본고는 이화여대 법정대학이 주최한 학술발표회 "국제화 시대에서 한국경제의 생존전략은 무엇인가?"의 제3주제 "무한경쟁시대의 기업경영전략"의 발표를 위하여 작성되었다. 본고에서는 경영전략의 주체인 "기업"의 의미와 경영전략이 추구하는 "경쟁력"의 의미, 그리고 이들의 기반인 "시대적 환경"의 특성을 고찰한 다음에 경쟁력 강화를 위한 "경영전략"을 제시한다.

본 논문은 전통산업의 디지털 전략에 대해 토론한다. 인터넷의 발전과 함께 새로운 산업이 등장하고 있으며 동시에 전통산업도 변화하고 있는데, 이를 디지털전략이라는 관점으로 설명할 수 있다. 전통산업은 인터넷 환경에서 살아남기 위하여 전략적 변화를 시도하고 있으며 본 연구는 이를 네 가지 유형으로 설명하였다. 유형화를 위하여 두 축을 사용한다. 첫째는 디지털전략 방향이며 여기에는 합리화와 신사업추구 두 가지를 들 수 있다. 둘째는 디지털화 대상이며 이를 제품과 프로세스로 나눌 수 있다. 이런 유형화를 바탕으로 네가지 디지털 전략을 이름 붙여, 제품혁신전략, 신사업전략, 합리화전략 그리고 프로세스혁신전략이라 부른다.

최근 자동차산업의 경영 환경은 법적 및 환경규제 강화, 원가절감 압박, 고객요구 수준 증대, 글로벌리제이션 등으로 급속한 변화에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 자동자업계는 자체 설계, 최적의 부품/소재 선정, 조립 및 제조 공정 등 각 부문별로 공급업체와 공동대응 체제를 강화하고 있다. 특히 Early Involvement Program 등 신차 개발단계부터 공급업체의 조기참여를 유도함으로써 완성차업계와 공급업계간의 동반자적 가치창출을 위한 Win-Win 기술개발 활동 및 기술전략을 구현하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자동차용 강판을 제조, 공급하는 철강업제의 전략적 기술경영을 전략, 프로세스, 인적/물적 자원, 조직 등의 관점에서 고찰함으로써 자동차용 강판 기술역량 획득 및 자동차업체와 공동 성장을 위한 철강업제의 총체적 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.

지역개발과 지역의 지속가능한 발전전략의 수립을 위해 지역의 환경적, 사회적, 경제적 특성을 통합한 지속가능발전 모델을 구축하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 지속가능발전 전략의 모색과 관련정책의 파급효과를 측정하기 위하여 이러한 통합모델의 개발과 적용을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적에 따라 높은 환경질을 유지하고 대나무와 같은 생태자원을 육성함으로써 생태관광과 대나무신산업 등의 새로운 지역개발 정책을 수행하는 전라남도 담양군을 대상으로 지속가능발전 체계동태모형을 구축한다. 담양군 사례분석의 결과는 죽림육성 정책과 대나무신산업과 같은 지역특화산업에 대한 기술개발 및 각종 재원의 병행이 인구유입과 지역경제의 활성화에 매우 효과적임을 제시하고 있다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 지역의 지속가능성에 관한 시스템적 사고를 통해 지역개발에 있어서 지역의 환경적 특성을 살린 생태자원의 육성과 적절한 산업정책을 병행하는 생태발전 전략이 지역의 지속가능발전에 있어서 매우 중요한 수단이 될 수 있음을 제시하고 있다.

영국 BT는 정부의 통신정책 및 대내외적인 사업환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대처하여 경쟁사업자들보다 앞서 새로운 사업전략을 수립 시행하는가 하면 적극적인 사업구조 조정을 통하여 기업가치를 극대화 시켜 나가고 있다. 우리나라 통신사업자들을 IMF 체제와 점점 치열해져가고 있는 시장경쟁 환경하에서의 기업생존과 나아가 세계적 통신사업자로 성장을 위해서 새로운 사업전략의 수립과 사업구조 조정이 당면과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 고는 이같은 문제에 도움을 얻고자 세계적 통신사업자인 BT의 사업전략과 사업 구조조정 사례를 조사 분석하여 우리에의 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다.

해상환경에 적용된 최적항로예측 알고리듬을 자율운항선박의 기본 시스템으로 가정하고 육상의 육상원격제어시스템을 통해 선박이 제어되는 환경을 ECDIS 시스템을 사용하여 시뮬레이션하고 자율운항선박과 육상원격제어 간 안전운항를 위해 상호 시스템 공유를 이용한 협업을 바탕으로 최적항로예측 시뮬레이션을 개선하는 방안을 분석하였다.

본 연구는 항공레저스포츠 환경 분석을 통한 항공레저스포츠산업의 발전전략을 제안 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 항공레저스포츠의 실태 조사와 더불어 정부의 정책 및 사례조사를 통해 현황을 파악하였으며 전문가의 의견과 선행연구들의 결과를 수렴하여 환경 분석(SWOT) 및 그에 따른 전략을 탐색하였다.

pull 기반의 데이터 방송 환경에서는 클라이언트의 데이터 요청을 최소화하기 위하여 캐쉬의 도입이 특히 필요하다. 이러한 환경에서 캐쉬의 도입 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 히트율 뿐만 아니라 미스 비용도 고려한 효율적인 캐쉬 대체 전략의 수립이 무엇보다도 시스템 성능에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트의 데이터 액세스 빈도수 및 대기 시간 등을 고려하면서 최신성을 합께 반영하는 캐쉬 대체 전략을 제안한다.

This study examines the performance impacts of entry mode choice based on the perceptions of managers of a large sample of South Korean foreign MNEs in Mongolia. The purpose of this study is to build on existing research by examining the extent to which the South Korean companies investment in Mongolia. It is necessary to establish and execute optimal entry strategy according to environmental features in order to survive as a competitive international enterprise in the extensive Mongolia markets. This study finally seek a plan to enhance the performance of the cross-cultural companies. The results of this study are as stated as follows. the relationships between the environmental factors and entry strategies are, statistically, significantly positive. The relationships between the entry strategies and performance in Korean companies are, statistically, significantly positive. the relationships between companies' environmental factors and performance, the environmental features of cross-cultural companies are positive. We find that Korean affiliate performance is a multidimensional and complex phenomenon, which may be properly explained by multiple factors, including the industrial, environmental, and cultural factor, that go beyond initial entry mode choices in Mongolia market. These results make theoretically optimal entry mode decisions and whether or not this entry mode choice is related to enhanced performance of Korean companies to Mongolia market.

This study compares and analyzes the operation costs of traditional and direct delivery strategies considering carbon emissions. For the determination of minimum operation costs and order quantity, we use the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model, which is the proper method for calculate the operation costs by logistics strategy. Using the classical EOQ model, we expand the EOQ model considering carbon emissions and domestic logistics environment. We conduct an empirical study on two agri-food logistics strategies under limitation of the carbon emissions using the expanded EOQ model. From the results of the empirical study, we find that the operation costs of direct delivery strategy are about 50% lower than those of the traditional strategy. Economic order quantity is also smaller than that of the traditional strategy. These results indicate that agri-food products can be transported quickly and freshly under direct delivery strategy. Consequently, considering carbon emissions, direct delivery logistics strategy are analyzed to have more positive effect on economic and environmental issues than existing logistics strategy. It is judged that direct strategy will also increase the freshness of agricultural products.
