Conditionally Traceable Pseudonym Protocol based on Oblivious Transfer (OT(Oblivious Transfer) 기반의 조건부 추적이 가능한 가명 프로토콜)

  • Recently, there have been many researches about anonymous credential systems for supporting the user anonymity. However, these systems only hold a high security level, even though they must be able to be applied to various application that might require access control, conditional traceability, etc. As new challenges to these systems, some researches that several entities store the link information that associates identities and pseudonyms each other have been performed. In this paper, based on the oblivious transfer, we suggest a new pseudonym protocol that solves the pseudonym exhaustion problem which the original pseudonym retrieval protocol suffers from. By using the universal re-encryption and one-way function, we can also archive other requirements like the pseudonym unlinkability from the outside.

A Study of Internet Content Regulation in South Korea (국내 통신심의 제도 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The recent Internet environment demands a new approach to Internet content regulation. The need for regulation on the Internet has been recognized due to the rise of digital sex crimes, illegal information such as drugs and suicide, fake news, hate speech, false consumer reviews, and harmful content for young people. This article attempts to analyze the legislative, judicial, and administrative aspects of Internet content regulation in Korea. It covers the current status and characteristics of the Internet content regulation law, the judicial judgment on KCSC's communications deliberation and regulation, and the process and characteristics of KCSC's communications deliberation. Problems in Korea's communications deliberation system were addressed through legislative, judicial, and administrative approaches. This article concludes with policy suggestions for improving Internet content regulation in Korea.

  • 본 논문에서는 그리드 컴퓨팅에서의 안전한 통신을 위한 양자내성암호 기반 사용자 인증 및 키 교환 프로토콜을 구현하고 성능을 측정한다. 디지털 서명을 통해 사용자를 검증하고 암호키를 교환하여 신뢰할 수 있는 사용자들만이 그리드 컴퓨팅에 참여할 수 있도록 한다. 사용자 인증과 키 교환 과정에 NIST 선정 표준양자내성암호인 ML-DSA와 ML-KEM을 적용하여 양자컴퓨터를 이용한 공격에도 안전할 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 양자내성암호를 적용한 프로토콜이 기존의 현대암호 기반 전자서명이나 키 교환 과정에 비해 양자내성과 동시에 준수한 사용성을 지녔음을 보인다. 이를 통해 그리드 컴퓨팅의 시스템의 P2P 특성에서 기인하는 보안 문제를 해결하고, 기존에 주로 내부망이나 실시간 스트리밍 서비스에서 활용되던 그리드 컴퓨팅의 인터넷 환경으로의 확장 가능성을 제시한다.

Comparison of the Perception of Meals and Nutrition Knowledge in General and Vocational High Schools (인문계·실업계 고등학생의 식사에 대한 인식과 영양지식 비교)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the perception of meals and nutrition knowledge among high school students in Seoul. A survey was carried out on 548 male/female students in general and vocational high schools. The general high school students showed higher frequency of breakfast than the vocational high school students (p<0.001). As for the reasons for eating alone, the general high school students showed high frequency of 'busy', whereas the vocational high school students revealed high frequency of 'irregular meal times' (p<0.001). Concerning the habit of eating alone, 'irregular meal times (25.0%)', 'unbalanced diet (22.4%)', and 'instant food (16.6%)' were observed in that order (p<0.01). The percentage of high school students who regarded family meals as meals eaten with every member of their family was 70.6% (p<0.05). The percentage of general high school students who ate family meals was 61.8% and that of vocational high school students was 50.0% (p<0.01). When agreement with attitudes, environment, and participation in family meals was evaluated using a Likert scale (strongly agree 5 points, strongly disagree 1 point), the general high school students showed a higher level of agreement than the vocational high school students, and the results showed a significantly higher level of agreement as the frequency of family meals increased. Likewise, the groups who scored a higher level of nutrition knowledge had positive attitudes, environment, and participation in family meals with significant differences.

  • The concept of 'Picturing' is beyond the 'Illusion' of traditional art in the Digital Media era. It is a 'Suffering' of the 'Re-appearance' that is masquerade the 'Actual' as a 'Digital Apparition.' This study aims to concern the point of view on the above subject; the 'Picturing' through the analysis of communication problems in the digital era. To begin with, need to define the concept of 'Picturing' and how it is expected to have a role through the accessibility of medium use, intervention by body and images. Also, I suggest a new approach to 'Picturing' as a new mutual communication method. Body, Digital media, and Image. These three principles of 'Picturing' create huge benefits to our world/nature whether we want it or not. It seems to become more and more of powerful self-replicating organism. We have to be aware what sort of images are surrounding us and how transmitting it to where in/on our body via newest sophisticated media we use. 'Picturing' is an invasion of ordinary, no longer exists pleasure for body, no longer speaks intension of its next destination. It strongly self-grows and also controls us in the name of Digital media era. However, 'Picturing' is a mode of re-imaging activity and also suggestion of re-appearance practice.

