도시의 안전을 위해서 재해 발생시 대응 및 복구와 같은 사후처리도 중요하지만 재해에 취약한 지역을 사전에 파악하고, 예방적 차원에서 이러한 지역들을 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 대도시 관리차원에서 필요한 방재지도의 유형 중 하나로 화재를 상정하여, 화재위험지역을 선정하는 기준을 설정하고 이 기준에 맞춰 서울시 종로구 창신동을 사례지역으로 하여 화재위험지도를 시범적으로 구축하는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다 화재위험지도성은 방재업무에 있어 지역성에 기초하여 취약지구를 사전에 파악하고 체계적으로 관리하는데 활용될 수 있으며, 나아가 지구단위계획 등의 도시계획업무에서 방재를 고려한 토지이용계획 수립 및 도시계획시설 배치 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The objective of this study is to suggest a fire prevention measure for suppressing and preventing loss of precious human lives and property damages. The characteristics of incendiary fire are analyzed in terms of fire engineering to review a plan for promoting for coping with the risk. In this study, a medical aspect such as mental and psychological analysis of the motive or act of an incendiary and legal and administrative problems such as the penalty for the incendiary are not included in the scope of the study. Fire statistics data of Korea, Japan, and U.S. are investigated for analysis of actual states of incendiary fire occurrences. In particular, to quantitatively recognize the burning characteristics of common fire and the burning characteristics of incendiary fire, a fire model test and computer simulation were performed. And a plan for promoting the optimal incendiary fire prevention measure were suggest.

본 고는 한국화재보험협회가 2000회계연도(2000. 4. 1~2001. 3.31) 중 실시한 특수건물에 대한 화재안점점검 결과를 종합.분석한 내용 가운데서 주요 부분을 요약한 것이다. 제1절에는 안전점검 결과 분석의 근거, 목적 및 대상을, 제2절에는 특수건물 일반현황, 잠재위험, 방재사항 분석 및 소화설비할인 적용사항을, 제3절에는 안전점검 결과 분석을 토대로 한 개선, 건의사항을 각각 언급하였다.

본 협회는 1986년 10월 15일 경기도 여주에 있는 협회부설 방재시험소에서 석유화학공장의 방재대책을 중심으로 한 위험관리 세미나를 개최한 바 있다. 이 세미나에서는 국내외의 관련기관 및 학계 전문가 4명이 주제발표를 했으며, 다음은 그 중 본 협회 방재연구부 우무 차장이 발효판 내용을 간추린 것이다.

2005년 4월 강원도 산불로 인해 낙산사 화재가 발생하여 많은 문화재의 손실이 발생하여 문화재에 대한 소중함과 경각심을 일깨워 주었으며 화재로 인해 발생하는 문화재 손실을 막기 위해 많은 노력이 요구되었다. 본 연구는 강원도 중요 목조문화재인 낙산사 화재 발생 후 6년이 지난 현 지점에서, 주민 방재의식조사를 통해 낙산사 주변지역의 방재의식 변화에 대해 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 문화재 방재대책을 제안하고자 한다.

USN Fire Prevention System is an intelligent system that detects the fire through the value which has got from a sensor such as temperature, humidity, intensity of illumination, acceleration, carbon dioxide(CO2) and so on. And then send it to the operator also use the algorithmic fire detection to operate fire extinguish system on. It is among U-Disaster Prevention System which has prevented fire lately. Configuration of the packet was designed to make the most of lightweight and fast processing for low power consumption. Recently listed in the encryption algorithm is applied each DES, 3DES, AES and HIGHT. So objective was to faster encryption than encryption of high-performance finally domestic standard encryption algorithm HIGHT were suitable for the fire prevention system needed frequent sensing time.
