유무선 통합서비스가 물리적인 네트워크 자체의 통합을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 각 사업자별 서비스, 마케팅 접속, 인터페이스, 콘텐츠 등의 통합을 의미한다. 즉 소비자의 입장에서는 기존 유선과 무선으로 나뉘어 있던 서비스들을 유무선 관계없이 동일한 콘텐츠를 다양한 인터페이스를 통해 이용할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 특정 통신 사업자들이 대부분의 유선 네트워크를 포설 운영되고 있기 때문에, 유무선통합 및 방송통신융합의 진정한 실현과 IP-TV를 통한 콘텐츠 활성화를 위해서는 현재의 수직적 규제체계를 수평적 규제체제로 전환함과 동시에 사업자 분류체계를 물리적 네트워크, 플랫폼, 콘텐츠 영역으로 분리해야 한다. 이와 같이 본 고에서는 방송통신융합에서 발생하고 있는 여러 문제점들 중에서 IP-TV 도입 환경에서 발생하는 네트워크와 관련한 진입규제 및 네트워크 중립성 문제에 대한 방안을 모색하기 위해 국내 유선통신시장 환경을 분석하고, 이를 통해 국내 네트워크 정책의 바람직한 방향을 제시하였다.

급격한 정보화 산업의 발달로 인하여 혁신적인 기술 진화와 함께 이에 기반한 새로운 환경적, 기술적 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 공간 간 융합과 조화를 극대화 시키고 공간속에서의 충돌과 문제점을 최소화시키기 위한 유비쿼터스 공간의 출현이다. USN에서 많은 수의 작고 다양하고 이질적인 센서 데이터 들이 발생하고 있다. 센서 데이터베이스 시스템에서 수많은 데이터들을 융합하기 위하여 에이전트 기술을 이용하고, 방대하고 애매모호한 데이터를 퍼지이론을 적용하여 데이터를 분류하여 적절한 장소에서 사용자의 욕구에 알맞은 정보를 제공함으로써 효율성과 융통성을 지원하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 애매모호한 데이터를 적절하게 분류함으로써 시간과 비용을 절약하고 빠른 응답을 사용자에게 전달할 수 있으며 유효적절한 서비스를 사용자의 기호에 맞게 제공함으로써 공간과 사물에 주어진 센서 데이터를 효율적으로 관리 할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

The environment of IT is, currently, on its developing process to the period of cloud computing, big data, and business intelligence which not only enable computer and internet to be utilized like the water or the air, but also be a new motivating force for its advance. In the respect of various interactions and Infographics, however, it is requiring more demands from its users, and additional functions which cannot be provided by the Web Browser. In this study, therefore, it will be suggested a design of N-screen convergence presentation tier by using infographics based on N-Tier platform.

융합 보안이란, 물리적으로 정보, 인명, 시설을 보호하는 물리 보안과 ICT 기술을 이용한 정보 보안과의 융합되는 보안 기술 및 서비스를 의미한다. 최근에 IoT 환경의 발전으로 다양한 센서로부터 얻은 정보를 바탕으로 사용자의 상태, 위치 추적, 위험, 제한 시설의 접근을 감지하여 융합 보안에 활용하고자 하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 융합 보안 환경에서 사용자의 위험 요소를 정의하고, 위험 요소에 따른 이벤트를 생성하기 위한 기법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the convergent interaction effects of work environment on the relation between patients related stress and nurse's burnout. Data were collected with a convenience sample of 168 nurses at hospital in Seoul, Korea from 1 July to 15 July 2014. The structured questionnaires measured patients related stress, work environment, and burnout. In the results, patients related stress enhanced burnout. The analysis of moderating effect of work environments to relation between patients related stress to burnout showed that high control, rewards, fairness, and value and low overload reduced the influence of patients related stress to burnout. And community had main effect to burnout. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop nurse's work environment improvement strategies for relieving burnout.

The purpose of this study is to investigate secondary school teacher's perceptions and needs of computer and information literacy(CIL) convergence education and to suggest implications for promoting CIL convergence education in the actual school fields. We conducted a survey on teachers perceptions and the needs for CIL convergence education and analysed 227 secondary school teachers responses. As a result, we found that the perception of the necessity of CIL convergence education was very high while understanding level of the CIL convergence education and the actual frequency of teaching experiences were relatively low. In addition, CIL convergence education activities are mainly conducted through Informatics curriculum rather than various subjects. We identified that the main constrains of CIL convergence education were the burden on the progress of subject based curriculum as well as the lacking of teaching and learning equipments including computers. We identified that the needs for empowering teachers professional developments and constructing the physical and institutional environments of school sites were high. In discussion, we suggested the support strategies in terms of teacher professional development, institutional supports, and physical environments.

According to the era, area, culture, and scholars, the beauty has been variously interpreted. This paper is analyzed about human beauty, the university environment beauty, and the relevance of awareness about beauty and convergence education. Especially this paper is researched on the basis of the survey data for the B University students. Also in this paper, we considered that what is beauty, whether and how to recognize human beauty, which was investigated whether the beauty of the campus environment. Futhermore, we discussed about relevance of beauty and convergence education. We describes relevance of major education and aesthetics, and relevance of characteristics education. In this survey, it can be seen that theses students have awareness of holistic human beauty and that inner beauty rather than outer beauty is more preferentially. The beauty of university environment is important to know university member's beauty, and individual character and major competencies of faculties and staffs suited to establishment ideology of the university, and the emotional education and administration suited to the emotional generations. Because beauty awareness of university programs appear through the students' character and major competence, it was recognized that the convergence beauty education of university program is properly carried out is important.

The research goals of this study using the wind by car as replaceable energy are summarized to three things as follows. The first goal is to secure a replaceable energy source of environmental conveniency through the wind power system by the wind by car. The second goal is to develop a educational program for related convergence professional man. The third goal is to make a wind power system for a replaceable energy education. We have performed for obtaining a research goal during six months. So, we concluded three results as follows. The system for doing a wind by car is modeled. New convergence educational program for department of electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering is developed under this system. And, the wind power system is produced for practice education of demonstration for replaceable energy.

선박 산업에서의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 IT 융합 기술 기반의 고부가가치 기술 및 서비스에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. IT 기반의 선박 탑재 장비의 증가로 인해 이러한 장비의 효율적인 관리 및 제어, 이에 기반을 둔 고급 서비스 개발을 위해서 필수적으로 해상에서의 광대역 무선 통신망 구축이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 선박 간 무선 통신망 구축 및 시뮬레이션 구조에 대해 살펴보고, 해상 환경 시뮬레이션을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델을 제시한다. 또한 효율적인 해상 통신 환경 시뮬레이션을 위한 QualNet 시뮬레이터에서의 BER(Bit Error Rate) 패턴 기반의 시뮬레이션 구조를 제시한다.
