The Mediating Effect of Authenticity in the Relationship between Emotional Disharmony and Life Satisfaction: Focusing on the Women Customer Counselor (콜 센터 여성 상담사의 감정부조화와 삶의 만족도의 관계: 진정성의 매개효과)

  • This study was performed to emotional labors of the relationship between the emotional dis-harmory and life satisfaction to find if authenticity take a role as a mediator variable. For this study targeting the women counselors us 197 people general public institution based in Seoul, to emotional dissonance scale partially modified by Hyuck-gi Kwon and Bong-gyu Park(2006); authenticity scale by Wood at all (2008), and life satisfaction measurement(Satisfaction With Life Scale; SWLS) developed by Diener at all(1985), was subjected to multiple regression analysis was performed to verify sobel for the statistical significance of the mediating effect. As a result was showed that authenticity is fully mediated of emotional dis-harmory between life satisfaction. The results implies that improving life satisfaction on a women customer counselor with emotional dis-harmony may help reduce accepting external influence, self-alienation and increase authentic living. Finally, implication and limitation of study are discussed.

  • 본 연구는 국내 제조업체를 대상으로 하여, 공급업체 선택기준 요인으로서 원가 요인과 유연성 요인의 적합성을 검증하고, 그들이 공급사슬 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는가를 확인하는 것을 첫 번째 목표로 한다. 나아가 IT 중 POS, EDI, ERP의 기술들이 그 과정에서 조정적(moderate) 효과를 나타내는가를 실증적으로 검증하고자 한다. 전국에 소재한 제조업체를 표본조사하고 조정적 회귀분석의 방법에 의하여 검증한 결과, 유연성 요인은 공급사슬 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, IT 기술들의 조정효과는 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 IT 투자의 '생산성 역설'과 관련이 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Verification of advertising star power effectiveness of retired sports players in Korea (국내 스포츠 은퇴 선수들의 광고 스타파워 효과성 검증)

  • This study attempted to provide basic data for efficient advertising model strategies of companies and advertising agencies by verifying the effectiveness of advertising star power of retired sports athletes in Korea. Therefore, retired domestic sports athletes selected those who were aware of advertisements selected as advertising models as samples, and 206 copies of data were applied to the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program to analyze frequency and verify reliability. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed with the AMOS (ver. 20.0) program, and the significance of effectiveness was verified. As a result of the study, first, star power had a positive effect on favorability. Second, favorability had a positive effect on advertisement consumption behavior. Third, star power had a positive effect on advertising consumption behavior. Finally, star power was found to have a greater direct effect on advertising consumption behavior, and favorability was verified to have a partial mediating effect.

  • 이 연구는 실무능력이 중시되는 맥락에서 유용한 능력기반 학습환경의 구축방안을 모색해보고, 그 효과성을 실증적으로 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 교수설계 패러다임의 발전동향을 토대로 능력기반 학습환경 구축원리를 도출하고, 이른 토대로 일반대학의 교직과목의 하나를 선정하여 구체적인 교수학습 환경을 개발하고, 기본적 실험설계의 틀에 그 효과성을 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 원래 해당 과목이 지향한 3개의 능력 중 2개 능력에서 실험집단이 비교집단보다 향상의 가능성을 보였다. 후속 연구에서는 이 학습환경 모형의 정련화와 아울러 효과검증 방법론을 보다 정련화하고, 표본수 증대를 통한 통계학적 검증이 요청된다.

Delegated Attribute Certificate Validation And Protocol (PMI 인증서 검증 위임 및 검증 프로토콜)

  • PMI(Privilege Management Infrastructure) certificates as well as Public-Key certificates must be validated before being used. Validation for a PMI certificate requires PMI certificate path validation, and PKC(Public-Key Certificate) path validations for each entity in the PMI certificate path. This validation work is quite complex and burdened to PMI certificate verifiers. Therefore, this paper suggests a delegated PMI certificate validation that uses specialized validation server, and defines a validation protocol which is used between validation server and client.

