초등학교 학생들의 독서능력과 수준을 고려한 독서교육을 위해 본 연구진이 선행연구로 개발한 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 수준별 독서지원 시스템에서는 학생들의 독서능력을 진단할 수 있는 진단지, 독서능력에 알맞은 도서 및 독서방법 안내, 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 다양한 감상표현활동 등을 개발하였다[4]. 그러나 독서교육 방법과 도서는 수준별로 제시하여 주었으나 독후 활동은 수준에 관계없이 동일한 활동을 제시함으로써 수준에 알맞은 독후 활동의 어려움이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제7차 초등학교 국어과 하위목표와 교육부 ICT 기준안을 고려하여 독서에 흥미를 가질 수 있도록 학생들의 독서능력에 알맞은 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 수준별 독후활동을 개발하고자 하였다.

[ ${\ulcorner}$ ]2003 중소기업 정보화 수준 평가${\lrcorner}$ 결과, 중소기업의 정보화 수준은 49.22점으로 대기업의 70%에도 미치지 못하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 조사는 정보화 추진의지, 추진환경, 설비수준, 활용수준 등 네 평가부문으로 중소기업의 정보화 수준을 평가하였는데, 평가결과 국내 중소기업은 추진환경이 가장 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 기업의 정보화 발전단계를 다섯 단계로 설정 모형화한 결과, 단계별 정보화와 평가부문간에 유의적인 차이를 보였고 각 단계별 진전에 필요한 요인들도 상이하게 나타났다. 현재 중소기업은 정보화 발전단계 중 세 번째 단계인 업무효율화 단계로, 다음 단계로 발전하기 위해서는 추진환경 개선과 함께 정보시스템의 확대 및 유지노력이 필요하다. 또한 일정 수준 이상의 중소기업에게는 정보화에 따른 역기능을 예방 대응하기 위한 정책적 지원이 필요하며, 정보화에 대한 인식 전환과 다양한 정보화 교육을 통한 시스템 활용수준의 제고 노력이 필요하다.

남북 정상회담 이후 남북경협 활성화에 대한 기대가 높아지면서 기업의 대북진출에 대한 관심도 크게 증가하고 있다. 우리 기업들이 대북투자에 대하여 커다란 관심을 가지는 이유로는 시장선점, 북한의 낮은 임금 이용, 국내의 유휴설비 이용 등 여러 가지가 있으나 그중 가장 직접적인 요인은 북한의 낮은 임금을 이용하고자 하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 대북투자의 주요 목적이 북한의 저임 노동력의 활용에 있음에도 불구하고 북한의 임금수준이 얼마나 낮은 것이며, 노동력의 수준은 어떠한지, 또한 이런 상황에서 대북진출시 북한 노동력을 어떻게 활용해야 할 것인지에 대해서는 충분한 검토가 이루어져 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 북한 노동력의 임금 및 질적 수준을 분석하고 구체적인 사례에 대하여 살펴본 후 대북진출시 노동력 활용방안에 대하여 검토한다. 우선 북한의 임금수준은 이론적 측면, 동남아 국가 등 경재국과의 비교, 기업의 견해 등을 통해서 살펴볼 때 저렴한 것으로 보기는 어렵다. 질적 수준의 경우에도 일반적으로는 북한 노동력은 우수한 것이라고 인식되고 있으나, 교육수준, 작업규율, 노동생산성 등의 측면에서 분석한 결과 우수한 것으로 판단하기는 곤란하다. 실제 사례에 있어서도 많은 문제를 보이고 있는바, 북한 정책의 문제점, 계약 및 규정에 문제점, 기능 및 교육훈련의 문제점, 근로관습 및 의식의 문제점 등으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 대북진출은 기대한 만큼의 수익을 거두기가 힘들 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 현재 여건이 어렵다고 무작정 대북진출을 지연할 수도 없고, 기업의 입장에서는 선점 등의 목적으로 현 단계에서 투자를 실행하려고 할 수도 있을 것이다. 또한 일부 분야의 경우에는 이익의 창출이 가능한 사업도 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대북진출에 대비해서 효율적인 북한 노동력 활용방안을 질적 수준 향상방안과 임금관리 방안으로 나누어 살펴보고 있다.

지식정보사회 흐름에 따라 우리나라에서도 '교사 정보화 사업'을 기반으로 초 중 고 학교 현장의 정보화가 활성화되도록 다양하게 지원하고 있다. 하지만, 교사의 ICT 활용 능력 향상이나 ICT 교수.학습에의 이용, 교사의 정보화 연수 참여 등의 정보화 사업의 실효성은 크지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육 정보화 사업과 관련된 현장의 실질적인 효과를 살펴보기 위해서 초등 교사를 대상으로, 교사의 경력과 ICT 연수 참여 횟수가 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 교사의 ICT 활용 수준에 영향을 미치는 변인과 ICT 활용 빈도를 알아봄으로써 향후 교사 정보화 연수 프로그램 개선점을 제공해 보았다.

