Citizen participation and Living Lab are attracting interest as one of the major strategies for the success of smart cities. In a Living Lab, citizens, who are the end-users of technology, participate in the search for alternatives to define and solve problems and repeat experiments to verify alternatives in a circular process. The purpose of this research was to present an operating model of a citizen-participating online community platform to improve urban problems, implement and test it, and show its applicability. To this end, an operation model of a citizen-participating online community platform was proposed to improve urban problems. An online platform was designed and implemented to reflect the functions pursued by the operation model. Finally, a pilot test for the function was performed using the Oma Elementary School case located in Ilsan, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. The operating model was designed with the city's pedestrian environment and children. As a result, the sharing and communicating process of urban issues among community members worked appropriately according to the designed intention. The Living Lab coordinator could visualize and view urban issues posted by users on a map based on location information. Visualizing the urban problem as a heat map confirmed that urban problems were concentrated in a specific area.

학습자가 중심이 되고 선생님과 부모님들은 조력자 역할을 하는 자기주도 학습이 주로 이뤄지는 E-learning 환경에서 학습도구의 한가지인 자동 문제 출제 시스템의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 이런 학습 환경에서의 학습자의 참여도는 학습내용은 물론이고 화면구성이나 디자인에 따라서도 크게 좌우된다. 그러므로 화면구성과 디자인은 학습자의 관심과 흥미를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있도록 주기적으로 변경하여 학습자의 호응도를 높일 수 있게 구성하는 것이 바랑직하다. 하지만 기존에 연구된 자동 문제 출제 시스템은 디자인과 프로그램이 분리되어 있지 않아 잦은 사용자 인터페이스의 변화에 대처하는데 많이 비용이 소요될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SUN의 J2EE Patterns Catalog의 일부인 MVC 모델을 적용하여, 디자인과 프로그램을 분리하여 유지관리가 편리한 자동 문제 출제 시스템을 설계하였다.

다중 사용자 분산 가상환경 시스템에서는 참여자들 사이의 의사 교환을 위해 텍스트 중심의 채팅과 TTS 등을 지원하고 언어 외적인 의사교환을 지원하기 위해 참여자의 대리자인 아바타에 몸짓이나 얼굴 표정 및 감정등을 표현할 수 있도록 애니메이션 기능을 추가하여 사용한다. 하지만 아바타 애니메이션으로 참여자의 의사 및 감정 표현을 표현하는 데는 한계가 있기 때문에 자유로운 만남 및 대화를 지원할 수 있는 환경이 필요하다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 참여자의 얼굴과 음성을 가상 공간상에 포함시킴으로써 보다 분명하고 사실적인 의사교환과 감정표현이 가능할 것이다. 이 논문에서는 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통해 형성되는 다중 사용자 가상 환경에서 참여자들의 의사 교환 및 감정 표현을 극대화하고 자유로운 만남과 대화를 제공하는 실시간 화상 대화가 가능한 분산 가상 환경 시스템을 설계하였다. 설계한 시스템은 참여자들의 거리와 주시 방향에 따라 이벤트의 양을 동적으로 제어함으로써 시스템의 부하를 최적화할 수 있는 구조를 갖고 있다.

‘자연은 결코 거짓말을 하지 않는다’ 인간의 손에 의해 더럽혀지고 훼손되어진 자연은, 이제 그만큼의 고통-환경문제로 인한 건강문제 등등-을 고스란히 인간에게 돌려주고 있다. 반대로 말해서 환경을 잘 가꾸고 지키고자 노력한다면 자연은 그만큼의 보답을 할 것이다. 이런 생각을 바탕으로, 서울 제11지구 의료보험조합(대표이사 공형식)은 기존의 의보 업무 외에 깨끗한 환경 만들기 운동을 비롯한 사회봉사활동에 적극 참여하고 있다. 건강은 질병의 치료만으로 지켜지는 것이 아니며, 건강한 환경 · 이웃과 함께 하는 따뜻한 사회를 만들고자 노력할 때 진정한 의미의 건강관리가 이루어질 수 있음을 보여주는 이들의 활동상을 소개한다.

인터넷에 대한 지식 없이도 누구나 직접 참여하고 생성하고 공유할 수 있는 웹 2.0 환경은 새로운 사용자들을 웹으로 끌어 들이게 되었고 이로 인해 웹은 또 다른 보안 위협의 유통 채널로 확고하게 자리 잡게 되었다. 이와 같은 웹의 보안 문제는 기존의 웹 1.0의 보안 솔루션으로는 웹 2.0의 동적인 페이지와 복잡해진 서버 환경에 대응하기에 한계가 존재한다. 하지만 웹 보안에 대한 인식 부족 및 사용자와 웹 서비스 업체의 보안 불감증으로 인하여 웹 보안에 대한 연구와 솔루션이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 웹 2.0 환경에서의 보안 문제를 분석하고 보안 문제 해결을 위한 효율적 웹 검사 방안을 제지해본다. 이와 같은 연구로 제시된 내용을 통해 현재 웹 2.0환경에서의 보안 문제에 대한 '백신'이외의 또 하나의 필수 보안 솔루션이 필요하다는 사회적 인지와 인식이 확립되고 웹 브라우저 보안 문제 해결을 위한 서비스가 보다 많이 제공되길 기대해 본다.

