Simulation of salt intrusion and mixing influence for Yongsan estuary regarding Seawater exchange (해수교환에 따른 영산강 하구역 염분 확산 영향 범위 수치 실험)

  • 매년 영산강 본류 수질이 악화되고 있는 영산강 유역주변은 최근 전남도청 이전에 따른 남악 신도시개발, J-Project 및 환경 문화 복원사업의 추진, 기업도시개발등과 관련하여 수질관리개선 및 주요환경현안으로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 영산강 하구역 관리방안 중 담수호 수질개선대책의 일환으로 수문개방을 통한 해수 유입에 의한 수질 개선을 효과를 도모하는 방안이 제시되고 있다. 이에 하구호 방조제의 수문 개통 및 완전 개방에 따른 수질개선 문제에 앞서 발생할 수 있는 환경변화 중 영산강 및 연안역 염분의 확산범위를 평가하기 위하여 수치모형 실험이 실시되었다. 담수 유입에 따른 염분 확산 범위 및 해수 유입에 따른 염분의 역상 범위를 평가 하기위해 수치 모델로는 EFDC를 적용하였고, 하천형상과 연안역을 동시에 고려하기 위해 수평좌표계는 직교곡선좌표로 격자 크기는 $120{\sim}1000m$, 연직방향으로 시그마좌표를 사용하였다. 담수 방류 및 염분역상 효과를 알아보기 위해 1997년부터 2005년까지의 하구 수문 방류량 및 하천 유입량으로부터 홍수기와 갈수기를 선택하여 현재 상황 및 수문의 부분 개통 하구둑 완전 개방에 시나리오를 설정하여 실시하였다. 수문의 부분개통과 하구둑 완전 개방에 따른 염분 확산 범위는 영산강 하구둑을 기준으로 홍수기에는 $13{\sim}17km$, 갈수기에는 36km 이상의 상류지역에서 해수와 담수의 분리 기준인 0.3 psu 범위가 계산됨을 알 수 있다.

Information Diffusion Difference by Product Type Based on Social Media Type (소셜 미디어 유형에 기반한 제품유형에 따른 정보 확산 차이)

  • This study aims to understand the differences in the media characteristics of two types of media, namely, Blog and Twitter, as well as in their factors that affect product information diffusion. To achieve these objectives, the information diffusion pattern is identified by analyzing the number of product-related posts in each media based on the Bass model. The analysis results revealed that the information diffusion speed of hedonic goods was faster than that of utilitarian goods. Regardless of product type, Twitter had a higher imitation effect than Blog, while Blog had a higher innovation effect than Twitter. The results implied that users of Blog tended to find information by themselves while those of Twitter relied more on the others' evaluation than their own subjective evaluations of innovations.

  • A three-dimensional numerical model of surface buoyant jets with variable density was established. The model uses fully nonlinear, time-dependent, three-dimensional, ${\sigma}$-transformed equations of motion and equation of heat transport. A semi-implicit numerical scheme in time has been adopted for computational efficiency. The model was applied for thermal jets discharging into a stagnant water and the simulated results were compared with a hydraulic experimental data set showing good agreement. Comparative studies of exchange coefficients and stability functions indicated that spatial variation of exchange coefficients should be considered and the existing stability functions should be modified to simulate surface buoyant jets accurately.

Zinc Diffusion in InGaAs grown by MOCVD (MOCVD법으로 성장시킨 InGaAs 내에서 Zinc의 확산특성)

