This study conducts statistical analysis based on a survey of 300 CEOs from Korean companies in order to examine the effects of a CEO's internal?external activities (information, knowledge management, learning organization) on business innovation activity (exploitative, exploratory) and business performance. Analysis results show that learning organization activity had a significant positive (+) effect on exploitative and exploratory innovation activity. In addition, knowledge management activity lacked statistically significant effects on exploratory innovation activity. Furthermore, exploitative and exploratory innovation activity was affected by CEO's internal?external activities (information, knowledge management, learning organization) and had a significant positive (+) effect on company's business performance. but it was shown that the level of influence was different. Results of this study imply that maximizing business performance through developing innovation activity by CEO's internal?external activities (information, knowledge management, learning organization) in the company, extracting activity advantageous to company's business environment based on activity perceived in the precedent study and business strategy becomes advantageous to the attainment of business performance objectives.

The objective of this research is to suggest the creativity revelation model and to verify the relationships among knowledge capabilities and creativity processes including exploration and exploitation. Also, we investigate whether there are differences in creativity revelation processes from the perspective of psychological empowerment. To achieve the purpose of the research, a survey was conducted targeting employees of software development companies that require creativity in work performance. Empirical results show that knowledge capabilities have positive effect on creativity revelation processes. The notable point of the results is the role of psychological empowerment such that individuals with high psychological empowerment have more exploration-centric revelation, and those with low psychological empowerment have more exploitation-centric on the other hand. These results are interpreted that the behavioral patterns of organizational members may vary depending on the level of psychological empowerment in the creativity revelation, and therefore could suggest several managerial implications regarding creativity management and organizational development in an environment where convergence becomes more important.

코로나19 팬데믹은 삶의 많은 부분을 변화시켰다. 국가 간 통제 및 사회적 거리두기로 인한 직접적인 만남이 제한되고, 우리 생활의 많은 영역이 비대면으로 전환되었다. 이런 상황에서 의사소통 및 사회적, 경제적 교류를 위한 대안으로 레거시 미디어콘텐츠의 퇴조와 함께 소셜미디어 등의 뉴미디어 콘텐츠를 활용한 경제활동이 이루어지고 있다. 미디어콘텐츠를 기반한 경제 생태계는 복잡해지고 있으며, 플랫폼 간 경쟁 또한 매우 치열해지는 상황이다. 급속하게 변하고 있는 디지털 환경의 사회 구조는 경제 전반에 큰 영향을 주고 있으며, 경제활동을 지속하려는 개인과 정책지원을 하는 국가에도 중요한 현안이 되어 있다. 고령화 사회로의 빠른 진입으로 인적 자본의 활용 문제가 대두되고, 코로나19로 인한 경제불황이 대면 경제활동을 크게 위축시키면서 고용 감소와 불안정성이 대두되었다. 그에 따라 비대면 산업이 활성화되고, 플랫폼 산업 등 미디어콘텐츠 기반의 새로운 경제활동이 주목받고 일상화되었다. 또한 미디어콘텐츠 기반 비즈니스에 실효성 있는 인적 자본 활용이 국가의 주요 정책이 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 미디어콘텐츠 활용과 신 정보화 도구를 활용한 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하고 검증하여 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