환경이 중요한 문제로서 의식되어짐에 따라 제품이나 서비스에 환경에 관한 정보를 표시하여 소비자에게 전달하기 위하여 다수의 환경라벨링이 등장하게 되었다. 기존의 환경경영체제들은 대부분의 기업의 자발적인 참여에 토대를 두고 있으나 제3자의 인증을 요구하고 있는 환경경영체제는 국내외에서 기업의 시장지배력에 커다란 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop practical problem-based home economics teaching.learning process plans about a unit 'the youth and consumer life' of middle school eighth-grade Technology and Home Economics by applying blended learning(BL) strategy. According to ADDIE instructional design model, this study was conducted in the following procedure: analysis, design/development, implementation, and evaluation. In the stage of design and development, the selected unit was converted into a practical problem-based unit, and practical problem-based teaching. learning process plans were designed in detail by using BL strategy. An online study room for practical problem-based home economics instruction grounded in BL strategy was prepared by using Edunet(http://community.edunet4u.net/${\sim}$consumer2). Eight-session lesson plans were mapped out, and study aids for students and materials for teachers were prepared. In the implementation stage, the first-session teaching plans that dealt with a minor question 'what preparations should be made to become a wise consumer' were utilized when instruction was provided to 115 eighth graders who were in three different province, and the other one was in a middle school in the city of Daejeon. The experimental teaching was implemented for two weeks in the following procedure: preliminary program, pre-online learning, main instruction and post- online learning. The preliminary program was carried out in a session in the classroom, and pre-online learning was provided before the main instruction was given in a session in the classroom. After the main instruction was completed, post-online learning was offered. In the evaluation stage, a survey was conducted on all the learners and teachers to find out their opinions and suggestions.

환경교육의 목적은 환경문제점에 대하여 자각하고 관심을 가지며 현존하는 문제점들에 대한 해결과 새로운 문제점의 예방을 위하여 개인적으로나 집단적으로 일할 지식, 기술, 태도, 동기 그리고 책임에 대하여 교육시켜 가는데 있으며 이와 같은 목적을 충족시키기 위하여 환경교육의 대상이 되는 개념으로서 경제사회발전과 환경보전의 조화라는 관점에서 관심을 모으는 ESSD개념은 유엔이 국제환경보전운동의 지침으로 삼고있는 환경적으로 건전한 지속적 개발(Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development)개념으로서 개발은 환경용량의 범위 내에서 추구되어야 하며 지속성의 관점에서 정부와 모든 국민들은 그들 자신의 복리는 물론, 그들의 후손을 위해 환경을 보전하는데 공동의 노력을 쏟아야 할 윤리적 가치를 강조하고 있다. 우리나가가 현재 직면하고 있는 환경문제를 ESSD개년의 도입과 실천을 통하여 해결하고자 하는 의지가 있어야 할 것이며, ESSD개념에 입각하여 인관과 환경간의 관련성의 새로운 개념에 대한 인식을 국민모두가 갖도록 하는 환경교육을 통하여 환경에 관한 가치가 개개인의 생활양식은 물론 기업 환경의식이나 정부의 의사결정 과정에 구현되어야 할 것이다. ESSD개념은 환경교육에서 환경보전과 경제사회발전이 어떻게 양립될 수 있는가를 강조하는 것이 되어야 할 것이며 학교환경교육이나 일반성인을 대상으로 하는 환경교육에서는 물론 정치적 관심이나 각 부처간의 이익을 초월하여 개발과 환경보전을 역동적으로 통합시킬 수 있도록 입법부나 행정부처의 공무원을 대상으로 하는 환경교육에도 포함되어야 할 것이며 환경문제에 관련된 전문가를 교육하는 현행제도를 재평가하여 단지 단기적인 현실만이 아니라 ESSD개념에 바탕을 둔 장래 개발문제에 대처해 나갈 수 있는 환경전문가를 위한 교육과정의 설계와 교육방법론의 체계적인 연구조사가 있어야 할 것이다. 이러한 환경교육의 중요성에 대하서는 의제 21, 지방의제 21 그리고 인간정주 의제서에 계속적으로 강조되어왔으며 국내에서도 이에 대한 체계적인 차원에서의 대응이 준비되고 있으며 이에대한 많은 각별한 관심과 참여가 요구되어진다.

Participants of a NVE(networked virtual environment) may have different hardwares and network environments, and to guarantee the fairness, messages of participants should be synchronized. A solution for the synchronization problem is to wait for a certain amount of time until the server processes the message. It is not easy to determine a suitable waiting period because of the trade-off between the fairness and the responsiveness. In this paper we propose a method to decide a waiting period by considering only the participants with small network delays and perform experiments for the performance evaluation. Experiments show that the proposed method leads to significant improvement of responsiveness, while retaining fairness.
