In recent years, universities, with their intellectual properties and human resources, become main drivers for technology transfer. Universities in Korea have various organizations to support the technology transfer and commercialization. Among them, a technology holding company plays the critical role to successfully implement the task. Nonetheless, the performance of the technology holding company is well below the expectation of industry, government and universities themselves. The lack of expertises and experience together with the ill-suited government policies could be attributable to the observed under performance. More recently, however, the technology holding company acts as an accelerator or venture capital to search and fund promising start-ups. The university venture capital thus transforms a traditional university into an entrepreneurial university. Focusing on the role of the technology holding company as an accelerator or venture capital, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the university venture capital and the invested start-ups. The performance of the university venture capital is measured and the determinants of the performance are empirically tested. The results show that the co-investment of outside investors and the support of government program, known as Tech Incubator Program for Startup Korea, yields the highest performance. The result indicates that the coordination of the university venture capital, industry and government is the key to the success of early start-ups. The paper is the first to analyze the performance of the university venture capitals in Korea and thus contributes to the literature.

본 연구에서는 EDI감사 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해서 기존의 EDP감사 의사결정지원시스템 및 감사전문가시스템분야의 연구를 고찰했다. EDI감사를 위한 의사결정지원시스템은 통계, 위험, 회사의 개요, 테스트 항목등의 데이타를 저장한 데이타베이스 시스템이다. 시스템 개발을 위해서 E/R(Entity Relation)이나 DFD(Data Flow Diagram)분석을 통해서 논리적인 설계를 하였다. 시스템 개발은 개인용 데이타베이스팩키지인 FoxPro를 사용하였다. 이 시스템을 통해서 감사인이 필요한 테스트 결과를 조회하거난 저장할 수 있고 통제, 위험, 회사등의 상호조회를 통한 필요한 통제나 위험정도를 쉽게 조회해 볼수 있다. 회사마다 필요한 통제, 위험, 테스트 항목등의 체크리스트가 달라지는 경우에 이 시스템을 통해서 입력 저장하여 각각의 회사에 대해 다른 체크리스트를 저장하여 놓을수 있다. 본 시스템은 EDI감사뿐만 아니라 일반 EDP감사분야에도 적용가능할 것이다. 종이를 사용한 감사증적이 없음으로 인해 수작업에 의한 EDI감사는 어려움이 있고 EDP감사시스템분야의 국내 연구가 전무한 실정에서 EDI감사를 지원하는 시스템의 연구는 의의를 갖는다고 생각된다. 본 시스템을 통해서 EDI의 보안 및 감사업무의 효율성이 높아지고 EDI에 대한 위험에 효율적으로 대처할수 있게 될 것이다. 그리고 이러한 보안 및 감사기법과 통제모형을 지식베이스로 구축해서 실제의 위험노출상황에서 가능한 보안을 위한 통제방안이 여러가지가 있는 경우에 비용/편익 분석, 효율성, 회사방침 및 법률적인 문제등을 고려해서 최적의 보안통제 및 감사기법을 선택하는 것을 지원할 수 있을 것이다.고리듬을 개발 함으로써 내부점 선형계획법의 수행속도의 개선에 도움이 될 것이다.성요소들을 제시하였다.용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. 최근 세계 전력시장은 시장개방 및 통합, 환경규제 강화, 기술개발에 따라 신재생에너지 시장이 매우 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 이와 발맞추어 최근 국제에너지 가격의 급등과 미국, 중국 등의 에너지안보 강화에 따라 신재생에너지는 미래 에너지원의 큰 축을 차지할 것으로 전망됨에 따라 EU 전력시장 내 전력회사들은 신재생에너지 시장을 핵심 사업영역의 하나로 추진하고 있다. 반면 국내 신재생에너지 시장은 정부 보급목표와 비교할 때 미미한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 이는 국내 신재생에너지 지원정책의 한계와 시장의 구조적인 문제점에 기인하는 것으로 분석된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 EU 신재생에너지 시장의 분석을 통해 국내 신재생에너지 시장 확대를 위한 대안과 국내 전력회사들의 역할 및 시장진입전략을 살펴보고자 한다.

본 고는 정보통신 중소기업 기술개발사업에 대한 지원효과를 분석하기 위해 2000년도에 실시한 실태조사결과를 분석한 것이다. 먼저 정보통신부에서 정보통신중소기업의 기술개발을 지원하기 위해 추진중인 지원사업의 유형을 정리하였으며, 실태조사의 추진내용에 대해 설명하였다. 또한 실태조사결과를 회사 일반현황, 기술 및 환경특성, 기업특성, 연구개발 성과, 지원사업의 운영 및 애로요인으로 구분하여 분석한 후 결론을 제시하였다.

In this study, we surveyed information systems(IS) personnel in organizations which have adopted customer relationship management(CRM) systems (Group one IS personnel), those in organizations which plan to adopt CRM systems(Group two IS personnel), and IS consultants specialized in the CRM. We found that there are significant perception gaps among the three groups of IS practitioners in regard to the three aspects of CRM systems: the effects of CRM systems, critical success factors of CRM systems introduction, and the pros and cons of outsourcing a CRM system by the application service providers(ASP). The results reveal that Group one IS personnel evaluate the effectiveness of their CRM systems as moderate, while IS consultants evaluate the effectiveness of CRM systems very high and that Group two IS personnel expect the effectiveness of CRM systems to be as high as the evaluation of IS consultants. IS personnel evaluated the advantages of outsourcing CRM systems by ASP to be moderate while IS consultants evaluated it to be high. The results also show that the adoption of CRM systems is initiated by strong leadership of the top management but is not supported adequately by management thereafter.

This study is for preparation a solution develop small suppliers. For this goal survey for the buyers, agents, supplier's situation and difficulties, policy and support systems. And After benchmark the other's countries, develop government policy, suppoet systems. As a results, the support must be made for public organization, small suppliers. The Response direction must be made for agents and private buyers. At the point of support systems, public organizations must implement the purchase systems and provide the verified informations of suppliers. And it's necessary to educate marketing and sales solutions. At the point of Response directions, it's necessary to make a standard for supply replaced MRO. And the beginning positioning directions of MRO-mall is needed to stress the differentials with private suppliers.

J 빌리지가 위치한 후쿠시마현은 동경전력의 원자력발전소 2개소가 입지하고 있으며, 발전소 입지에 적극적으로 협력한 지자체에 대해서는 전원3법 같은 정부 차원의 교부금 지원과는 별도로 전력회사에서 지역활성화를 위한 각종 투자사업을 직접 벌이고 있는데, J 빌리지는 그 대표적인 사례로 꼽을 수 있다.
