An Analysis of Effect of a Fit Between Success Factors of ERP Implementation and Information Characteristics of ERP System on System Performance (ERP도입의 성공요인과 시스템 정보특성간의 적합성이 시스템 성과에 미치는 영향분석)

  • To achieve this study, this study divide success factors of ERP implementation into organizational, environmental and information and group system information characteristics into form, content, source and supply frequency of information and is to verify an effect of two factors on system performance(user satisfaction). After selecting 250 SMBs in sample, this study use 79 questionaires for analysis. And all SMBs which was sampled in this study are manufacturing companies and don't consider respondent's position. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of a fit between organizational factors and system information characteristics on system performance. Second, there is a positive effect of a fit between environmental factors and system information characteristics on system performance. and third, there is positive effect of a fit between information factors and system information characteristics on system performance.

  • 비만은 다양한 원인에 의해 발생된다. 일반적으로 유전적 소인과 환경 요인이 한데 어우러져 발생한다고 일컬으며, 유전 요인은 어쩔 수 없으니 환경요인에 비중을 두어 설명하는 경향이 강하다. 필자는 그러한 설명을 비껴 유전적요인, 2차적으로 비만을 가져오는 원인 등에 대한 내용을 먼저 소개한다.

  • 최근 기후변화의 위기를 녹색 기술과 청정에너지를 활용한 신(新)성장동력의 기회로 활용하면서 건설 산업에도 온실가스 저감, 환경오염 저감, 에너지 효율화를 위한 기술적인 활동을 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력이 구체적인 성과를 얻기 위해서는 건설 사업 초기단계에서부터 녹색건설에 대한 단계별 목표 수립과 구체적이고 체계적인 성과평가 시스템을 수립하여야 하지만, 성과평가에 대한 이해와 평가방법이 불명확한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 녹색 건설 성과분야를 경제적요인(Economic), 사회적요인 (Social), 환경적요인(Environmental)으로 구분하여 합리적이고 비교 가능한 녹색 건설의 세부 성과지표를 제시하기 위한 녹색 건설 성과지표 국내 외 사례를 조사 비교 분석 하였다.

The Structural Relationship among Perceived Environmental Factor, Self-Rated Health and Active Aging for Active Senior Golf Participants (액티브 시니어 골프참여자의 지각된 환경적요인과 주관적 건강 및 활동적 노화의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among perceived environmental factor, active aging and self-rated health for active senior golf participants. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs for Windows. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis. After correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were used. As a results derived through the research are as follows. First perceived environmental factor had a positive effect on active aging. Second, active aging had a positive effect on self-rated health. Third, perceived environmental factor had a positive effect on self-rated health. Fourth, active aging mediated the relationship between perceived environmental factor and self-rated health.

The Effect of Selection Factors on the Consumers' Purchasing Decisions for Classical Music Performances: Focused on Different Types of Audience (클래식 음악공연의 소비자 선택요인이 구매의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 관객유형 중심으로)

  • The domestic market for performances and concerts is rapidly growing. However, despite of the various efforts to attract audience, the market still struggles in securing consumers for classical music performances. In this context, the following thesis first explores the factors that determine the choice of performances through open-ended questions to categorize the types of consumers based on the results. Then, effects of different factors of choices for each type of consumer are studied to find out how these factors affect the consumers' purchasing decisions. As a result, 35 factors out of the 40 factors were ultimately confirmed as the factors that determine the consumers' choice for purchasing classical music performances. Then, the 35 factors were classified into seven categories. Moreover, an empirical analysis showed that personal factors, factors regarding contents of the performance, information factors, environmental factors and marketing factors had significant effects on the consumers' purchasing decisions. The degree of influence of the factors for each type of audience varied. This study conclusively seeks to contribute to developing a more thorough marketing strategies for performance arts institutions and performance venues.

Convergence factor Influencing Job Satisfaction of Radiographer (방사선사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 융복합요인)

  • This cross-sectional study was performed to offer radiographer who registered to the Korean Association of Radiographers as a basic material promote job satisfaction and lower job stress. A total of 213 radiographer were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire. The 105 questionnaires consist of general characteristics, job characteristics, job stress, and job satisfaction. The job satisfaction was categorized into 3 sub-scales; psychological variables, environmental variables, and structural variables. The job stress insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. Job satisfaction in psychological variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who have a high level of education, work in seoul,have a high sense of mission, don't have job leaving attitude, have a lower job insecurity. Job satisfaction in environmental variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who get lower salary. Job satisfaction in structural variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who have a high sense of mission, don't have job leaving attitude, have a lower organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. Job satisfaction of radiographer was higher in th radiographers who don't have job leaving attitude, have a high sense of mission, have a lower lack of reward, and occupational climate.

  • This study investigated the job-satisfaction of the Radiographer's job-characteristics and job-stress. A total of 213 Radiographer were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire. The job satisfaction was categorized into 3 sub-scales; psychological variables, environmental variables, and structural variables. The occupational stress was categorized into 8 sub-scales; physical environment, job demand, insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. 30 years old than 30 years later, people are highly rewarding than a low person, this person is lower than people with high sense of duty, place the larger the size of Seoul, hospital than fat, than people who do not have turnover intention this, job insecurity, organizational structure, inadequate compensation, workplace culture, physical environment, people with low job satisfaction is higher than men were. As such there is a need to identify the cause because otherwise indicated differences in job satisfaction.

농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 농촌융복합산업에 관심이 있는 예비 농촌융복합산업 창업인들의 농촌융복합산업 창업의도 발현에 대한 영향요인들을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 농촌융복합산업 예비창업자들이 농촌융복합산업 창업이라는 의사결정을 하는데 미치는 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 영향관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 농촌융복합산업 창업도 창업의 한 형태로 이해할 수 있는 것이라는 관점에서 논의를 전개하였으며, 이를 위해 창업연구 분야에서 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석에 사용되는 연구분석틀을 응용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 잠재적 농촌융복합산업 창업자들인 예비농업인들의 창업 기초 자료를 제공하고 관련 정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 예비 농촌융복합산업 창업자들이 현재의 환경 하에서 농촌융복합산업 창업을 고려할 때 창업의도에 미치는 요인들로서 개인적요인과 외부적요인으로 귀농지역적 요인, 정책적요인을 선정하였다. 이후 선행연구 및 정책적 자료들에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 이론적인 개념을 정립하고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 선택된 연구의 변수들인 내적 개인특성, 외부 환경요인, 정책적요인, 농촌융복합산업 창업의도들 간의 관계를 실증분석하고, 이를 토대로 의미 있는 이론적 및 정책적 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 알아볼 것이다. 이를 위해 연구대상인 농촌융복합산업 예비창업자 개인적 요인과 외부적인 지역적요인, 정책요인을 변수로 제시하고자 한다. 둘째, 표본의 일반적 특성과 농촌융복합산업 창업의도와의 상관관계에 대해 분석할 것이다. 연령, 현재 회사에서 맡고 있는 업무분야, 기업규모, 성별, 학력, 농촌융복합산업 유형, 근무경력 등 인구통계적 특성이 개인의 농업·농촌 관심도와 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 집단간 비교분석을 통해 알아볼 것이다.

  • As smartphone app use and untact consumption activities become more common, a new consumption environment is starting. The purpose of this study is to measure preference and brand trust as an advertising effect through experience of UI functional factors of shopping brand app and to establish causal structural relationship to satisfaction.Based on theoretical research, the research model was set and the data of 223 people collected in the survey were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program.App UI functional factors partially affect advertising effects, and advertising effects have been found to affect satisfaction. This could provide basic research on marketing communications for brand shopping apps.
