Temporary constructions are defined as constructions for temporary use, but frequently they are used long like permanent constructions and connected with main constructions. In this case, fire hazardousness increase. But there is no way to control this hazard in our system. This study include investigation of present related law survey about sample complex, collection of related lawsuit result and estimation of hazardousness of each contemporary construction type. The conclusion is that the article that specify distance between main construction and temporary one should be created in the architectural law. Or to apply fire service law to area of temporary construction, fire service law should be changed properly.

A primary task of fire department is maintaining public safety, system maintenance and welfare improvement by protecting life, body and property of a people through prevent and extinguish of the fire in emergency. Rescue part of those affairs has supported by the people but affairs related to the fire examination and investigation could not get it. Although fire examination is a very important part of fire department administration, it has been understood indifferently due to lack of awareness and concern. There are no scientific fire examination because of lacking education study and the whole responsibility capacity about it. There are many things have to be improved at fire examination and investigation system in Korea. Especially, establishment of the whole responsibility post is urgent through assuring professionals to improve accuracy of fire examination and investigation. Equipment which can do scientific fire examination and investigation have to be fully furnished. Efficiency of fire examination and investigation has to be increased through improving law related to fire examination and investigation, giving rescuers investigation right. Through this, it systematically have to be good for fire prevent.

현대사회가 급속한 발전을 이룩하면서 화재의 발생은 증가추세에 있다. 화재의 예방과 진압장비의 개발을 위해서는 실내화재현상에 대한 연구와 이해가 필요하다. 대부분의 실내화재 관련 현상에 대하여서는 많은 연구가 이루어졌고, 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 같은 화재 현상의 예측기법을 발전 시켜왔으며, 거의 실제에 가깝게 발전하고 있으나, 아직까지도 규명이 확연히 되지 않고 있는 부분은 창유리의 파괴현상이다. 본 연구는 구획화재시 창유리의 파괴현상을 실제에 근접한 시나리오를 설정한 후 실험을 통해 고찰하고자한다. 또한 파괴시간 예측 프로그램인 BREAKl의 분석 결과와 실험치의 비교도 아울러 실시하여 그 적용성을 판단해보자 한다. 본 연구는 냉온수기에 사용되는 서모스탯을 예를 들어 전기기기에 온도컨트롤로 많이 사용되고 있는 서모스탯의 트래킹 화재 위험성 및 원인 분석을 위한 감정 기법에 관한 연구로서 트래킹을 발생시킬 수 있는 환경적 요인 및 오염액의 전도도 측정과 화재 후 트래킹에 의한 화재 원인 규명을 위한 감식 감정 기법에 관한 연구를 수행하여 화재 예방대책의 기초자료를 제시 하고자 한다.

스마트 빌딩 시스템에서 건물내 설치된 온도센서를 통하여 인식된 온도를 효율적으로 데이터베이스화함으로써 기존 화재방지 설비가 가지지 못한 열이동을 추적할 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축하게 된다. 이를 통해 화재의 이동을 데이터베이스상에서 추적함으로써 설비를 정확하게 조작할 수 있게 되어 기존의 방식보다 화재방지에 효과적인 데이터베이스 구축이 가능할 것이다. 또 구축된 온도 데이터베이스로부터 화재예방과 관련한 정보를 쉽게 질의처리하여 사용자가 화재 위험요소를 사전 제거하고, 화재방지 시스템의 정상적인 관리를 가능케 할 것이다.

Tourist hotels are equipped with facilities such as accommodation and restaurants, exercise, recreation. Unspecified guests, visitors and management of tourist hotels are very vulnerable on the casualties and property losses due to fire peril exist. In this study, we analysis that the fire statistics status of tourist hotels from 2001 to 2010. And the 15 cases of a large hotel fire are reviewed. The total number of fires on hotel are consist of a hotel rooms fire(33.2%), a restaurant kitchen fire(11.8%). And the major causes of the fire are an electrical fire (40.8%), a cigarette fire (14.5%) and a hot-work fire (9.2%). In case study, the fire wall defect and combustible materials are major fire loss causes for 10year. Each tourist hotels are needed a development of suitable fire risk management and a field operations. A hotel is required an active fire risk management on a preventive inspection, an education and training, and a preventive maintenance. It is necessary that a fire wall maintenance to prevent of the spread of a fire and a sprinkler installation of whole area to protect fire. And it is very important an emergency response for evacuation of guest, and operate emergency procedures on a fire or emergency situation.