Predicting Peer Rejection of Middle-school Students with Ordered Probit Analysis (중학생 또래따돌림('왕따')의 예측요인)

  • In recent years, the subject of peer rejection in school settings has received increased attention in the massmedia and counseling literature. This study focused on the effect of individual and environmental factors on peer rejection. Dependent variable was the number of perpetrating peer rejection and independent variables were psychological, behavioral, familial factors, exposure of peer rejection and perception about school policies. Ordered Probit model was employed because of the nature of limited dependent variable. The data were collected from 714 middle-school student in Seoul. Major findings were as follows. First of all, the adolescents who has aggression and problematic behaviors in school were more likely to participate in peer rejection. Second, negative parent-children relationships and the family structure didn't have significant effects on peer rejection. And there were not a significant effect of attitude toward academic value and academic achievement on peer rejection. Third, environmental risk factors such as negative peer relationship and the exposure to rejection had a significant increasing effect on peer rejection. But consistent school policies didn't have a significant effect. In conclusion, this study confirmed that peer rejection in school settings was affected by school environment such as negative-peer relationship, and exposure to rejection. Therefore, comprehesive and systematic intervention programs should be required to ensure that all the pupils at school have a right to learn in a safe and fear-free environment.

A Case Study of Parenting Education Program for Students with School-Maladjustment (학교부적응 학생 대상 예비부모교육 수업 적용 사례 연구)

  • This study aims to explore the effects of the parenting education program for high-school maladjusted students. To this purpose, a parenting education program for adolescents developed by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family(MOGEF) was applied to ten high-school maladjusted students in an alternative(Dae-an) class in Jeju. Findings from class observations and interviews with participants are as follows. First, students with school maladjustment recognized importance and necessity of positive self-concepts and had an opportunity for self-growth through parenting education program. Second, students with school maladjustment obtained understanding about their family of origin and confidence for forming their future families. Third, advance learning about meanings and roles of being a parent provided students with opportunities to know importance of responsible sexual behavior. Fourth, practices of basic care with a replica of a new-born baby enhanced participation and concentration level of students with school maladjustment which became extremely effective in obtaining necessary knowledge for the basic care. Fifth, information provision for parent roles according to children's different developmental levels let students recognize that parent's roles change as their children grow and opened a way to grasp the need of parent education. Sixth, education and repetitive practices on reflective listening helped students enhance communication skills which entailed expanding their human relations. Seventh, passing-down of emotion and understanding on child abuse allowed students recognize risks of child abuse as well as the importance and need of skills for controlling emotion. This study sheds lights on the feasibility and effectiveness of a parenting education program for maladjusted or vulnerable students as an effective program for school drop-out prevention.

