통신 전기설비에서 발생하는 전기화재의 주된 원인은 아크 및 스파크에 있으며, 조기경보의 원리는 스파크 및 아크의 검출에 있다. 이러한 원리에 의한 상용화 제품인 ASD(아크스파크검출기)의 원리를 소개하고, 무인분기 국사에 대한 적용방안을 제시하였으며, 하나의 무인국사에서 단독 설치후 시험한 결과를 소개하였다.

최근 가스 소비량이 급증하면서 가스 관련 사고 또한 증가하고 있는 추세에 있다. 가스관련 사고에 대한 분석결과 조정기의 제품불량으로 인한 사고 발생율이 급격하게 증가하고 있으며, 다수의 사고가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 LPG용 조정기의 불량에 의한 가스사고를 예방하고 사용상의 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 현재 유통되고 있는 사용중인 LPG용 조정기의 폭발위험성과 충격안전성을 고찰하여 폭발, 화재 방지 대책을 수립하고 시중에서 사용중인 조정기의 안전성을 검증하였다. (중략)

차세대 상황인지 종합 재난관리시스템 연구에 대한 정보시스템적인 측면에서는 각 종 다양한 단위 시스템의 가상화 기반의 클라우드 기술을 적용하여 보다 효율적으로 시스템이 개선이 되었다. 또한 다양한 현장에 대하여 M2M(사물지능통신)기술을 적용하여 지능적이며 능동적으로 재난에 대응하여 재난 발생 시 실시간 재난정보 전달과 효율적인 재난 예방 및 재난 발생의 신속한 처리가 가능하였다.

This paper, as an attempt to meet the practical needs in the fire protection field of Korea, has dealt with establishing the identification criteria and prevention theory of electrical fire. The causes analysis of electrical fire was already conducted and then reported by the authors in the Journal of the Korean Institute of Electrical Enginers, October, 1966. This paper is, therefore, the next results of a series of studies on the causes and identification of electrical fire.

Chemicals are convenient for humans but the damage caused by hazardous chemicals can be widespread if they are not managed properly. The Chemical Substance Management Act strengthened the management of hazardous chemicals and the management of handling facilities. On the other hand, an analysis of chemical accidents occurring in the past 4 years showed that chemical accidents occurring at the handling facilities are increasing, and additional preventive measures are needed. In this study, to prevent chemical accidents of hazardous chemicals, the causes and problems of accidents were analyzed through the case study of chemical accidents and measures for improvement are proposed.

We studies wish to investigated establishment form of cabinet board, and confirm possibility of electrical disaster prevention through reappearance experiment of odor detection system. Established breaker consists of MCCB, RCD order in cabinet board for house, but industry is used together with. When imposed shock using shaker to terminal block that contact becomes in appropriate, flame was made sure. According to result that experiment attaching odor capsule in terminal block, capsule commissioned exactly by occurred heat. According to establishment position of sensor, difference of inspection time was about 10 seconds. Estimate odor inspection system by thing which electrical device accident prevention is available. When there is abnormal generated heat in connection of electric wire, accident prevention estimates that is possible by giving an alarm state of overheat to administrator.

This study aimed to provide help to seeking a preventive method of intervention in firefighter's depression by investigating empowerment and family function level of firefighter's on their depression. For this, the study conducted purposive sampling survey among 351 firefighters at Gyeonggi area. As a result of the research, all of empowerment and family function had a significant effect on depression of firefighters. Based on these findings, the study demonstrated the potential for applying each individual's empowerment as an internal resource for their prevention of mental health. The study suggested that diverse counter measures are needed to boost family bond and family functionality of firefighters, and also proposed positive adoption and assistance for preventive and effective implementation of 'work and life balance' policy to derive the recovery of healthiness of families.
