In this paper we discussed about the contents which were related with geometric construction in elementary school. We examined how the compass has been used in the curriculum and textbooks. Thus we found several features. And we inspected the ideas and sequences about geometric construction in Waldorf mathematics education. Finally, we suggested how to change the contents to make the relationships between elementary school and middle school better.

2006년 어항지 여름호 릴레이 인터뷰 주인공으로 김명주 국회의원을 만나본다. 우리나라 대표적 수산도시인 통영. 고성을 지역구로 하여 제17대 국회의원으로 활동하고 있는 김의원은 ‘수산물품질관리법개정안’을 대표 발의 통과시키는 등 수산업과 관련하여 왕성한 활동을 하고 잇다. 특히 지난 2월 “어촌.어항법”의 명확화와 홍보강화를 위하여 개정안을 대표 발의한 바 있다.

국내 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(HPAI, 이하 고병원성 AI)는 '03/'04년을 시작으로 '06/'07년과 '08년, '10/'11년 이후 그해 9월 고병원성 AI 청정국 지위를 회복했지만, 금년 1월 16일 종오리농장에서 또 다시 발생되면서 국내 5차례가 발생되었다. 정부의 발 빠른 방역활동으로 '11.5.16일을 끝으로 고병원성 AI가 종식되면서 정부는 연중 상시방역체계로 방역활동을 강화하고 AI 청정국가를 유지해 왔지만 금년 1월 16일 전북 고창 지역의 2만수 규모 종오리농장에서 고병원성 AI 발생으로 전국 단위로 이동제한 조치가 이뤄졌다. 다음은 과거 AI 발생현황 및 농가 대처방안에 대해 정리(2014.1.22일 기준)한 내용이다.

2005년 세계 경제시장의 화두는 BRICs(브라질, 러시아, 인도, 중국)였다. 많은 인구, 넓은 영토, 풍부한 자원이라는 공통점을 가진 이들 4개국은 포화된 기존 시장의 한계를 대체할 수 있는 신천지로 인식되었다. 한국의 기업들은 BRICs 시장에 발 빠르게 접근했고, 몇몇 기업은 높은 경쟁력을 유지하며 선전하고 있다. 하지만 BRICs 4국 중 러시아 시장에서는 아직까지 한국기업의 활동사항이 미미한 실정이다.

1983년 10월 원대한 포부와 중차대한 사명감 아래 여주벌에서 첫 삽을 뜨며 출발한 국내 최초의 방재시험소가 마침내 건축공사를 끝내고 본격적인 업무개시를 눈앞에 두고 있다. 화재로 인한 각종 재난을 빈번히 겪으면서도 과학적으로 대처하지 못한 채 되풀이 되는 대형 참사에 속수무책이었던 우리 현실로서는 획기적인 발전이 아닐 수 없다. 우리보다 앞선 여러나라에 비해 조금도 손색없는 장비와 인력을 갖추고 최첨단을 향한 방재활동의 첫 발을 내디디며 무한한 긍지를 느낀다.

정부가 발표한 차세대 성장동력 육성정책의 한 분야인 디지털콘텐츠 산업 발전을 위한 첫 발을 정보통신부가 내딛었다. 정통부는 디지털콘텐츠산업을 선도하는 업체와 학계, 연구소, 협회 등 핵심 인력 300여명으로 구성된 국내 최고 커뮤니티인‘한국 디지털콘텐츠 미래포럼’을 출범했다. 이에 10월 1일 디지털콘텐츠 산업 발전을 위해 뜻을 같이 한 국내 대표 통신사업자와 SI기업 대표들과 함께 창립총회를 열고 본격적인 활동에 들어갔다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the most optimum way of performing the bandal chagi during Taekwondo Kyorugi competition. By analyzing the EMG data and the kinematic data it was hoped that scientific data would be provided to instructors and players about the optimization of the Bandal Chagi. The results of the analysis are as follows: During competition while performing the Bandal Chagi the most important factors that affect the impact point are the range of motions of the upper body hyper extension and knee joints. Through the measurement of the muscles EMG activity of a well performed Bandal Chagi with the right leg it was observed that the left side erector spinae muscle was highly activated and so it was concluded that this muscle should be trained to improve the performance of the Bandal Chagi. Likewise it was observed that for the right side of the abdominal muscle's EMG there was a high activity level and thus showed that there was a large contribution of this muscle for the optimum performance of the Bandal Chagi.

I investigated whether network structure of legislators affects legislative performance in a cosponsorship network. I presented the theoretical basis with network closure and structural holes, and analyzed the network in the 19th National Assembly of Republic of Korea. In the directed and weighted network, each tie means that cosponsors support the bill sponsors proposed. The performance was measured by the number of initiatives and the ratio of reflected legislation, and the network structure was measured by size, density, hierarchy, and constraint. I found that the legislators with brokerage structure have a lot of initiatives in making connection with many legislators in various groups and the legislators with hierarchical structure have the higher ratio of reflected legislation with the continuous and strong support from the members of their group. I also found that the network of ruling party lawmaker is more hierarchical than the network of opposition lawmaker.
