플라즈마 디스플레이 패널(PDP)은 공정 절차가 간단하고 가격 경쟁력이 매우 뛰어나 일찌감치 대형 평판 디스플레이 시장을 주도해 왔으며 빠른 응답 속도를 기반으로 한 생생한 화질의 구현으로 3D TV 시장에서도 꾸준한 사랑을 받고 있다. 향후 더 큰 화면을 요구하는 PID(Public Information Display) 시장에서도 PDP 는 두각을 나타낼 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 하지만 PDP 는 여전히 LCD, OLED 등의 디스플레이에 비해 발광 효율이 낮고 소비 전력이 높다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 또한 미국 환경청(EPA)과 에너지부(DOE)가 공동으로 마련한 전자 제품의 효율 등급제인 에너지 스타(Energy Star) 제도가 끊임없이 개편되면서 소비 전력에 대한 규제가 점차 강화되고 있기 때문에 발광 효율 및 소비 전력 특성의 개선은 현재 PDP 업계가 해결해야 할 가장 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 발광 효율의 개선과 관련하여 최근에는 PDP의 보호막으로 널리 쓰이고 있는 MgO 보다 2차 전자 방출 계수가 높아 PDP의 구동 전압을 낮추는 동시에 휘도와 발광 효율 특성을 개선시킬 수 있는 신 보호막에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. MgO를 대체 가능한 신 보호막으로 언급되는 물질은 SrO 혹은 CaO 등이 대표적이다. 하지만 이러한 물질들은 공기 및 수분에 대한 용해도가 높기 때문에 증착된 막이 이후의 공정 과정(합착 및 가열 배기 등)에서 대기 중에 노출 될 경우 심하게 변질될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 신 보호막 위에 기존의 MgO 보호막을 얇게 증착하여 공기로부터의 접촉을 차단하거나 펠렛을 제조하는 과정에서 MgO 에 신 보호막 물질을 소량만 첨가하는 등의 방법들이 제안되어 왔으며 그 결과 기존의 PDP 대비 구동 전압을 낮추고 발광 효율을 획기적으로 개선하는데 성공한 결과들이 지속적으로 보고되고 있다. 하지만 신 보호막이 공기 및 수분에 민감한 만큼, 고온의 공정으로 인해 PDP의 하판 유리로부터 상판에 증착된 박막으로 확산되는 불순물에 의해서도 오염되며 이 역시 신 보호막의 특성을 구현하는데 방해 요소로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 PDP 하판의 불순물이 상판의 박막으로 확산되는 것을 방지하고자 하판 형광체 인쇄전 PECVD 증착법으로 확산 방지막을 1 가량 형성하였다. 이후 SIMS 분석을 통하여 하판 불순물의 확산이 효과적으로 차단됨을 확인하였고 신 보호막의 오염을 최소화하여 결과적으로 PDP의 구동 전압을 낮추고 효율을 획기적으로 개선하는데 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Recently, the games on the market are getting rich and excellent in the category of design and productions. The style and production quality of cut-scenes also have achieved a continuous development, so how to stand out from multiple designs and gain popularity always acts as a challenge to designers. However, such design strategy up to developers will be failed to judge whether or not design achievements are loved by players and thus cannot meet rapidly changing market demands on both in a quantity and quality. Therefore, this study holds that cut-scene design for video games must set out from user-centered design(UCD). According to literatures with respect to product market, we know that Market Pull imposes far more impacts on success in bringing new products to the market than the technology Push, hence players actually determines the success of a game in competitive game market. This study will help to enhance the immersion of playing game, including the interest and standing out the designer's message without distorting the original impression in the game publishing environment.

The purpose of this study was to develop and to examine the effect on sex education program to middle school student. The subjects were 8 grade students and to examine 10 session education. Collected data was analyzed by SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The major results of this study were as follow ; First sex education program was developed into four areas : human and sex psychology, physical development and sex healthy, sex social environment and equality, marriage and healthy family. Included program contents were human dignit communication, sex curiosity, difference of sex, genital organs, pregnancy and birth, family violence, sexual violence, equality, parent-children relationships, family role. Second, sex education program was effective to improve degree of sex knowledge and to change sex attitude. Finally, sex education program needs to be continuously offered even to lower grades in elementary school.

