무선계측기를 이용한 회전자팬 및 엔드링에서의 대류 열전달 (Convective heat transfer on the rotor fan and endring of the TEFC induction motor with telemetry system)

  • Recently, computer modelling is increasingly used as a design tool, which requires more detailed data for heat transfer coefficients in various regions of the induction motor. But there are little information about those of rotor fan and endring because of difficulty in measuring signals in rotating bodies. In the present studies, the temperature signals were precisely measured with self-developed telemetry system, which had multi-channels and high rotational speed. After some losses were compensated, the heat transfer coefficients of the rotor endring and fan surfaces were measured. Minimum heat transfer region was existed with endcap plate distance and maximum heat transfer was found at some rotor fan width. It was also studied that how the guide plate and endcap inside rib effected on the rotor heat transfer. The higher heat transfer were obtained with decreasing guide plate distance, increasing the number and height of endcap inside rib. The correlation equations of the results were obtained and compared with others. Above results of the heat transfer coefficients can be used as basic data for cooling design of the various kind of motors.

화력용 발전기 회전자 및 리테인 링의 응력해석 및 수명평가 (Stress Analysis and Life Evaluation of Rotor and Retaining Ring of Generator for fossil power plant)

  • This paper represents that parts of a large generator operating in 1000 MW are affected by centrifugal forces due to high-speed rotation in 3600 rpm and 3D FEM Analyses are required to obtained the structural reliability of the generator. From these results, one would know the weakest locations and the stress distributions. The fatigue life is calculated in order to grasp the remaining life of generator. 2D and 3D analyses are performed to calculate stresses of the generator rotor and the retaining ring. From 2D results, we find the SCF at the slot and sub-slot of the rotor. 3D analysis is applied at the end part of generator rotor, which represents complex geometry, and rotor and retaining ring shrink thermally. With these results, designers of rotor and retaining ring can compare with the results of design code and verify the stress distributions of generator rotor and retaining ring, and then calculate the remaining life from the low-cycle fatigue data.

  • 본 논문은 평형운전조건 및 고정자 동손 최소화조건이 적용된 단상 LSPM 전동기를 기본모델로 하며 이를 기초로 기동특성 및 정동특성을 고려한 최적설계 방법을 제안한다. 기동특성 및 정동특성을 고려한 설계 변수로는 회전자 도체의 형상과 엔드링의 축방향 길이를 선정 하였으며 이를 통하여 평형운전조건과 고정자 동손최소화 조건을 만족하는 동시에 기동특성 및 정동특성을 고려한 최적모델을 설계하였다. 또한 최적설계 과정을 통하여 얻은 특성들을 유한요소해석을 통해 비교 및 분석하였으며 본 논문에서 제안하는 실용적인 최적설계 방법의 타당성을 검증한다.

  • An inverter-driven induction motor is used as the traction motor for a high speed drive system that required safty, reliability and performance and so on. rotor bar and end ring of the traction motor are the electrical equipments which form the conductive close loop and then induce current by interaction wi th the current of stator. the materials selection of rotor bar and end ring are seriously considered in the aspects of electrical and mechanical specification and Motor slip relation to inverter. Particularly motor slip guarantee the safty and reliability of induction motor. this paper show the material selection and the determining of slip in the design of traction motor for high speed train by analyzing the specifications of material being used currently.

인공신경망을 이용한 유도전동기 고장진단 (Faults Diagnosis of Induction Motors by Neural Network)

  • 이 논문은 신경회로망을 기반으로 한 유도전동기의 고장 진단 기법을 제시한다. 제안된 기법은 고정자전류만을 측정하여 FFT 변환 후 진단 훈련을 위해 일반화한다. 정상, 베어링고장, 고정자 권선고장 그리고 회전자 엔드-링 고장을 갖는 모터로부터 학습데이터를 획득하고 여러 고장 유형을 진단한다. 더욱 효과적인 고장 진단을 위해, 전부하의 100%, 60%, 30%로 부하율을 변화시켜서 학습절차에 적용하였다. 실험 결과들은 제안된 방법이 오차 범위 0.56%∼0.04%와 같은 높은 진단 정밀도를 가지고 있어 실제 진단시스템에 적용 가능함을 보여주고 있다.
