In future education, the paradigm of education is changing due to changes in learner-led and assessment methods. In addition, AI-based learning infrastructure and software education are increasingly needed. Thus, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of AI-based evaluation in future education by combining it with learner-led assessment. Using AI education and evaluation literature and Step 7 of the Learner-Driven Software Assessment Method, we sought to extract evaluation elements tailored to elementary school level in conjunction with the 2015 revised elementary practical course content elements, software understanding, procedural problem solving, and structural evaluation elements. In the future, we will develop a grading system that applies AI-based learner-led evaluation elements in software education and continuously demonstrate its effectiveness, and help the school site prepare for future education independently through AI-based learner-led assessment in software education.

대학의 목적 성취에서 행정직원의 역할은 증대되고, 그들에게 투입되는 인건비는 대학재정의 상당 부분을 차지한다. 대학 조직의 효과성을 제고하고 자원의 효율적인 활용을 도모하기 위하여 행정직원에 대한 평가는 거부될 수 없으며, 조직구성원으로서 감수해야 할 의무라고 할 수 있다. 행정직원에 대한 평가가 실시된다면 하위직뿐만 아니라 상위직까지 모두가 그 대상이 되어야 한다. 행정직원에 대한 평가에는 인적.물적 자원이 소요되고, 평가 결과는 대학의 인적 자원 관리에 많은 기여를 할 수 있다. 따라서 평가는 효율적.효과적으로 수행되어야 하며, 그 결과도 유용하게 활용되어야 한다.

웹사이트의 사용성에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 매우 많으며 또한 각각이 갖는 비중 또한 다르다. 이러한 점들을 고려한 웹사이트의 사용성을 예측할 수 있는 평가방법의 개발은 웹사이트 개발자 뿐 만 아니라 사용자들에게도 중요한 문제이다. 이러한 다중기준 평가에서는 대상 시스템의 전체적인 사용성을 효과적으로 정의할 수 있는 단일기준을 추출할 수 없기 때문에 다중기준을 고려하였고 그에 따라 가중치를 설정하기 위해 AHP 모형을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 웹사이트의 설계, 개발 단계에서 사용성을 평가, 개선할 수 있는 효율적인 사용성 평가방법을 제시하는 것이며 이를 위해 웹사이트의 사용성 평가항목 정의, 각 사용성 평가항목에 대한 세부평가기준 정의, 각 평가기준에 대한 쌍대비교, 가중치 산출, 가중치 종합에 의한 사용성 평가값 산출의 단계를 거쳐 연구가 수행된다.

본 연구는 검색의 궁극적인 니즈충족에 영향을 미치는 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인을 위한 연구모델은 DeLone & McLean(2003)의 정보시스템 성공 모델을 기반하였다. 연구 결과, 상호작용성이 지식 충족도에, 정보의 재현성과 정보의 최신성이 각각 지식 충족도와 사용자 만족도에, 그리고 신뢰성이 사용자 만족도에 유의적인 영향을 보여주었으며, 또한 지식 충족도가 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모델은 시맨틱 검색 시스템 성공측정을 위한 유용한 평가 프레임워크로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: The web based KRAS risk assessment support system to facilitate risk assessment in small businesses and provides an assessment model for each type of business. In order to help understand risk assessment, private institutions have opened and operated training in charge of risk assessment. It will present the effectiveness of education in charge of risk assessment and measures to improve and revitalize it accordingly. Method: Using SPSS 22 for 670 workplaces that completed risk assessment personnel training within 5 years from 2017 to 2021, the disaster rate was analyzed through correlation analysis and t-test by dividing groups of less than 100 people into groups of 100 people. Result: Hypothesis 1-5 are adopted and reject 5-8. Conclusion: It is possible to consider the organization of a curriculum according to the size of a company for corporate education with more than 100 employees and to enhance the benefits of recognizing risk assessment.

A two-lane highway has a high rate of head-on collisions, sideswipe collisions, crashes with an fixed object. This study was to analyze the weakness of a cross section and a horizontal curve in a two-lane highway and find countermeasures to improve the traffic operations and safety. This study evaluated the effectiveness of widening, curve flattening and superelevation, verified it with a case study and assessed the economical efficiency. This study selected the difference between tangent section operating speeds and curve section operating speeds as an evaluation index of horizontal curve section in a two-lane highway. The results indicated that curve flattening is the best way to improve the traffic safety in a two-lane highway. This study has implication that it provides the quantitative effects of curve flattening. Also directions for future study were discussed.

