최근 정부에서는 농업용 저수지의 노쇠화를 해결하기 위해, 이수공간 및 홍수조절공간 추가 확보를 목표로 농업용 저수지 둑 높이기 사업을 실시하였다. 둑 높이기 사업을 통해 추가로 확보된 저수 공간을 효과적으로 활용하여 홍수에 대비하기 위해서는 저수지의 홍수 취약성에 대한 정량적인 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 또한 기후변화로 인한 강우강도 증가에 대비하기 위해서는 미래 예측 강우량에 대한 농업용 저수지의 홍수 취약성 평가가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기후변화를 고려하여 둑 높이기 사업에 따른 농업용저수지의 홍수 취약성 변화를 분석하고자 한다. 기초자료 구축을 위해 기상청에서 제공하는 RCP 4.5 기반의 미래강수자료를 편의보정 하였으며, 둑 높이기 사업 보고서를 통해 농업용 저수지의 제원들을 수집하였다. 이를 바탕으로 농업용 저수지 유역의 설계홍수량을 산정하였고, 저수지 모의 운영을 통해 홍수조절효과를 분석하였다. 홍수 취약성은 IPCC (2007)에서 제안한 방법에 따라 평가하였다. 문헌조사를 통해 기존에 사용되어 왔던 지표들을 선정하였고, 본 연구에서 수행한 저수지 모의 운영 결과를 바탕으로 홍수조절율 등 둑 높이기 사업의 효과를 반영할 수 있는 지표들을 추가로 선정하여 홍수 취약성 평가에 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 둑 높이기 사업에 의한 홍수조절효과를 정량화 하고, 둑 높이기 저수지의 최적 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

수많은 정보시스템들이 기업 및 조직에 도입되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템들의 도입 효과 분석에는 많은 어려움이 따르는데, 특히 기존의 시스템을 e-business화 하는 e-transformation화 되고 있는 진행중인 시스템에 대한 평가는 난해면이 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 경우의 정보시스템 효과평가를 위한 모델 수립을 위한 탐색적 연구 결과를 소개하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존문헌 고찰을 통해 정보시스템 성과평가를 위한 모델과 방법론의 한계 및 이슈를 도출하고, 이를 극복하기 위해 EEM(E-transformation Evaluation Model) 모델과 방법론 구축의 필요성을 도출한다. EEM모델에서는 정보시스템도입의 현재 효과평가뿐만 아니라 현재에는 IT 효과가 일어나지 않지만 향후 정보시스템을 통한 IT효과측정이 가능하므로 측정대상에 따라 다각적인 적용이 가능하여 기업의 정책수립에 큰 도움이 되리라 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the usability evaluation contents based on the needs of different stakeholder's related to the usability of the product, and to derive the design direction and apply it as the evaluation standard by applying the product design based on the results. I created a stakeholder map for a fire detector product and identified stakeholders related to usability. Based on 3 factors(Physical, cognitive, emotional) of the usability evaluation, I conducted survey on the building users and the building managers who have different requirements. There are 12 directions (ease of installation, durability, maintainability, additional functionality, effectiveness, attractiveness, visibility, consistency of information, environmental harmony, consistency, Image suitability, reliability). Through weighted analysis of three usability evaluation factors, I found factors were ranked in the same order of importance, but they were different in importance figure. Based on the results of the survey, overall product usability aspects were improved but effectiveness and environmental coordination aspects needed to be improved.

현재 국내에서 주로 사용되고 있는 홍수기 다목적 댐의 홍수조절효과에 대한 정량적인 평가지표로는 유량조절률, 저수지 방류율, 저수지 저류율, 저수지 이용률 등이 있다. 이러한 평가지표들은 유입량, 방류량, 저류량 등의 자료를 단순 비교하는 방법을 사용하고 있는데, 홍수조절효과 평가지표 산정식에 사용되는 자료들이 가지는 불확실성이 평가에 고려되지 못하고 있으며, 다목적댐에서 얻을 수 있는 자료만을 사용함으로써 댐 하류 지점에서의 홍수조절효과를 평가하지 못하고 있다. 또한 수자원 시스템의 설계에 있어서 허용 가능한 부분적인 실패를 고려하지 못하는 등의 문제점이 존재하므로, 홍수조절효과를 정량화 할 수 있는 새로운 지표의 개발이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 각종 변수들이 가지는 불확실성, 댐 하류지점에서의 홍수조절효과, 수자원 시스템에서 허용 가능한 부분적 실패를 고려하기 위하여 홍수조절효과 정량화 지표 개발에 퍼지집합 이론을 적용하였고, 충주댐 유역을 시험 유역으로 선정하여 연구를 수행하였다. 대상 홍수사상으로는 2006년도 7월의 홍수사상을 적용하였으며 그에 따른 인자들을 퍼지화하고 시스템의 상태로부터 허용 가능한 부분적인 실패 영역을 구분하였고, 통합 신뢰도-취약도 지수를 적용하여 홍수조절효과 정량화 지표를 개발하였다. 적용 결과, 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 통합 신뢰도-취약도 지수는 저수지의 홍수조절효과를 보다 구체적이고 객관화하여 나타낼 수 있었다.

In this paper, a strategy of cooperation activities was conducted to analyze on the impact of what effect appears in teacher training. We classified with satisfaction, effectiveness and academic achievement as effects of teacher training. We were divided into three groups that are cooperative-reflection activity group using the SNS, self-reflection activity group and general training group. Depending on the type of reflection activity, we have one-way ANOVA analysis for the effectiveness of teacher training. By the results of the analysis, we found to have a positive impact that cooperative reflection activity group were more an academic achievement, satisfaction and effectiveness of training. Accordingly, we have found the SNS-based collaborative reflection activity is very effective in teacher training.

In preparing for future education, the need for software education is increasing. In addition to the content of operation, the assessment portion issues have emerged as an important area in software education. In this study, we wanted to look at the effectiveness of the learner-led assessment in software education through literature research and consider what this suggests to the schooling. According to a study conducted on software education for elementary school students, the student-led assessment showed significant effects on the improvement of students' creativity, problem solving, information literacy, and increased interests in software education. Further research efforts are requested to help the schooling prepare for future education through student-led software assessment.

Reviewing the previous researches related to SW quality, we find that they are mostly quality evaluation models for SW quality improvement and maturity-design models for software project management evaluation. There are few studies for the appropriateness of SW quality management by Quality Control(QC) functions. Moreover, they are bound for government's SW R&D projects in the view of the third party. Therefore, we propose means for the objective evaluation of SW quality management's appropriateness by QC functions. For this reason, there are three research proposes in our study as follows. Firstly, we produce problems for the evaluation of the existing government's SW R&D project management's appropriateness. Secondly, to overcome the drawbacks for the evaluation of the appropriateness of SW quality management, new appropriateness evaluation methods are proposed. Lastly, we investigate the availability and effectiveness of the appropriateness evaluation methods for WBS projects.

이 연구의 목적은 학교문화예술교육 지원사업 성과에 관한 평가를 통하여 정책과 제도의 개선방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 미국정책학회의 표준에 기초하여 정책평가의 접근방법을 반영하였으며 Dunn(1981)의 정책분석기준에 근거하여 효과성, 형평성, 대응성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 학교무용예술교육은 공교육내에서 가치 있는 효과를 내고 있었으나 형평성은 미비한 실정이며 대응성은 충족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 집행의 관점에서 방향성과 개선점을 시사하였다.
