The purpose of this research was to develop and applicate In based teaching$\cdot$learning process plan for Environmentally friendly Housing. The 3 main stages of process were used: analyses, planning & development, and application & evaluation. Three teaching subjects were selected to teach Environmentally friendly housing in the analysis stage. The webhard learning environment was consisted of contents and various materials such as digital video, PPT, group activity, discussion, individual and group reporting forms, and questions. The number of 101 high school students participated for the application stage during september 22-27, 2003. Most of all students evaluated very positively the various aspects of contents as well as LT cooperative learning methods md the web based learning environment. They strongly expressed to practice the practical ways of Environmentally friendly housing learned in the class in the future. The results imply that the contents and In teaching learning plan developed in this study seem to be adequate to be included in the regular text.

Education for Sustainable Development is an imperative mean to achieve the sustainable development which is the key idea that meets the needs of both present and succeeding generations by reconciling environmental protection, social development and economic growth. This study addressed the following question. First, what is the overall structure of the ESD contents presented in the textbooks? Second, How are the sub-contents of ESD distributed in the textbooks? Lastly, How are the ESD contents connected to mathematics in the textbooks? For this purpose, the contents in the elemtentary mathematics textbooks from 1^st to 6^th grades were analyzed at both macro and micro levels through quantitative and qualitative research methods. As results, contents related to environmental, social, and economic dimensions were presented from the first grade. The contents were involved the mathematics content domains of Numbers and Operations, Data and Possibilities, and Patterns. However, the contents were presented intensively in middle and high grades, and environmental topics accounted for a high proportion. Among the activities related to ESD, many were focused on solving problems mathematically while some were presented to solve problems as well as to consider sustainability through the activities. Based on the results, the study aims to provide implications for the direction of mathematics education for sustainable development in elementary school.

We investigated the extent of recognition and the class practice rate of environmental education-relevant contents of the unit of 'Clothing Life' of the 7th 'Technology-Home Economics' curriculum in the students in Korea. Five hundred fifty students in the second and third grade in the middle school and in the first grade in high school, who had taken the course of 'Clothing Life' and responded to the questionnaires, were enrolled in this study. Questionnaires were sent and collected by mail from December 2007 to January 2008. Most students recognized that the environmental problems in their residences were serious enough to affect their own lives. Only 36.4% of the students, however, expressed the intention to join to the environmental groups and change their clothing lives in order to improve those problems. Also they conceived that the unit of 'Clothing Life' of the 7th 'Technology-Home Economics' curriculum containing only a few statements on the environmental pollution had little relevance to environmental education. According to the results on the class practice rate of environmental education-relevant contents of the unit of 'Clothing Life', the quality of the classes on the environmental education, except the unit of 'Planning and Purchasing Clothes', and the degree of practice of environmental preservation were proved to be low. Subgroup analysis showed that the second grade middle school students as well as female students had the higher interest and class practice rate. Teachers have to try to raise the recognition and the class practice rate of environmental education-relevant contents in the unit of 'Clothing Life' of the 7th 'Technology-Home Economics' curriculum of middle school in the class.

1985년 1월 1일 정보통신역무제공업이 허용된 이래 지금까지 그룹전산망 특례인정, 공동사용범위 확대.타인사용 특례인정.다중화장치 등의 사용허용 등 3차에 걸친 회선사용 완화조치가 취해지면서 우리나라도 본격 민간VAN시대를 예고하며 고도정보화사회의 기반다지기에 매진하고 있다. 그러나 급속한 기술발전과 사회적 환경의 변화에 부합할 수 있는 제도의 미비와 관련조항에 대한 공중통신사업자와 업계의 의견이 달라 문제로 지적되왔고 업계는 업계대로 추진사업에 애로를 겪고 있다. 본 협회는 회원사로부터 관련조항에 대한 유권해석 및 제도개선의 요청을 받아 법제위원회를 개최했고 동위원회에서 토의된 내용을 지난달 2일 정부에 건의했다. 여기에 주요 내용을 게재한다.

In this research, there was an investigation about the objective and content domains concerning marine education in the Fish and Marine High School. Also, validity and guidance level on the classification were analyzed. According to the analysis, analyzing guidance level of Marine related contents which are included in school marine education is as follows. There are 971 information and knowledge domains, 710 skill domains, 5 value and attitude domains and 8 behavior and participation domains in the objective domain in school marine education. The number of the knowledge domains was most while attitude domains was least. Content domain of school marine education consists of 774 ocean human and marine ecology domains, 461 artificial marine environment and facility domains, 290 marine resource domains, 76 marine pollution domains, 123 marine conservation and measure domains. So, ocean human and marine ecology domains were most while ethics of marine conservation domains were not included.