한국발명특허협회 12년사 - 주요 20대 뉴-스로 본 12년의 장한 발자취

  • 한국발명특허협회는 기업의 적극적인 참여와 관계당국의 지원을 받아 지난 73년 10월 18일 창립, 그간 발명 및 공업소유권관계 제위의 아낌없는 성원에 힘입어 금년 10월 18일로 12주년을 맞게 되었다. 창립당시 우리나라는 선진국으로 도약하기 위하여 경제개발과 수출드라이브 정책을 추구하기 위해 창조적 자주기술 개발과 선진기술을 도입, 소화흡수하는 것의 시급한 문제로 대두되었으며 더욱이 앞으로 다가올 본격적인 국제화 시대와 자유경쟁시대에 대비하여 외국과의 경쟁에서 이길 수 있는 산업기반의 구책이 절실했다. 이러한 시대적 요청에 부응하기 위하여는 공업소유권 제도의 확립을 통한 신기술 개발의 촉진 및 발명풍토조성이 선결 문제였으며 이를 해결코자 본회가 창립되었던 것이다. 이에 창립과 동시 공업소유권 제도의 수용태세를 갖추도록 하기 위하여 그 인식제고와 보급$\cdot$확산을 통한 제도 정착에 노력해 왔다. 그 결과 동제도의 불모지였던 우리나라 산업계에서도 공업소유권 제도에 눈을 뜨기 시작했으며 ${\ulcorner}$66발기회원${\lrcorner}$으로 출발하였던 본회는 이제 320회원에 이르게 되었다. 또 공업소유권 제도에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 발명$\cdot$신기술개발을 적극적으로 유도하기 위해 발명특허 정보의 보급에 힘써 왔으며 이에따라 기업 및 발명인들이 우수한 발명품들을 창안하여 기업화함으로써 국내 공급은 물론 수출까지 하는 사례도 많이 늘게 되었다. 그러나 무엇 보다도 획기적인 전환점은 지난 82년 한국특허협회를 한국발명특허협회로 확대 개편한데있다. 전경환 명예회장$\cdot$구자경 회장$\cdot$이태섭 상근부회장을 주축으로 재출범한 본회는 지난 4년동안 기술국립으로 지향하는 국가시책에 부응하는 기술혁신의 요체가 되는 공업소유권제도의 정착과 발명환경 조성을 위한 사업기본방향을 공업소유권 인식제고$\cdot$발명진흥장려$\cdot$특허관리체제확립 등 3대 목표에 두고 발명특허의식고양사업$\cdot$공업소유권관리요원양성배출사업$\cdot$발명진흥행사 및 전시사업$\cdot$발명지원사업$\cdot$발명보호계도사업$\cdot$공업소유권제도조사연구사업$\cdot$공업소유권관리자료발간 보급사업$\cdot$각종 공보발간사업$\cdot$발명특허자료(책자)판매선터운영 등 중점사업을 전개하여 이제 명실상부한 국내 유일의 공업소유권 단체로 도약해가고 있다. 발명의 날 부활에 따른 기념행사를 통한 발명유공자 및 우수특허관리기업체 포상, 전국우수발명품 전시회 개최, 발명시작품제작보조, 발명장려관 설치운영, 해외출원비용 및 해외발명전 출품지원등 발명진흥장려사업에 새로운 전기를 마련한 것이다. 한 마디로 ${\ulcorner}$0년이면 강산도 변한다${\lrcorner}$는 속언을 실감하게 한다. 창립 12주년! 이제 또다시 변해가는 시점에서 지난 12년사를 20대 뉴스를 중심으로 소개한다.

Exploring Science Teacher Agency at the Age of the New Normal after the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Case of Second Year of Distance Learning Practice (코로나 뉴노멀 시대의 과학교사 행위주체성 탐색 -COVID-19에 따른 원격 수업 2년 차 실행 사례를 중심으로-)

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has changed everything, even education. Last year when distance learning was introduced, science teachers faced many challenges to overcome. However, teachers adapted quickly, and in this year, it became the 'new normal'. In this situation, teachers are likely to habitually repeat past practices, but the context of the second year of distance learning is changing constantly, and teachers are asked to interpret the problem occurring in a situation and to adjust their practice for solving the problem with their teacher agency. In this study, we explore the emergence of science teacher agency and factors shaping teacher agency in the second year of distance learning and we focus on teachers' agentic practice that did not follow their past practice without reflection. For this purpose, we mainly analyze the semi-constructed interview of three science teachers. In the first year of distance learning, two teachers maintained their practice, not much different to face-to-face learning. However, one teacher reflected upon herself and started to recognize and solve her problems. Reflection for her practice can support this process. Another teacher changed her practice due to external suggestions, but it evolved her practice to fit the situation better, and her experience of last year helped her to adapt to the change. The other teacher who modified her practice to persist her professional purpose last year was consistently practicing in the second year and collaboration and autonomy can support her. This study shows the teachers' dynamic change of agency and the emergence for the relational interaction between teacher and context.

Analysis of Application Cases and Performance of Multidisciplinary Convergence Capstone Design based on Industry-Academic Cooperation (산학협력기반 다학제적 융합 캡스톤디자인 적용사례 및 성과분석)

  • In accordance with the rapidly changing social environment, it is becoming more important to cultivate creative and convergent practical talents with flexible thinking skills and problem-solving skills. Therefore, it is necessary for universities to provide educational experiences that enable students to cooperate and converge multidisciplinaryly to carry out on-the-job projects based on what they have learned at school. Therefore, this study designed, developed, and operated with the aim of cultivating creative talents with integrated problem-solving ability through a multidisciplinary capstone design curriculum based on industry-academia cooperation. To this end, the curriculum was developed together by recruiting participating companies and forming a convergence professor team, and it was operated for 15 weeks for students majoring in cosmetics engineering at D University. After the education was over, learning satisfaction and perceived academic achievement were surveyed, and as a result of the analysis, it was found to be above average with 3.77 points and 3.86 points, respectively. And as a result of the in-depth interview on the participation experience, five themes related to the positive experience and three themes related to the negative experience were derived. This study will be able to provide basic data when operating a multidisciplinary convergence capstone design curriculum based on industry-academia cooperation in the future.
