Quantification on Dam Condition Related to Internal Erosion of an Embankment Dam and its Applicability Evaluation (필댐의 내부침식과 관련된 댐 상태의 정량화 및 적용성 평가)

  • The typical four conditions related to internal erosion were set from the results of the regular dam safety inspection for 17,500 dams, and a questionnaire survey was conducted for dam safety experts to quantify these four typical current dam conditions with scores between 0 and 10, respectively. In addition, we proposed 'possible score range' for each condition to minimize the decision limits for dam managers to quantify dam conditions while helping to quantify various dam conditions except 4 representative conditions. A case study based on 'quantified score' and 'possible score range' for each condition showed that this method consistently reflects the dangerousness of the dam and provides a reasonable probability of failure. This helps to overcome limitations of dam rating determination by weighted average, and it will help to evaluate dangerous dams as dangerous dams.

Analysis of the effect of non-face-to-face online SW education program on the computational thinking ability of students from the underprivileged class (비대면 온라인 SW 교육 프로그램이 소외계층 학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • As computational thinking has been noted as an important competency worldwide, SW education was introduced in the 2015 revised curriculum, and SW education has been applied to the curriculum from 2018. However, in a poor educational environment, the educationally underprivileged class is in the blind spot of SW education and is not receiving systematic SW education. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of conducting a non-face-to-face SW online education program for 267 underprivileged elementary school students in education at a time when non-face-to-face online education was being conducted through the COVID-19 mass infectious disease. As a result of conducting the computational thinking ability test, which abstraction, problem decomposition, algorithm, automation, and data processing, before and after education, the overall score of computational thinking and the score of all five factors were statistically significantly increased(p<0.001). Among the five factors, there was the highest score improvement in data processing score. These results suggest that the non-face-to-face SW online education program is effective in improving the computational thinking ability of elementary school students from the educational underprivileged class.

  • To enhance the practical usage of solely quantitative evaluation method for each students on the current public education fields which might cause some social problems, an intelligent and adaptive fuzzy logical inference methodology for the additional qualitative evaluation technique is proposed to utilize each students personal characteristic properties to be evaluated. Proposed method uses some verbal descriptions for the linguistic qualifier in addition to the grade points. An imaginary virtual experimentation only has been implemented due to some difficulties with the critical national educational policy problems in the case of some possibly real and practical experimental environments to be utilized for the simulation.

  • This paper designed a smartphone application with sequence problems which users can improve their learning ability and this application is implemented as serious game which is designed for the special purposes of education with entertainment and game-like fun at anytime and anywhere during the spare time. Also to prove learning effects through sequence of number application under ubiquitous environment which is popular these days, the proposed serious game which has various types of sequence questions is implemented based on the iphone and android environments. User characteristics and learning effects which are based on game record of proposed application are analyzed according to socio-demographic characteristics.

The Effect of Nutrition Education on the Improvement of Psychosocial Factors Related to Vegetable and Fruit Intake of Elementary School Children in Pre-Action Stages (채소와 과일섭취 증진을 위한 영양교육이 행동전단계 초등학생의 사회심리적 요인의 변화에 미치는 효과)

  • This study investigates the change of level of psychosocial factors of decisional balance, processes of change, and self-efficacy after nutrition education on vegetable and fruit intake of children in pre-action stages. Forty-seven 5th grade elementary school children in Yeongi-Gun, Chungnam-Do were categorized into pre-action stages from a total of 71 children by four-stage questions, and then finally into two stages of precontemplation and contemplation & preparation. After 6 weeks nutrition education, recognition of both of pros and cons of vegetable intake were improved in the two groups of precontemplation and contemplation & preparation. In fruits intake, however, recognition of pros was not changed after nutrition education in either stage, but recognition of cons was improved only in the precontemplation stage. However, no difference in any psychosocial variables was found between precontemplation stage and contemplation & preparation stage. After the nutrition education, the score of consciousness raising of vegetable intake belonging to cognitive process of change increased in the subjects of the precontemplation stage, wheres the scores of dramatic relief, self-reevaluation, environment reevaluation and social liberation increased in the group of contemplation & preparation. In fruit intake, however, no change was found except in the environment reevaluation in the precontemplation group. The behavioral process of change of vegetable and fruit intake did not show any change in either group after nutrition education. Self-efficacy scores of vegetable intake of keeping the foods at hand, eating the recommended number of servings and making time to eat increased in the precontemplation group, while in the contemplation & preparation group, self efficacy scores of shopping for a variety of vegetables, instead of keeping the foods at hands, as well as the scores of the rest two items of eating the recommended number of servings and making time to eat increased after nutrition education. However, in case of fruits intake, no difference was shown in the precontemplation stage except an item of keeping the foods at hand. The results indicated that the stage of change was progressed in the pre-action stage after nutrition education and the scores of many psychosocial factors increased in both pre-action stages. It is suggested that the recognition of cons as well as the cognitive process of change and self-efficacy could be best used as indicators of the assessment of nutrition education program for vegetable intake.

