A location information used in LBS provides convenience to the user, but service provider can be exploited depending on how much risk you have. Location information can be exploited to track the location of the personal privacy of individuals because of the misuse of location information may violate the user can import a lot of damage. In this paper, we classify the life cycle of location information as collection, use, delivery, storage and destroy and analyze the factors the privacy is violated. Furthermore, we analyze information security mechanism is classified as operation mechanism and policy/management mechanism and propose a security solutions of all phase in life cycle.

The Future Army in 2050 should prepare for various future threats and effectively utilize its superintelligence and hyper-connected weapons systems to develop ways of fighting new concepts to dominate multi-regional battlefields and achieve victory. First, the establishment of active and offensive military strategies based on ability. Second, the battle of central strike for enemy combat will paralysis. Third, the battle of simultaneous integrated mosaic using multidisciplinary areas. Fourth, cyber warfare based on artificial intelligence that transcends time and space. Fifth, Combined Platform War. After all, future wars will be won or lost by invisible wars on cyber space.

With proliferation of the internet, the internet ethics in contrast to existing ethics has been recognized as one of the disciplines. Internet ethics is one of liberal arts courses in a college as well as a class in elementary, middle and high schools. We also have taught this subject for a number of years. In order to effectively communicate to students the internet ethics course as computer scientists, we gave some demonstration practice lectures by taking advantage of internet ethics related videos. Since the latest UCC presentation and its discussion were performed, it was helpful for students to recognize the internet ethical issues and concerns. We confirmed that classroom students' concentration and understanding for internet ethics increases by a survey of the regular attendees. This research presented a lecture practice case model to teach comprehensive internet ethics topics to college students effectively.

This study utilized Q methodology to analyze subjectivity and understand the various factors contributing to the employment difficulties faced by college students majoring in digital content, particularly focusing on practical education. The original data was obtained by administering a Q sample, designed around employment stress and job anxiety, to a purposively selected P sample of 31 individuals, who sorted and classified the statements. The analysis yielded four distinct types: 'lack of practical experience,' 'lack of employment and practical skills,' 'impaired career decision-making and weak will,' and 'lack of mentors and employment information.' Based on these types, the study suggests several implications and solutions, including facilitating student participation in internship programs, offering induction and non-curricular program education, conducting career exploration workshops, and expanding senior mentoring opportunities.

국내/외 제조업체 또는 유통업체가 경쟁력 있는 제품의 생산/판매를 위해 최적의 부품 및 제품을 최단 시간내, 최저 가격으로 조달하기 위한 Global sourcing체계 구축과 그에 따른 재고부담을 회피하면서 제품을 소비자에게 신속히 전달하려는 공급선관리 (Supply Chain Management : SCM)의 의지가 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 제조업체나 유통업체가 자체 재고 및 관리부담을 감소시키기 위해 JIT(Just In Time)체계의 업무형태를 도입하고 있고 부품 및 제품을 공급하는 공급자에게 제조업체의 재고를 관리하게 하는 형태인 이른바 공급자 재고관리(Supplier Managed Inventory： SMI)가 공급업체에게 요구되고 있다. 또한 최근 국내 제조업의 생산기반이 급속히 해외이전 됨에 따라 해리 생산거점과 국내본사, 주문자에 이르는 전 과정에 걸친 물류 및 정보전달 체계를 확보해야 하는 상황에서 공급업체는 주문업체로부터 주문한 내용의 진행상황과 자동적인 재고의 판단 및 보충에 이르는 전 과정의 프로세스 관리 및 관련 정보제공을 요구 받고있다. 이와 같은 환경에 대응하기 위해 본 발표에는 공급자 재고관리의 정의 및 Global business 환경에서 EDI를 통한 System의 구축방안 및 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다.

Instructor willingness to accept and literacy is an e-leaning important variable to expect a positive effect of the introduction of e-learning from the perspective of university. The role of faculty is not only instructor but also content experts, curriculum designers, graphics professionals, media director or programmer. This study suggest as the role of instructor as pedagogical, managerial, social and technical aspect for effective learning outcomes.

우리가 원하는 고수준의 검색 개념을 영상에서의 저수준 특징들을 조합하여 표현하는 데는 한계가 있다. 한편, 우리의 검색 개념은 주로 영상에 포함된 객체 단위로 형성되는 것이 일반적이다. 본 논문에서는 영상의 중심 부근에 비교적 큰 크기로 정의되는 중심 객체 및 중심 객체주변의 배경 영역을 추출하여 검색에 활용함으로써, 인간의 검색 의지를 최대한 정확하게 반영할 수 있는 하나의 방법을 제안한다. 중심 객체와 배경 영역은 영상분할 및 영역병합 결과에서 영상의 중앙 및 모서리에 존재하는 영역을 선정하여 칼라 유사도를 기준으로 영역확장을 통해 구한다. 검색은 단계적으로 할 수 있도록 하였는데, 먼저 사용자의 키워드에 의한 검색이 가능하도록 하였으며, 검색 결과는 그룹핑에 의한 대표영상을 보여 준 후 사용자가 원하는 영상을 선택적으로 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. 아울러, 하나 이상의 영상에서 추출된 객체와 배경을 조합하여 재검색할 수 있도록 함으로써 검색 성능을 높이고자 하였다. 한편, 자동 추출된 객체를 이용하여 사용자가 객체 영역을 지정하기 위해 개입하는 번거로움을 줄이면서도 사용자가 영역을 직접 선택한 경우와 비슷한 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하였다.