유비쿼터스 환경 시대에 맞춰 현재 스마트 디바이스의 발달과 시장의 확대로 스마트 미디어 기기의 보급이 급속도로 확산되고 있으며 많은 교육용 어플리케이션 또한 개발되고 있는 중이다. 이러한 교육용 어플리케이션들은 지식기반사회의 학습도구로서 지식접근 및 창출에 중요한 요소인 인터넷과 웹을 활용하게 되고 이동성과 편의성을 추구하는 모바일기기를 통해 학습이 가능하도록 지원하는 프로그램이다. 본 연구는 모바일러닝 기반의 '창의적 문제해결(CPS, Creative Problem Solving)' 모형을 활용하는 교육용 앱에 대한 설계방안을 제시하고자 하며 연구의 목적은 대학 교육에서 학생들의 창의적 사고와 문제해결능력 향상을 돕는 모바일러닝 기반의 학습환경을 설계하는 데 있다. 제안하는 학습지원 도구는 모바일 앱 형태로 제작되며 학습활동에 있어 다양한 창의적 사고과정 활동과 표현방식, 상호작용성 등의 기능을 통해 학습자의 고차원적인 사고능력을 향상시키는 인지적 도구로서 활용될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 개발환경은 안드로이드용 앱 인벤터 프로그램을 사용하였으며 앱 인벤터 서버환경에서 제공되는 컴포넌트와 이벤트 핸들러를 이용하여 교수자모드와 학습자모드의 앱을 각각 설계하였다. 교수자 앱은 학습활동 제공을 의미하는 프로바이더(Provider) 모드 기능이 포함되며 학습자 앱은 CPS 활동을 위한 학습활동 모드 기능이 설계된다. 대부분의 창의성 관련 앱들은 그래픽작업을 통한 두뇌활동 향상 프로그램, 체험활동 위주의 프로그램 등으로 출시가 되어 있으나 교수-학습 활동을 위한 창의적 문제해결활동 관련 앱은 존재하지 않는 상태이므로 수업활동에서의 활용측면에서 가치가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

수학 교수-학습을 동해 개발 ${\cdot}$ 육성할 가치가 있는 중요한 인지 활동들 중의 하나가 분석적 활동이다. 분석적 활동의 중요성은 이미 오래 전부터 강조되어 왔으며, 저자는 이미 수학 교수-학습과 직접적으로 관련된 몇 가지 분석적 활동의 유형들을 제시한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 수학 교수-학습 과정에서 분석적 활동을 활성화시키기 위한 한 방법으로, 다양한 작도 문제를 활용하는 방법과 다양한 학습 자료들을 제시할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 국가경쟁력 향상을 위한 세계적인 융합의 흐름을 대비하여 융합 기반인 교육용 로봇을 활용한 창의적 체험활동 프로그램을 설계하는데 있다. 이를 통해 해외의 정보교육 활성화 경향과는 달리 초등학교에서 소외되는 정보교육의 중요성을 부각시키고, 창의성과 인성을 강조하는 창의적 체험활동에서 자연스럽게 활용되기 위함이다. 이에 교육용 로봇을 활용한 융합교육 단계와 프로그램 교수 학습 모형의 설계를 통해 초등학교의 창의적 체험활동에서 활용될 수 있는 프로그램의 토대가 되고자 한다.