  • InP 기판위에 InP와 격자정합된 undoped-InGaAs에서 zine의 확산 특성을 Electrochemical Capacitance-Voltage 법(polaron)과 Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry(SIMS)로 조사하였다. Metallorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD)를 이용하여 undoped-InGaAs 층을 성장시켰으며 확산방법으로는 Zn3P2 확산원 박막과 Rapid Thermal Annealing (RTA)를 이용하였다. 450-55$0^{\circ}C$온도범위에서 30-300초 동안 확산을 수행한 결과 zinc의 확산계수는 D=Doexp(-$\Delta$E/kT)의 특성을 만족하였으며, Do와 $\Delta$E는 각각 1.3x105$\textrm{cm}^2$/sec와 2.3eV였다. 얻어진 확산계수는 다른 확산방법을 이용한 값들에 비해 매우 큰 값인데, 이것은 RTA 처리시 빠른 온도 증가에 의한 확산원 박막, 보호막, 그리고 InGaAs 에피층이 가지는 열팽창계수의 차이로인한 응력의 효과에 의한 것으로 생각되며, 이를 sealed-ampoule 법을 사용한 경우의 확산특성과 비교를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Internet worms have been the major Internet threats may disclose important information and can bring about faults of computer systems, which spread with the fastest speed among malicious codes. Simultaneously spreading multiple worms and its variants are revealing the limitation of conventional responses based on single worms. In order to defend them effectively, it is necessary to study how multiple worms propagate and what factors affect worm spreading. In this paper, we improve the existed single worm spreading models and try to describe the correct spreads of multiple worms. Thus we analyze the spreading effects of multiple worms and its variants by various experiments.

A Study on the Differences of Information Diffusion Based on the Type of Media and Information (매체와 정보유형에 따른 정보확산 차이에 대한 연구)

  • While the use of internet is routine nowadays, users receive and share information through a variety of media. Through the use of internet, information delivery media is diversifying from traditional media of one-way communication, such as newspaper, TV, and radio, into media of two-way communication. In contrast of traditional media, blogs enable individuals to directly upload and share news, which can be considered to have a differential speed of information diffusion than news media that convey information unilaterally. Therefore this Study focused on the difference between online news and social media blogs. Moreover, there are variations in the speed of information diffusion because that information closely related to one person boosts communications between individuals. We believe that users' standard of evaluation would change based on the types of information. As well, the speed of information diffusion would change based on the level of proximity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the differences in information diffusion based on the types of media. And then information is segmentalized and an examination is done to see how information diffusion differentiates based on the types of information. This study used the Bass diffusion model, which has been frequently used because this model has higher explanatory power than other models by explaining diffusion of market through innovation effect and imitation effect. Also this model has been applied a lot in other information diffusion related studies. The Bass diffusion model includes an innovation effect and an imitation effect. Innovation effect measures the early-stage impact, while the imitation effect measures the impact of word of mouth at the later stage. According to Mahajan et al. (2000), Innovation effect is emphasized by usefulness and ease-of-use, as well Imitation effect is emphasized by subjective norm and word-of-mouth. Also, according to Lee et al. (2011), Innovation effect is emphasized by mass communication. According to Moore and Benbasat (1996), Innovation effect is emphasized by relative advantage. Because Imitation effect is adopted by within-group influences and Innovation effects is adopted by product's or service's innovation. Therefore, ours study compared online news and social media blogs to examine the differences between media. We also choose different types of information including entertainment related information "Psy Gentelman", Current affair news "Earthquake in Sichuan, China", and product related information "Galaxy S4" in order to examine the variations on information diffusion. We considered that users' information proximity alters based on the types of information. Hence, we chose the three types of information mentioned above, which have different level of proximity from users' standpoint, in order to examine the flow of information diffusion. The first conclusion of this study is that different media has similar effect on information diffusion, even the types of media of information provider are different. Information diffusion has only been distinguished by a disparity between proximity of information. Second, information diffusions differ based on types of information. From the standpoint of users, product and entertainment related information has high imitation effect because of word of mouth. On the other hand, imitation effect dominates innovation effect on Current affair news. From the results of this study, the flow changes of information diffusion is examined and be applied to practical use. This study has some limitations, and those limitations would be able to provide opportunities and suggestions for future research. Presenting the difference of Information diffusion according to media and proximity has difficulties for generalization of theory due to small sample size. Therefore, if further studies adopt to a request for an increase of sample size and media diversity, difference of the information diffusion according to media type and information proximity could be understood more detailed.

