Super-resolution is the process of converting a low-quality image into a high-quality image. This study was conducted using ESPCN. In a super-resolution deep neural network, different quality images can be output even when receiving the same input data according to the activation function that determines the weight when passing through each node. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find the most suitable activation function for super-resolution by applying the activation functions ReLU, ELU, and Swish and compare the quality of the output image for the same input images. The CelebaA Dataset was used as the dataset. Images were cut into a square during the pre-processing process then the image quality was lowered. The degraded image was used as the input image and the original image was used for evaluation. As a result, ELU and swish took a long time to train compared to ReLU, which is mainly used for machine learning but showed better performance.

IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

As the subscribers of the digital cable and IPTV broadcasting are increasing, the VOD service has established a solid foothold as a profit model of the broadcasting industries. And what's more, the VOD service is emerging as a key application of the N-screen technologies. In the circumstance, broadcasting companies are trying to provide mobile services to improve the satisfaction of their VOD services usage. The paper introduces a VOD mobile app (of a domestic digital cable broadcasting), which includes the functions of promoting the VOD programs printed on a VOD guide book, directly transmitting the information (e.g., book-marking, remote-control signals) generated by the VOD mobile app to a set-top box, and watching the video contents stored in the mobile device on TV.

Railroad is the environment-friendly green growth transportation system and it needs connection and transfer system. Connection system can be a national core project centered in main railroad stations. If there is no transfer system for customers, it's very difficult to achieve green growth and the activation service for public transportation. This study will introduce the establishment of connection & transfer system and the activation methods between main stations in South Gyeongsang area (Changwon, North-Changwon, and Masan) and other transportation modes. These methods will be the model for connection & transfer system of main stations, and will be applied to adopt methods for customers' convenience of railroad public transportation.

먹거리 안전에 대한 우려가 커져가면서, 무엇을 먹을 것인지 식료품을 어떻게 구매할 것인지에 대한 소비자들의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 미국에서 2000년 중반부터 생겨난 신조어인 '로카보어 (locavore)'는 이와 같은 현상을 반영한 것이다. 이 용어는 지역이라는 의미의 '로컬(local)'과 먹는다는 뜻의 'vore'에서 파생된 것으로서 '지역에서 생산된 음식을 먹는 사람'이라는 의미를 가지고 있다. 건강에 좋은 음식을 소비하기 위한 적절한 장치로 로카보어 운동은 여러 가지 방식으로 음식 공급 체계를 유지할 수 있다. 농촌경제는 이어지는 FTA체결 등 시장 개방의 압력으로 인해 쇠퇴 일로에 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 보면 지금은 지역농업을 살리기 위한 보다 효과적이고 실질적인 대응책을 개발할 시점이다. 따라서 로카보어 운동을 활성화함으로써 농촌 공동체는 사회적 결속을 강화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역경제 활성화를 꾀할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 경기도 포천을 로카보어 운동의 한국형 모델로 선정하였다. 이는 포천이 서울과 근접해 있으며 관광객들이 자주 찾는 관광콘텐츠가 지역에 산재해 있을 뿐만 아니라 도 농복합도시로서 다수의 농장과 경작지로 구성되어있기 때문에 인근 대도시의 농축산물 수요를 충족할 수 있는 충분한 농축산물 산지라는 것이 장점이다. 이러한 측면에서 포천은 품질 좋은 지역의 농축산물의 공급처로서 '농축산 플랫폼(agro-platform)'의 구축을 체계화함으로써, 한국형 로카보어 운동의 중추적인 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, design of efficient NDB(Network Data Base) for the activation plan of chain information network. The DB structure build up, logical structure, store structure, physical structure, the data express for one's record, and the express using linked in the releation of data. Also express as hierarchical model on the DSD(Data Structure Diagram) from the database with logical structure. Each node has express on record type, the linked in course of connective this type, the infuence have efficent of access or search of data, in the design for connection mutually a device of physical, design for database, and construction a form of store for logical. Also activation of chain information network of efficent, using POS(Point Of Sale) system in OSI(Open Systems Interconnection) environment for network standardization, and build up network a design for system.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how startup companies with the UGC platform service model can traverse the death valley for the company's survival with limited resources and create a mutually beneficial market. To do this, an interview-based exploratory study was conducted to analyze the cause and effect of each factor on the initial activation strategy of the UGC platform. For many start-up companies, this research helps minimize errors in strategic trial and error.

The structure-activity relationship of photo-skinsensitizing psoralens has been investigated by the MM2, FMO, molecular connectivity methods. The molecular complexes between DNA and photoskinsensitizing psoralens are discussed in terms of their differing abilities to complex and react with psoralen interstrand cross linking DNA base. The photoskinsensitiziers are analyzed with respect to the sterographics models of the active sites of the psoralens and frontier orbital density is closely correlated with photo-skinsensitizing carcinogenic activity.

단어 인지과정은 언어 이해과정의 한 부분으로, 신속성과 정확성 그리고 심성어휘집을 그 특정으로 한다. 표기 단어의 인지과정에는 그 언어의 정서법 체계가 반영된다. 한국어의 단어 인지과정에 대한 모델 작성의 예비 연구로 음운적 처리와 어휘 근접에서의 정서법적 정보의 역활에 대해 검토하였다. 어휘 근접의 단위에 대한 논의에서는 음절, 자질, 단어등의 형식적 언어학적 단위외에 심리적 단위가 고려되어야 함이 지적되었으며, 그 심리적 단위들과 정서법의 관계에 대해 논의하였다. 마지막으로 한글 단어 인지과정에 관한 한 모델로서 상호작용 활성화 모델의 가능성에 주목하였다.

양방향 데이터 방송 기술이 급속도로 발전하고 전세계적으로 표준화가 진행되고 있는 가운데 데이터 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 수요는 제자리를 맴돌고 있다. 이는 특화된 데이터 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 필요성을 의미하는 것으로 본 논문에서는 시나리오를 기반으로 기존 방송 콘텐츠를 활용하여 데이터 방송 부가 콘텐츠를 제작하는 모델안을 제안한다. 연구 모델은 1)시나리오 기반으로 기존 데이터 방송 콘텐츠 분석, 2)분석된 객체 아이템 메타데이터 스키마 설계 3)부가 콘텐츠 화면 구현의 단계로 구성한다. DMB 단말환경에서 가볍게 움직이는 콘텐츠 제작을 위해 메타데이터를 25개로 제한하고 이 안에서 Content Description, Shot Detection, Object Tracking로 메타데이터를 구분하여 스키마 다이어그램을 설계한다. 본 논문은 기존의 익숙한 콘텐츠를 재가공하여 제공함으로 DMB 수요 활성화 측면과 CP의 제작 비용감소 측면에서 긍정적인 영향을 끼칠 것으로 예상된다.