  • 본 연구는 소방대원의 현장 작업자세 평가와 분석을 통하여 소방대원의 근골격계 부담작업 유해요인을 분석하고자 한다. B시에 소재하고 있는 소방서의 남자 소방대원을 대상으로 소방 현장에서 많이하는 자세 중 요구조자 이송작업자세, 방수작업자세, 유압구조장비 작업자세, 만능도끼작업 자세를 인간공학적 평가 기법인 Rapid Entire Body Assessment(REBA), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment(RULA)와 NIOSH Lifting Equation(NLE)를 이용하여 평가하고 분석하였다. 자세 분석결과, RULA 분석에서 모든 작업이 최고 점수인 7점으로 평가되었고 REBA는 5점에서 10점까지로 RULA분석에 비하여 낮은 점수를 나타내었다. 따라서, 소방대원들의 작업환경과 자세에 문제가 많다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • 기존의 웹 기반 학습 평가 시스템은 학습자의 선택 기회가 없는 상태에서 일방적으로 제시된 문제지로 평가하게 되거나, 문제 은행에서 임의로 추출한 문제도 단순히 무작위로나 난이도만을 고려하여 문제지를 구성하였고, 그 결과에 대한 성취도의 분석도 한 문제지에 대한 정오표 또는 점수로 단순하게 제시하기 때문에 학습자의 지속적인 학습 관리가 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 문제유형, 과목 및 단원 난이도, 문항 형태, 문항당 배점, 문항당 배당 시간등의 다양한 정보를 가진 유형별 문제 은행을 구축하였다. 학습자는 마치 문제집을 풀고 싶은 유형의 문제를 선택하듯이 문제 은행에서 문제를 자율적으로 구성하여 평가할 수 있는 유형별 문제지나 대학수학능력시험의 기준에 맞추어 자동 구성되는 종합 문제지로 다양하게 평가할 수 있다. 또한, 한문제지에 대한 결과뿐만 아니라 유형별, 월별 성취도 분석을 통하여 평가한 총점에 대한 획득한 점수의 누적 통계를 그래프로 일목요연하게 보여주어 한 학습자에 대한 지속적인 성취도 분석이 가능하도록 구축하였다.

  • GRID environments have been developed in distributed heterogeneous computing infrastructure for advanced science and engineering Therefore efficient scheduling algorithms for allocating user job to resources in the GRID environment are required. Many scheduling algorithms have been proposed, but these algorithms are not suitable for the GRID environment. That is the previous scheduling algorithm does not consider network bandwidth between multiple resources. In this paper, we propose a new scheduling algorithm for Global GRID environment and show that our algorithm has better performance than other scheduling algorithms through extensive simulation.

  • 국내기업에서 대부분의 정보시스템이 정보시스템 수명주기로 불 때 운영단계로 진입하고 조직의 정보시스템의존도 및 시스템규모가 점점 늘어남에 따라서 정보시스템의 운영과정에서 발생되는 소프트웨어 유지보수에 투입되는 비용도 증가되고 있다. 그러나 소프트웨어유지보수 프로젝트에 소요되는 투입인력 규모예측에 관련된 연구는 소프트웨어개발부문에 비해 적은 것이 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 유지보수프로젝트를 대상 소프트웨어의 규모는 IFPUG에서 개발된 기능점수기법(function point model)을 적용하여 산정하고, 특정 소프트웨어유지보수 프로젝트 생산성에 영향을 미치는 유지보수환경, 프로덕트, 투입인력 등 3개 영역에서 도출된 총 10개 특성을 보정요소로 설정한 후, 유지보수프로젝트의 소요인력 규모를 추정하기 위한 비선형회귀모형을 제시하고 있다. 실제 수행된 26개 유지보수프로젝트로부터 수집한 실적데이터를 이용하여 이 모형을 실증 분석한 결과 유의한 모형임이 밝혀졌다.

A Study on the Evaluation Model for CMS using the AHP (AHP를 이용한 CMS 평가방법에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 최근 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있는 CMS의 평가방법론을 개발하기 위한 목적으로, CMS와 IT솔루션 평가이론에 대한 고찰을 통해 CMS의 평가항목을 크게 "솔루션 특성", "공급벤더역량", "구매업체 환경적합성"의 대항목으로 분류하고, "컨텐츠 관리기능", "경제성", "서비스", "정보화계획적합성" 등의 총 10가지 세부항목을 제안하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 통하여 각 평가항목의 상대적 선호도를 결정하고, 과거 단순가중치법을 이용하여 도입된 CMS구매과정과 상호비교하는 사례연구를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 과거 단순가중치법에 의해 산출된 솔루션의 평가점수와 AHP를 이용한 상대적 선호도에 따른 평가점수 사이에는 큰 차이가 존재하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 CMS 솔루션의 선정에 중요한 평가항목들을 제공하였으며, 객관적이고 과학적인 방법론인 AHP를 활용함으로써 솔루션의 차이를 효과적으로 차별화하는 좋은 사례를 제공코자 하였다.