본 연구의 목적은 스포츠분야에 활용 가능한 다양한 체력요인들을 수집하고 이를 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 웹기반의 서비스 플랫폼을 개발하는 것이다. 선행연구를 통해 확보한 체력요인에 대한 데이터를 통해 성별, 연령별로 구분된 체력요인별 수준을 백분위수를 제시하였고 각각의 체력수준을 다섯 등급으로 구분하여 체력수준의 등급을 제시하였다. 또한 특정 체력요인의 수치를 입력하면 해당 요인에 대한 체력 수준 및 그 수준에 따른 다른 체력요인들을 검색하여 제공함으로써 체력요이들을 비교할 수 있게 하였다. 뿐만 아니라 웹 기반 형태의 플랫폼 형태는 추후 다양한 서비스 콘텐츠의 추가가 가능할 것이다. 개발된 서비스플랫폼은 자산의 체력수준 확인, 체력검사의 기준, 스포츠용품의 성능 검증 등 다양한 스포츠과학분야의 기반 데이터로서 활용 가능할 것이다.

이 연구는 공공도서관 사서의 정보활용능력 수준에 대한 자기인식과 실제 평가를 통해 Big6모형을 기반으로 하여 공공도서관 사서의 정보활용능력 수준실태를 78명의 사서를 대상으로 실험하였다. 연구 결과, 정보요구 영역은 높게, 정보평가 영역에 대해서는 다른 영역보다 낮게 나타났지만 모든 영역에 대해서 평균이상으로 조사되어 사서들의 정보활용교육 필요성을 파악할 수 있었다. 특히 정보활용교육 경험여부에 대한 두 집단간의 차이는 정보이용 영역을 제외하고는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

In this study, through the analysis of the mathematics curriculum and textbooks, we produce the cooperative learning activity sheets which was appropriate instructional content for various levels. And, by using them appropriately at the levels of student learning on their own interest, we enhance academic achievement and cooperative learning attitudes. Specific for details for this study are as follows: First, through the applying a variety of the differentiated cooperative learning activity sheets and developing instruction learning, we improve the academic achievement. Second, through the making and utilizing the differentiated cooperative learning activity sheets and the interest and attitudes in mathematics, we improve the cooperative learning attitude. Third, through the levels of the subgroup cooperative learning, we improve the math learning abilities through a learner-centered. Further the purpose of this study is to bring up complementary cooperative spirit among colleagues.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of using open-ended problems in ability-level activities in mathematics instruction and to draw some informative conclusions in order to improve the practice of teaching and learning mathematics in the elementary school. To fulfill the purpose, the research questions were established as follows: 1. Is there any difference between the academic achievements of the experimental group(doing ability-level activities using open-ended problems) and the control group(doing general ability-level activities)? 2. Which sub-group(grouped by achievement score in pretest) get affected most by ability-level activities using open-ended problem in the experimental group? 3. What kinds of responses do students show in their ability-level activities using open-ended problems? By applying t-test and analysing the response, the conclusions were drawn as follows: First, using open-ended problems in ability-level activities has positive effects on the academic achievement of the experiment group. The mean of posttest scores of the experiment group was statistically meaningfully higher(p<.05). Second, using open-ended problems in ability-level activities affect most to the achievement of lower sub-group in the experiment group. The mean of posttest scores of lower sub-group in the experiment group was statistically meaningfully higher than that of control group(p<.05). Third, students showed various and creative response in their ability-level activities using open-ended problems.

Utilizing the mathematical materials in elementary mathematics education is known to increase the learners' creativity and interests for mathematics. Although the effects of mathematical materials have been frequently researched, a practical plan and a process to utilize the mathematical materials has been rarely researched. The dependence on the mathematical materials is tested by the students' responses to the mathematical problems in the class that allowed to use mathematical materials. The activities in the text book are reorganized to seven chapters for utilizing the mathematical materials. The dependence on the mathematical materials when solving the mathematical problems is investigated by the textbook, students' answers, and handouts. The conclusions of this study are: First of all, the activities using mathematical materials are reorganized within the mathematics education curriculum. The high interests are also investigated in all the learning level of learners. Second, the learners in the high learning level use the mathematical materials for their needs and the correction of their mistakes. The dependence on mathematical materials is lowest compared to the other level learners. Third, the learners in the mid learning level also use the mathematical materials for their needs and their mistakes, but are often confused when utilizing the materials. Fourth, the learners in the low learning level show their interests, and enthusiasm in the mathematical materials themselves. Their interests help to solve mathematical problems. The dependence on the materials is higher than the other level learners, but the dependence is not shown only for the low level learners.

본 연구는 초등학교에서 로봇 활용 SW 교육을 실시하고 사전 수준 및 성별에 따라 효과에 차이가 있는지 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도의 A 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생 155명을 대상으로 로봇 활용 SW 교육을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 대응 표본 t 검정, 일원분산분석, 공분산분석을 통해 평균의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 로봇 활용 SW 교육을 실시한 후 학생들의 컴퓨팅사고력과 창의성이 유의하게 향상되었으나, 컴퓨팅사고력 수준이 상 집단인 학생들은 유의한 향상을 나타내지 않았다. 또한 학생들의 컴퓨팅사고력은 성별의 차이가 없었으나, 창의성은 성별에 따른 차이가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사전 수준과 성별에 따른 로봇 활용 SW 교육의 효과를 규명하여 로봇 활용 SW 교육에 대한 이해를 확장시켰다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.