장기적인 수자원 계획의 수립이나 수공구조물을 설계함에 있어 수문학적 순환은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 수문학적 순환은 인간활동과 기후변화의 요인으로 인하여 시간 및 공간에 따라 항상 변화되기 때문에 특정지점에서의 유량도 수문학적 순환의 변동으로 인하여 변화된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 특정 지점에서 취득된 과거 유량자료를 이용하여 기후변화와 인간활동에 의해 변화되는 유량을 정량적으로 분리할 수 있는 두 가지 기법을 개발하였다. 인간활동에 의해 변화되는 유량(인간활동 유량변동)에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 인구 증가, 토지이용 변화 등을 들 수 있고, 기후변화에 의해 변화되는 유량(기후변화 유량변동)에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 온난화로 인한 강수, 기온, 습도 등의 변화를 들 수 있다. 이러한 요인으로 인한 유량의 변동을 분석하기 위해서는 먼저 관측된 자료가 가지고 있는 변동점을 분석하여 변동점 이전 구간을 비영향구간(non-impacted period), 이후 구간을 영향구간(impacted period) 로 나누어야 하는데 이를 위하여 이중누가곡선, 선형회귀분석, Mann-Kendall 검정, Pettitt 검정을 이용하였다. 인간활동 및 기후변화 유량변동을 정량적으로 분리함에 있어서는 두 가지 분석기법이 사용될 수 있다. 즉 인간활동 유량변동을 먼저 분석한 이후 기후변화 유량변동을 산정하는 기법을 적용할 수도 있고 반대로 기후변화 유량변동을 먼저 산정한 이후 인간활동 유량변동을 산정할 수도 있는데 본 연구에서는 두 가지 기법을 모두 적용하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 인간활동 유량변동을 먼저 산정하는 기법을 적용하기 위해서 비영향구간에 대해 SWAT-CUP을 활용하여 보정된 SWAT 모형을 구축하여 결과의 산정에 활용하였으며, 기후변화 유량변동을 먼저 산정하는 기법을 적용하기 위해서는 영향구간에 대해 민감도 분석 기법 중의 하나인 Budyko 분석을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 두 가지 기법을 이용하여 인간활동 및 기후변화 유량변동을 정량적으로 산정하여 비교함에 있어 한강 유역의 소양강댐 상류유역과 섬강유역을 대상으로 과거 관측자료를 취득하여 연구를 수행하였다. 소양강댐 상류유역과 섬강유역의 변화된 유량에 대해서 기후변화로 인한 영향의 비율이 높은지 인간활동으로 인한 영향의 비율이 높은지를 파악함으로써 궁극적으로 두 유역에서의 인간활동과 기후변화로 인해 발생된 유량의 변화 요인을 정량적으로 분리하여 파악할 수 있었다. 그러므로 이와 같은 연구를 활용하여 수문학적 순환 관계에 있어 앞으로 어떠한 요인이 유량변동에 많은 영향을 미치는지 예측하여 미래에 변화하는 유량에 대해 계획하고 수공구조물을 설계함에 있어 활용될 수 있는 설계지침을 제시할 수 있었다.

소프트웨어 프로젝트가 더욱 다양화되고 복잡화 되면서 성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위해서는 프로세스 개선활동이 필수적이라는 인식이 급속히 확산되고 있다. 성공적인 프로세스 개선을 위해서는 프로세스 개선활동을 지원하기 위한 측정활동이 병행되어야 한다. 그러나 실무에서는 측정지표(Metrics)를 활용하는 것에 많은 어려움을 갖고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정량적인 프로세스 및 프로젝트 관리를 위한 효과적인 측정지표 및 활용방안을 수립함으로써 측정활동 체계를 확립하고 실무에 적용할 수 있도록 가이드 하였다.

This study examined the impact of failure tolerance on exploration and exploitation activities and the impact of these activities on management performance in the representatives of re-start-up companies. Recently, policy and social support for re-starting businesses has been increasing. This study seeks to verify whether the psychological factors of the re-founder are related to management performance. Therefore, a research model that combines failure tolerance, which is a psychological and pedagogical variable, and management performance, which is a management variable, was presented and empirical analysis was made. The research targets were conducted on re-founders who received funding from Korea SMEs & Startups Agency. The analysis of the psychological characteristics of the re-start-up, failure tolerance and the effect on the exploration and exploitation activity, all showed positive effects, and the analysis of the effect of the exploration and exploitation activity on the management performance, showed that the exploration activity did not affect, and the exploitation activity had a positive effect. This study is intended to provide theoretical and practical implications.

Recently, R&D policy has importantly emphasized the creation of economic values added through the research performance developed by public research institutes. However, the research performance hasn't been still used and diffused effectively in Korea (Republic of Korea). This empirical study analyzes the effects of performance management & application capabilities and activities on technology transfer from public research institutes in Korea. Our dataset consists of total 84 Korean universities and government-funded research institutes in 2011. Performance management & application capabilities include dedicated organization, researcher-to-professional ratio, technology transfer and commercialization budget, and performance management & application activities include regular conduct of 3P analysis, pre-adjustment, post-management. The results show that performance management & application capabilities (except researcher-to-professional ratio) and activities are positively related to technology transfer. The results of this study contribute to the establishment of R&D policy to promote management & application of the research performance.