Yang, Youngsun's 1001 has been a monumental "Web-toon" work optimized in Web Environment. This paper has intended to explain semantics of 1001 (reconstructed works of the Arabian Nights) by mimesis theory of desires and scapegoat mechanism of Ren$\acute{e}$ Girard; Shahriah, the protagonist, had been hurt by Queen's affair, but in the depth of his mind, he had suffered the problem of injured self-esteem by his model, father. However, Shahriah's mind had been recovered slowly by story therapy of Sheherezade. Sheherezade's story therapy had made up by contrasting states, violence and sacrificial love. In the very end, Shariah had solved all the problems of the structural Negativities by accepting his fate.

New areas can be created by combining separate fields of study. Today, boundaries between fields are collapsing because of rapid progress in technologies, which is also the case in music. In 1969, jazz trumpeter and respected artist Miles Davis combined jazz, rock, and classical music into the fusion genre. Classical music is known to be strict, rigorous, and rigid, and it started to take a different form after experiments with musical crossovers. This study examines the potential of more diverse musical crossovers that musicians use to evolve a new genre. Several musicians in Korea have attempted musical crossovers by following global music trends. In the album, "Love and Peace," the classical music pieces "Flight of the Bumblebee" and Beethoven's "Fate" were arranged using a popular music style.

In this paper, three-dimensional analysis of the curved levee was performed according to curvature angle, and radius of curvature to investigate the property of seepage. The hydraulic gradients in the curved parts of levees decreased in the outer levee and increased in the inner levee, compared to the two-dimensional analysis. The smaller the curvature angle and the radius of curvature, the larger the change of the hydraulic gradient, compared to the two-dimensional analysis. The effect of curvature radius on the hydraulic gradient was greater than the curvature angle. As a result of evaluating the piping safety factor for the critical hydraulic gradient, the safety factor was increased by 2~5% in the outer levee and decreased by 4~12% in the inner levee, compared to the two-dimensional analysis. Considering this reduction, if the two-dimensional analysis is performed on the curved part of the levee, and if designed the safety factor for piping is 0.1~0.3 greater than allowable FS=2.0, the safety factor of the curved part is slightly reduced, but there is no difficulty in securing stability.

Under copyright law, the writer' work is clearly protected, and any later producer who wishes to mount a copyrighted play or musical must obtain a license from the author, which may involve sharing royalties from the subsequent production with the author. Generally, directors do not explicitly enjoy similar legal protection for their creative input into a finished production. This Article explores the unsettled issue of copyright protection for stage direction in America. Firstly, it presents a few lawsuits on behalf of stage direction issues. It examines whether stage directions are possible for copyright protection through some pieces of articles. It looks at the contract form made by SSDC which is national labor union representing stage directors and choreographers. After all, I insist we acknowledge the copyright law and the value of copyright protection for stage directors' creative input into a performing arts production. We should devise the contract forms for stage directors which are to be applicable for each situations of productions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and present the achievements and challenges of the 70th year of the Korean Federation of Teachers' Association (KFTA). The KFTA was founded in 1947 as the Chosun Education Association, and it was the 70th anniversary of its founding in 2017. Throughout its 70?year history, the KFTA, which has emphasized and promoted expertise and professionalism, has continued to improve the professionalism of the teaching profession through research, improve the socio?economic status of teachers, and expand the welfare system in order to improve the quality of teaching and teaching environment. In addition, the KFTA contributed to the development of national education by participating in educational policies to improve education system and educational environment, as well as activities as a professional organization, and has promoted international status through the promotion of international exchange. After analyzing the academic literature and KFTA related data diachronically, this research suggested achievements and challenges as three aspects: the status as teachers' professional organizations, the activities as interests and pressure groups, and the activities as professional organizations.

Over the past decade, the number of national geoparks has rapidly increased, and 13 areas are currently designated as geoparks. After Jeju Island (2010), Cheongsong (2017), Mudeungsan (2018), and Hantangang River (2020) National Geoparks were listed as UNESCO Global Geoparks. Despite the continuous increase in the number of national geoparks and UNESCO global geoparks, the public interest in geoparks and the effect of regional economic development by geoparks are not yet very significant. Some geopark management organizations have developed geopark characters to appeal to the public through intimacy and friendliness, utilizing parks for education and tourism. However, the characters are not being utilized properly due to a lack of plannings, expertise, storytelling, and management. For geopark characters, which have been neglected since development, to perform their original roles, content production based on appropriate budget compilation and analysis of consumption trends in the character market is necessary. Instead of merely using geopark characters, geopark characters should be loved by the public, as well as local residents.
