This paper aimed to look at the awareness of foreign workers in social platforms by using text mining, one of the big data techniques and draw suggestions for foreign workers. To achieve this purpose, data collection was conducted with search keyword 'Foreign Worker' from Jan. 1, to Dec. 31, 2020, and frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and degree centrality analysis and 100 parent keywords were drawn for comparison. Furthermore, Ucinet6.0 and Netdraw were used to analyze semantic networks, and through CONCOR analysis, data were clustered into the following eight groups: foreigner policy issue, regional community issue, business owner's perspective issue, employment issue, working environment issue, legal issue, immigration issue, and human rights issue. Based on such analyzed results, it identified national awareness of foreign workers and main issues and provided the basic data on policy proposals for foreign workers and related researches.

잘 만들어진 디지털콘텐츠는 사용자들에게 정확한 정보를 전달하여 교육과 학습에 도움을 주고, 무료한 생활에 활력소 역할을 할 수 있으며, 다양한 산업 분야의 융합을 야기하는 촉매제의 역할을 할 수 있지만 어떻게 만들어야 잘 만든 결과물을 만들 수 있을지에 대한 의문점은 쉽게 깨트려지지 않는다. 제작 기술이나 제작 인력의 확보 등 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있는 환경이 잘 구축되어야 하며, 제작자의 노력이 보장되어야 한다. 또한, 사용자가 쉽게 구매하여 사용할 수 있으며, 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 환경이 되어야 한다. 디지털콘텐츠 환경은 개별적인 환경 조성이 아니라 정보, 기업, 학교, 가정이 유기적으로 결합된 환경 생태계의 구성이 필요하다고 본다. 본 특집에서는 디지털콘텐츠 사업체나 전문가들이 알아야 할 디지털콘텐츠 정책 방향에 대해서 알아보고, 게임실무반에서 논의 중인 기능성게임 인증 기술 관련 국내표준화 이슈, 다양한 실감형혼합현실의 기술 동향, IEEE P3079에서 논의 중인 가상현실 멀미 저감을 위한 기술, MPEG에서 논의되는 콘텐츠와 사용자 간의 인터랙션을 제공하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스 기술, SC24에서 논의되고 있는 MAR 기술 등의 국제표준화 이슈를 다룬다.

본 연구의 목적은 차세대 MEAP 환경에서의 보안 평가 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 기업용 애플리케이션 개발환경은 PES 및 MEAP을 거쳐 완벽한 OSMP구현을 위한 HTML5 환경으로 발전하고 있다. 이와 더불어 보안의 위협도 증대되고 있으나, HTML5 환경에서의 보안에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 문제에 대비하기 위해서는 기존 개발환경의 보안 특징을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 보안위협요소를 Back-End System, Client, Developer, OS 4가지로 도출한 후, 이에 해당하는 보안 위협 문제들을 살펴보고 보안 평가 모델을 제시하였다. 본 모델은 단계별 보안이슈를 포함하고 있으며, 향후 HTML5 시대에 논의될 보안 이슈의 방향성을 제시한다는데 그 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업형 하이브리드 애플리케이션 개발을 준비하는 기업 및 연구자에게 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

현대자동차는 글로벌 환경이슈인 기후변화에 대응하기 위해 공장 부문과 본사 서비스, 판매, 연구소 등 건물부문에서 사업장 온실가스 배출량을 감축하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 한편 제품의 $CO_2$ 배출량을 줄이기 위해서는 기존 차량의 연비를 개선하는 동시에 하이브리드, 전기자동차 수소연료전지차 등 친환경 자동차를 개발하고 있다.

최근 통신 기술 및 IT기술을 발전이 급속히 이루어지면서 산업 및 사회 전반에 통신을 빼놓고는 일상 생활을 논할 수 없는 환경이 되었다. 특히 수만은 종류의 모바일 단말들이 널리 보급되면서 언제 어디서나 정보를 접근하고 획득할 수 있는 환경이 구축되어 있으며, 실시간 정보를 들을 접할 수 있는 환경이 조성되었다. 특히 통신 관련 장치가 소형화되고 저전력 기술이 적용되면서, 전에는 접할 수 없었던 특정 사물(컴퓨터, 프린터, 가전, 액츄에이터, 동영상 등)에 대한 네트워크적인 접근이 가능하며, 심지어 각종 센서 정보를 원격을 점검할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 변화는 실 세계의 사물을 응용 단의 하나의 자원으로 활용할 수 있는 환경이 조성되었으며, 특히 웹 기술을 이용해서 자원을 검색하고 접속/제어하려는 작업이 즉, Web of Things(WoT)개발이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WoT에 대한 개념 및 기술적이슈/표준화적 이슈에 대해서 논한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the environmental regulations in chemical substances for international trades. As the regulation of chemicals have been reinforced, many countries are in situation of having to respond to environmental regulation. The environmental regulation affect many companies within the supply chain because of regulating the whole the process of products, particularly IT industries.

IMO는 "인적 요인은 해양안전, 보안, 그리고 해양환경보호에 영향을 주는 복합적이고 다차원적인 문제이며, 선박의 승무원, 육상의 관리자, 감독기관, 선급, 조선소, 입법기관 등에 의해 수행되는 모든 인간 활동을 포함한다. 효과적으로 인적요인에 대한 문제를 다루기 위해서는 이러한 모든 이해 당사자들이 협조해야 되는 문제" 라고 정의하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 인적 요인 관련 의제의 배경 및 논의경과, 최근 기술이슈, 기술동향 및 전망, KRISO의 대응방안을 소개하고자 한다. 향후 관련 IMO 의제 대응, 연구개발 방향설정, 국내 해양환경 정책 수립 등에 활용될 수 있다.

Until now most of the leadership studies have been focused to managers having in formal authority. However, in the recent business environment, team member should also demonstrate his leadership. Hence, the purpose of this study has been focused to the team member's leadership and their leadership effectiveness. In this study, we verified how the degree of master sergeant's support can control to moderate the intensity of the team member's leadership behavior. The analysis results were as follows: we have found that team member's issue leadership can effect on positive(+) way on the audience's acceptance to the leader as well as team performance. But the moderating effects of master sergeant's support on the team member's issue leadership and leader acceptance was not significant in terms of statistical point of view. It has also shown even the negative(-) effects of master sergeants's support on the team member's issue leadership and leader acceptance as well as team performance. Through this study, we can understand that the master sergeant's support may impeding the team member's independent leadership.