본 연구는 산업보건관련기록의 표준화를 위하여 산업장 건강관리실 기록지를 수집하여 기록의 종류, 내용과 양식을 비교 분석하므로써 간결하고 유용하고 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 기록을 개발코자 조사연구한 것이다. 조사대상은 총 32개 산업체로써 조사기간은 1991년 2월 4일부터 4월 6일까지이며 자료 수집 방법은 우편을 이용하였다. 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 근로자의 건강관련 정보기록으로 일일업무기록은 모두 쓰고 있었으며, 의약품 보호구 수불현황은 65.6%에서 사용하였고, 개인건강기록부, 매월업무보고서, 진료의뢰서는 각각 40.6%, 21.9%, 28.1%에서 사용하였다. 2. 간호사의 건강관리 업무관련정보기록은 일일간호 및 처치기록은 84.4%가 사용하였고, 현장순회일지, 환경위생점검일지 사용이 가장 낮았으며, 건강상담일지, 보건교육일지, 건강관리대상자 관리현황, 공상자 치료 및 관리현황은 제조업인 경우에는 21~26%가 사용하였고 기타 사업장인 경우에는 업거나 사용율이 매우 저조하였다. 산업안전보건법에 의한 사업장의 순회점검 지도 및 조치의 건의사항이나 작업환경개선 및 유지, 관리에 관한 사항을 수행하기 위해서는 현장순회일지나 환경위생점검일지에 대한 기록이 정확히, 철저히 이루어져야 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 상담 및 보건교육일지 작성도 보건교육이 전반적인 산업보건 사업계획과 통합되고 지속적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 표준화된 기록양식을 개발해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 기록양식의 내용을 업종별 중요성에 따라 표준화된 기록지 개발을 제언한다.

The STS contents, emphasized in the 6th curriculum, in the chemistry parts of general science textbooks were analyzed. The STS contents of textbooks showed average of 24.4%. The chapter in "modern science and technology" were included 45.5% in STS contents, 38.7% in "environment", 29.1% in energy, and 14.0% in "materials". When the STS contents were analyzed by STS topics of Piel, the results are as follows; 38.3% on environmental quality and utilization of natural source, 29.6% on effect of technological developments, 7.9% on energy, and 0.6% on human engineering. However, there were no topics on population, space research and national defense. When the STS contents were analyzed by student activities of SATIS, most of the activities were research and case study. There were few field activities of role play, problem solving and decision making, and research design.

컴퓨터 관련 교육에 있어서 실험과 실습은 교육 내용의 효과적인 전달과 교육의 목적 달성을 위하여 대단히 중요한 부분이다. 현재의 환경에서 소프트웨어의 실험과 실습을 위해서는 실습하고자 하는 프로그램을 실습자가 사용하는 컴퓨터에 모두 설치하여야 한다. 실습 프로그램을 개별적으로 갖추는 것은 설치에 대한 부담, 설치에 의한 자원 낭비, 업그레이드의 필요성등으로 인해서 실습 자체와는 직접적인 관련이 없는 부분에 대한 부담이 커진다. 본 논문에서는 WWW 환경에서 컴퓨터 관련 교과를 실습할 수 있는 환경을 구축하기 위한 기본적인 모델을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 제안된 모델은 클라이언트-서버 구조를 기반으로 하여 구축되었으며, 실습자는 웹 브라우저를 실행함으로써 실습에 대한 준비가 끝나며, 프로그램의 실행이나 처리는 서버에서 모두 이루어진다. 또한 WWW에서 제공하는 하이퍼링크 기능을 이용하여 실습에 관련된 사항이나 정보를 실습 환경 속에 포함할 수 있어 실습을 위한 통합된 환경을 제공한다. 제안된 모델의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 다양한 프로그래밍 언어를 실습하기 위한 시스템, UNIX 운영체제 실습 시스템, 오라클 데이타베이스 실습 시스템을 제안된 모델을 이용하여 구현하였다.

지난해 대기환경보전법 시행령 및 시행규칙의 개정에 따라 대기오염물질 배출 사업장의 종 산정기준이 변경되었다. 금년부터 적용 되는 변경된 종 산정기준 내용을 간략하게 파악해보고자 한다. 대기오염물질 배출시설 관리업무를 수행하는사업장에서 관련 업무를 효율적으로 추진하는데참고하시기 바랍니다.

최근 환경부는 환경보존이라는 미명 하에 명확한 근거와 대안이 없는 정책을 거듭 제시하고 있다. 최근 발표한 1회용품 사용규제 관련정책 역시 그 규제의 근거와 기준의 불분명함은 물론, 관련업계의 의견 취합과 대안제시라는 필연적 과정없이 일방적으로 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 지난 7월 22일 열린 '1회용품 규제정책 개선방안에 관한 공청회'에서 발표된 내용을 토대로 1회용품 사용규제 정책에 대한 관련업계의 의견을 제기하고자 한다.
