In this paper, we find out about the effort and status of GwangJu metropolitan city to reinvigorate traditional market. And we propose the micro payment model based on Android NFC and tokenization technique to support the small trader's micro payment in aspect of information technology more than the physical infrastructure and environmental improvement projects to reinvigorate the traditional market. The micropayment model supports facilities of payment using smart phone based on NFC, and the encryption and tokenization support the indirection authentication and privacy of users.

국가GIS사업과 지방자치단체의 지리정보 구축사업을 통해 많은 양의 지리정보가 구축 및 관리되고 있으며, 지리정보시장의 수요 또한 다양화되고 있다. 지리정보가 공개되어 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 지리정보 구축 보유기관이 데이터를 적극적으로 공급하고, 이를 통해 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 필요가 있다. 또한 지리정보를 이용할 수 있는 매개체역할을 수행하는 지리정보유통수단 및 방법은 온라인과 오프라인의 다양한 경우가 존재하므로 지리정보의 활성화를 위한 분석 및 정비가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 법률을 근거로 하여 다양한 지리정보유통경로를 지리정보유통망을 중심으로 정비하는 방안을 제시하고, 공공부문의 역할모델을 수립하였다. 공공부문은 중앙정부와 지방자치단체 중심의 공급기관으로 구분하여 각각의 역할을 정립하였으며, 중앙정부는 홍보 유통을 위한 기반기술개발 민간과의 파트너십을 구축하고 지방자치단체는 지리정보의 공급과 갱신을 담당한다. 이를 통해 '공급-부가가치창출-유지관리'를 중심으로 중앙정부와 지방자치단체간의 상호작용을 통해 유통시장을 활성화시키고, 나아가 민간과의 협력을 통해 역할모델의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

최근 몇 년 동안 전자상거래는 새로운 비즈니스 환경으로 인식되어 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 온라인 상거래가 활성화 되면서 전자상거래를 위한 웹사이트도 많이 생겨나고 있지만, 사기, 개인 및 신용정보 노출, 개인의 사회적 신뢰도 저하 등 전자상거래 보안에 관련된 문제들이 전자상거래 시장의 활성화를 위협하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 전자상거래 발전에 있어 보안 문제의 해결이 가장 중요함을 인식하고 전자상거래 웹사이트에 대한 보안 평가 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전자상거래 보안과 관련한 다수의 보안 평가 항목을 선정하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 사용하여 영역별 가중치를 산정한 모델을 설계한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 보안 평가 모델은 안전한 전자상거래 웹사이트 설계, 구축 및 운영에 필요한 보안 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 일반화된 퍼지 최대-최소 신경망 모델에서 학습 패턴의 빈도요소를 고려하여 개선된 활성화 함수와 학습 방법을 제안한다. 특징공간상에서 하이퍼박스의 활성화를 위한 새로운 기준과 방법을 제시하며, 학습 패턴의 빈도요소가 학습효과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한 제안된 모델에서 개별 특징값과 하이퍼박스간의 상대적인 연관성을 고려하여 이득치를 계산함으로써, 기존 모델의 하이퍼박스 축소 기법을 대체한 학습효과에 관하여 고찰한다. 실험을 통하여 학습 패턴의 순서 변화와 왜곡된 정보에 안정된 분류기의 성능을 확인한다.

해양수산부는 우리나라 연안에 산재하는 해양치유자원의 임상적 효능과 관련 지역산업 활성화 기반마련을 위한 R&D 사업을 추진중에 있으며, 협력지자체 4개 곳을 선정하여 시범사업을 추진중에 있다. 특히 주요 연안지역을 중심으로 한 해양치유의 정착 및 활성화를 위해서는 필수 인프라를 바탕으로 다양한 프로그램을 운영할 핵심해양치유센터(가칭)의 역할이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 울진(월송정일대)과 태안(달산포일대)을 중심으로 지역 환경사회경제적 현황과 연계된 해양치유 특성화를 위한 지역별 해양치유 비즈니스 모델을 도울하여 제사하였다.

The perspective on this study assumes that the mathematical modeling activity provides students with the environment which promotes metacognitive thinking. The purposes of this paper are to investigate metacognitive thinking on the mathematical modeling with the result of case study. The study revealed that development of students' model was accompanied with the control and monitoring of modeling activities. Also students refined the model by self-assessment and peer-assessment in small group modeling activities and developed generalizable model.

The purpose of this study analyzes services and the markets creating the profit of the national home network industry and the promotion strategy will be proposed. First, the technologies and products of the home network industry are analyzed, and the value chain of this industry is grasped. Second, the home network industry is classified into the communication common carrier, the construction carrier, the content/solution carrier, and the electronic business carrier. Third, The business model of the home network industry reconstructed based on the researches of Morris et al.(2005) and Chesbrough and Rosenbloom(2002), and the strategies are analyzed. We performed the industrial analysis as the company environment analysis, factor analysis of the value creation, business strategy analysis and so on.

제품의 기능이 다양화 되고 신제품의 출시기간이 짧아지면서 소비자들은 새로운 제품의 조작 방법을 익히는데 어려움을 겪게 된다. 사용자 중심의 잘 설계된 메뉴 구조는 이러한 사용성 문제를 해결 해줄 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 좋은 정보 구조 설계를 위해 활성화 확산의 비대칭 전이를 이용한 메뉴구조 및 레이블 평가 방법을 연구하였다. 활성화 확산 실험은 반응 시간이 짧을수록 연상 강도가 강하고, 단어 쌍간의 관계가 밀접함을 보여주므로, 잘 디자인된 메뉴구조는 상-하위 메뉴 쌍의 연상 정도가 활성화 진행 방향의 영향을 받지 않는다는 가설을 세울 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 휴대폰(모델명;SPH-W2900)의 메뉴를 추출하여 1차 활성화 확산(SAT)실험을 수행한 뒤, 각 메뉴 쌍에 대하여 정확도와 진행 방향에 따른 반응시간의 차이(비대칭 전이)를 파악함으로 레이블의 문제점을 도출하고 메뉴 구조 및 어휘를 개선하였다. 2차 활성화 확산 실험은 개선된 메뉴 쌍에 대해 비대칭 전이 현상이 감소하였는지를 확인하기 위해 실시되었으며 활성화 진행 방향에 대한 반응시간의 차이(비대칭 전이)는 월등히 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시하는 활성화 확산의 비대칭전이는 사용자 중심의 메뉴 레이블을 정의 하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

Separation of Duty(SOD), with delegation, is one of important security principles in access control area. The role-based access control model adopts SOD principle, but it has some problems; SOD concept is inconsistent with role hierarchy, permissions that have no relation with SOD may be restricted, and delegation may violate SOD. We propose permission-based SOD model on role-based access control. We establishes SOD as a set of permissions instead of role level SOD. Furthermore we propose a principle of role activation. It solves SOD problems of RBAC and supports easy implementation of SOD policy.

The volume of trade between Korea and China has been growing significantly year by year since the diplomatic relations have been established in 1992. The economic and logistics cooperation between the two countries is crucial not only for the development of their economic relations but for promotion of value-added logistics. However there are still huge and serious impediments to logistics network and management between the two countries including bottlenecks in transport and customs procedures. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to promote value added logistics activities between Korea and Shandong Province of China. It is suggested the ways to increase VAL activities such as enhanced division of international labour within industries, provision of comprehensive logistics service and establishment of strategy for supply chain management between the two countries.