Gyeonggi-do has conducted bus management and service evaluation of bus operating company since 2005 under the law for promoting public transportation. The evaluation results are used for improving bus service, making policy, and estimating incentives to bus companies. A lot of cost and man-month are needed to evaluate bus management and service for bus operating company, and many companies are against the evaluation. Therefore, the effect analysis on evaluation system should be followed to maintain it. This research results in the evaluation system has positive effects through quantitative and qualitative analysis. The data of bus company's operation condition in 2005 and 2006 are used for a comparative analysis. From the survey result for the company, bus drivers, and administrators, it results that positive effects are predominant. The results of this research could be used for a shield against some criticism about appropriateness of the evaluation criteria and effectiveness of the evaluation system. For improving bus service, evaluation items and criteria could be added or adjusted based on this research.

This paper presents the methods of evaluating validity and effectiveness of informatization budget investment for e-Government, through the preliminary evaluation. the progress evaluation and the Post evaluation of the investment, and a quantitative evaluation model which improves conformance of IT ROI (Return On Investment) using the evaluation results. the right evaluation targets of informatization investment for the development project to GDOC(Government electronic Document Distribution Center), and KPIs(Key Performance Indexes) which is enable to evaluate objectively effectiveness in the preliminary and the post evaluation phases are developed, and according to using the quantitative evaluation model . improved effectiveness evaluation results for each index in the point of view of usage and innovation are come out.

최근 길어진 여름 및 이상고온 현상이 지속됨에 따라 심화되는 광노화 피부의 특징으로는 건조, 굵고 깊은 주름, 탄력저하 및 불균일한 색소침착 등이 나타나게 됨. 화장품 소재는 기존 광노화 관련 화학물질인 Retinol 등을 대체하기 위해 자연 유래 성분을 적용한 신소재 연구를 진행하고 있음. 흰목이버섯(Tremella fuciformis)은 흰목이목에 속하는 버섯류로 자실체는 한천질로서, 주름이 되어 갈라져 있거나 또는 귓불 모양을 이루고 있으며, 크기는 10 cm 정도이다. 중국에서는 보양식의 주재료로 쓰일 만큼 탁월한 항노화 효능이 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 흰목이버섯의 자실체에서 추출하여 정제한 β-Glucan의 성분 확인, in vitro 수준의 피부 항노화 효과, 동물대체 독성 시험을 통한 피부독성 확인 및 인체 피부유효성 평가를 통한 항노화 효과를 확인하였다. 흰목이에서 추출, 정제 후 Bio-LC를 통한 유리당 분석 결과 Mannose, Fucose, Glucose를 확인하였으며, Human Keratinocyte에 UVB를 조사하여 광노화를 유발한 피부세포에 피부 자극 및 탄력저하 인자인 IL-6, TNFa 및 MMP-1을 평가한 결과 농도 의존적으로 현저히 개선됨을 확인하였다. 또한 보습 및 피부장벽 개선 인자인 Filaggrin과 Involucrin 생성효능을 평가한 결과 매우 높이 생성됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 광독성, 피부감작성 및 안점막 동물대체 독성시험을 실시한 결과 무독성임을 확인하여 피부에 안전하면서 효능이 우수한 것을 in vitro 수준에서 확인하였고, 피부 홍반완화, 주름개선, 탄력개선 및 보습증가 등 광노화 예방효과를 인체를 대상으로 평가한 결과 유의적인 홍반완화, 주름개선, 탄력 및 보습증가효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 종합하여 볼 때 흰목이버섯에서 추출, 정제한 β-Glucan은 in vitro 수준에서 자외선으로 인한 피부 트러블 완화, 탄력 및 보습개선을 확인하였고 독성시험을 통해 무자극임을 판정하였으며, 인체유효성 평가를 통해 광노화 예방효과를 확인하였으며 본 결과를 통해 아시아 및 글로벌 시장으로 천연유래 항노화 소재로 확장하고자 한다.

실험동물을 이용한 생식독성시험 결과를 기초로 하여 화학물질의 인체내 최기형성 발현 잠재력을 추정하는 질적인 독성평가는 비교적 용이하다. 그러나 인체에 실제로 적용할 수 있는 생식 독성 평가를 위해서는 양적인 독성평가가 요구되는데 여러가지 기본원칙의 불일치성과 검색기술등의 부조으로 아직 학문적인 평가가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 seminar에서는 양적인 독성 평가의 어려운 문제점에 대한 세계적 연구추세를 소개하는 일례로서, 독일 베를린 자유대 독성학 연구소에서 다년간 수행된, 약제의 동물실험결과를 토대로 최기형 효과에 대한 평가시 고려해야 할 제반요소와 원칙에 대해 다음과 같이 소개하고자 한다.