정부는 10월 14일 '국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 정보화 전략'을 발표,소프트웨어와 영상산업을 비롯한 정보통신산업을 21세기 주도산업으로 육성하겠다고 발표하였다. 이날 회의를 주재하나 김영삼 대통령은 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 정보화 전략으로 정부의 정보화 실천 선도, 경쟁력 제고 핵심분야의 정보화 우선투자, 산업화 과정상의 문제해결, 소프트웨어와 영상산업 육성, 정보화 추진기반 정비, 통일대비 정보화추진 등 6대 정보화과제를 추진하겠다고 밝혔다. 이날 발표한 '정보화 전략'의 6대 과졔는 그 범위가 매우 방대하다. 좁은 의미의 정보기술활용을 뛰어넘어 국가경쟁력향상 및 국민 삶의 질개선을 궁극적으로 추진한다는 내용을 담고 있다. 지금까지 정부 각부처, 혹은 각 부문에서 추진돼 온 정보화사업이 없었던 것은 아니지만 상호연계성이 결여돼 비용이 중복 발생하거나 효과를 보지 못한 경우가 많았다. 이제 정부에서 이러하나 문제점을 의식하고 전체 차원에서의 최적화를 위한 조정기능을 강화하겠다는 의지를 나타낸 것으로 보인다. 본고에서는 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 정보화 전략의 전문을 게재한다.

산업의 고도화에 따라 시간을 절약하고 공간을 활용하기 위한 방법으로서, 보다 큰 항공기, 보다 빠른 항공기에 대한 요구가 꾸준히 제기된다. 최근 불거진 지구온난화에 대한 이슈는 모든 산업의 초점을 친환경으로 돌려고 있어서, 항공기산업의 경우에도 예외 없이 보다 친환경적이고, 연료 효율적인 항공기개발에 집중하고 있다. 또한, 과거에 비해 자유의지가 강조되는 현재에는 보다 이용이 간편한 개인용 항공기의 출현이 요구되고 있어 이 분야에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행 중이다. 이에 따라 많은 국가들이 각각의 요구에 따라 초대형여객기(VLCT), 차세대 초음속여객기(HSCT), 그린항공기, 개인 자가용 항공기(PAV) 등의 형태로 개발을 서두르고 있으며, 일부 분야는 이미 상용화를 눈앞에 두고 있다. 특히 PAV의 수요는 향후에 자동차 시장의 일부를 대체할 것으로 예상되는 만큼 선진국들은 수요자의 요구에 따라 발 빠르게 대응하여 PAV에 대한 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미래형 항공교통수단의 개발전망과 동향을 분석함으로써 앞으로 우리나라 항공기산업의 발전방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 특히 틈새 시장으로서의 PAV 분야의 개발동향과 전망을 살펴봄으로써, 동 분야에 대한 연구개발과 투자를 통한 우리나라 항공기산업의 발전기회를 모색해 보고자 하였다.

본 연구는 도시민의 공동체 의식함량을 위한 주거단지 모델개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위해 연구가 진행되었다. 1차적인 자료 수집의 목적에서 국내의 25개 전통마을을 답사하고, 자료를 정리하였으며, 전통마을에 내재되어 있는 공동체 문화적 요소를 통해, 마을의 공간적 특성과 장소적 의미를 이해하고자 하였다. 전통마을에서 인간과 자연은 도덕경 25장에 나오는 '인법지(人法地) 지법천(地法天) 천법도(天法道) 도법자연(道法自然)[사람은 땅을 본받고, 땅은 하늘을 본받으며, 하늘은 도를 본받고, 도는 자연을 본받는다]'의 글귀처럼 서로 관계를 맺으면서 살아왔다. 또 그 속에서 인간 서로 간에 관계를 맺으며, 의지하며, 이해하고, 때론 단결하며 살아가는 모습은 인간이 향유해야 할 이상향이다. 또 그 관계를 지속적으로 영유하고자 그들만의 규범의 정신을 마을이라는 작은 울타리에서 실현하고자 하였다. 우리는 이러한 공동체적 문화와 교훈을 전통마을이라는 오래된 미래에서 찾을 수 있을 것이다.
