping value. While age is negatively related to utilitarian shopping value, it is unrelated to hedonic shopping value. The mean scores of hedonic and utilitarian shopping value in Ulsan is higher than in Seoul.

The purpose of this study is estimating the value of recreation of the eighteen national parks in Korea. A conditional logit model and a nested logit model have been estimated for the purpose. The data used for the study have been collected via a national level off-site survey. In addition, the annual aggregate data on the number of visitors to each park have been combined with the survey data to derive more reliable estimates. The paper finds that there are substantial differences in preferences for mountain and marine national parks. Not only the value of each park but also the values of the main characteristics of the parks are estimated.