청소년기업가정신교육은 청소년기업가정신지수를 향상시킬까?: JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육을 중심으로

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년기업가지수를 활용하여 청소년기업가정신교육이 청소년에게 어떠한 영역에서 효과가 있는지 JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육을 중심으로 검증해 보는 데 있다. JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육 프로그램에 참여한 고등학생 124명을 대상으로 청소년기업가정신지수의 3개 영역(인지, 사회, 정의), 9개 하위요소(혁신성, 적극적 문제해결, 대인관계, 리더십, 공감, 위험감수성, 진취성, 자기효능감, 모호함에 대한 인내)를 교육 사전-사후로 나누어 대응분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육에 참가한 고등학생의 청소년기업가정신지수를 사전-사후 대응분석을 실시한 결과 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승하였다. 둘째, 청소년기업가정신지수를 구성하는 인지, 사회, 정의영역 중인지영역과 정의영역에서 유의미하게 상승하였다. 마지막으로 9개 하위요소에 대해 분석한 결과 대인관계 및 위험감수성 요소를 제외하고 7개 하위요소에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 높아졌다. 본 연구는 청소년기업가정신지수를 활용하여 교육의 효과성을 검증하고 청소년기업가정신교육의 바람직한 방향성을 수립하는데 필요한 객관적인 자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

The Effects of Perceived Value of Chinese Consumers on the Purchase Intention of New Energy Vehicles: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Innovation (중국 소비자의 지각된 가치가 신에너지 자동차의 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 혁신성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This research emphasized the importance of consumers' perceived value and verified the mediating effect of innovation in the effect of consumers' perceived value on the purchase intention of new energy vehicles. To verify this, a survey was conducted on Chinese consumers. The verification results are as follows. First, it was verified that environmental value, social value, quality value, and economic value, which are sub-factors of perceived value, all have a significant positive effect on innovation. Second, it was found that innovation had a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Third, it was proved that innovation have partial mediating effects in the relationship between environmental values, social values, quality values, economic values, and purchase intention. Finally, the implications of this study result and future research directions were discussed.

A Study on the Effectiveness of Teaching and Learning Strategies for Flipped Learning in College Education (전문대학에서 플립드 러닝 교수학습전략 효과성 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of educational evaluation with the application of flipped learning on undergraduate students' self-directed learning ability (cognitive domains, motive domains, conductive domains) and cognitive learning competency (knowledge and thought, creation, problem solving). An educational evaluation class, which applied flipped learning designed on the basis of pre-class, in-class, and post-class, was taught to 57 undergraduate students for twelve of the sixteen weeks of a semester. It was held each week on Thursdays for two (Ed- I don't understand 'for two'). The study results showed that, applying the flipped learning educational education class for undergraduate students improved self-directed learning ability (motivation domains, behavior domains) and cognitive learning competence (higher order thinking, metacognition, creativity tendency, problem-solving process). This study provides meaningful suggestions on exploring instructional design and effective teaching and learning methods applied to flipped learning.

  • This study investigated the role of organizational communication, culture and trust as a moderator of the organizational performance(the growth of production and quality improvement) and job satisfaction. Using data collected from 248 workers at 128 establishments in Changwon industrial complex, morderated regression analyses explored the proposed model. As a result, communication activity and organizational trust was found negatively to moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and quality improvement/the growth of production. And organizational culture was found positively to moderate the relationship between satisfaction and quality improvement. Implications of these findings were discussed.

  • RFID-based logistics is increasingly adopted in various areas of the construction industry as a technology that can improve effectiveness and efficiency of construction logistics. However, the technology is not widely adopted yet compared to the potential of RFID applications in the construction industry that the existing research has shown. Since the validation and verification of the benefit from RFID applications were biased toward the productivity of managers, more wide aspect of validation and verification is necessary. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to show how much impact the RFID-based logistics management system can have on resource leveling and allocation that have a direct impact on a construction project as well as the managers' productivity improvement that was shown by the existing research. This paper also discusses issues arisen during the test process.