Effect of Gd-DTPA on Diffusion in Canine Brain with Hyperacute Stroke (초급성 뇌경색을 일으킨 개에서 Gd-조영제의 주입이 뇌의 확산에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose : To evaluate the effect of Gd-DTPA on signal intensity of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance(MR) image and apparent diffuse coefficient (ADC) in dog brain with hype racute stroke. Materials and methods : Experimental canine model of hyperacute cerebral infarction was made by selective intraarterial embolization with particulate embolic material. Diffusion-weighted MR imaging was performed in five dogs at 1 hour after the embolization of internal carotid artery. After intravenous bolus injection of Gd- DTPA, additional 11 diffusion-weighted MR images were serially obtained from 2 minutes to 90 minutes after injection in each dog. The author evaluated findings of hyperacute cerebral infarction on diffusion-weighted MR imaging, and calculated mean signal intensity and mean ADC in infarcted region and contralateral normal region. Statistical analysis of mean signal intensity, mean ADC and contrast-noise ratio before and after Gd-DTPA injection was performed. Results : Hyperacute cerebral infarction developed in all five dogs on diffusion-weighted MR images obtained 1 hour after embolization. The area of hyperacute infarction had steady increase in signal intensity on diffusion-weighted MR image and decrease in ADC. In normal perfusion area, decrease in signal intensity was observed at 2 minutes the Gd-DTPA injection, whereas ADC did not changed. Conclusion : Intravenous injection of Gd-DTPA had no influence on ADC in both hyperacute infarction and normally perfused are a, but caused initial transient signal reduction in normally perfused area on diffusion-weighted MR image due to susceptibility effect of Gd-DTPA. It is important to calculate ADC in evaluating the effect of diffusion after injection of Gd-DTPA.

  • 청취자가 음원의 위치와 방향을 감지할 수 있도록 원하는 지점에 음상을 정위시키는 일과 특정 공간내에서 방사되는 음원의 반사와 확산효과를 모델링하여 가상 공간 음향을 실현하는 일을 효과적으로 접목시키기 위한 3가지 유형의 입체음향 생성방법을 제시한다. 그리고 각 방법의 유효성 및 적합성을 검토하기 위해 실시한 심리음향 평가방법과 그에 대한 결과를 토대로 생성발법들간의 성능을 비교 평가한다.

종속적 신상품의 수요확산모형: 무선인터넷 사례를 중심으로

  • Peterson and Mahajan(1978)은 Bass모형을 확장한 종속적 신상품 수요확산모형(contingent diffusion model)을 처음으로 제안하였다. Peterson and Mahajan(1978)이 명명한 상품간의 종속적(contingent) 관계란, 주 상품의 경우는 다른 상품에 독립적이지만 종속적 상품(contingent product)의 경우는 잠재시장이 주 상품의 누적 구매자 수에 의존하는 경우를 말한다. 그런데 Peterson and Mahajan이 제안한 기존 모형은 실질적 활용에 있어서 모형 추정이 불가능하다는 단점을 지니고 있을 뿐만 아니라, Bass(1969) 모형처럼 엄밀한 확률이론에 근간을 둔 모형이라기보다는 직관과 통찰력에 근간을 둔 Bass모형의 단순한 확장 모형이라는 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계를 극복하고 확률이론을 바탕으로 종속적 관계를 가지는 상품들에 대한 수요 확산모형을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. Bass의 신상품확산모형은 hazard 함수 모형의 일종으로 신상품의 확산을 혁신과 구전효과로 설명한 과학적 모형이다. 본 연구에서는 확률이론을 활용함으로써 이러한 Bass의 hazard 함수 모형의 확장이 가능함을 보이고, 이를 토대로 종속적 관계에 있는 신상품들에 대한 수요 확산모형을 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 모형을 한국의 이동전화와 무선인터넷 사례에 적용하여 실증 분석을 수행하였다.
