M.Naor와 A.Shamir의 시각암호는 기존의 비밀 분산법에서 분산/복호시 연산량이 많은 것과는 달리 인간의 시각에 의해서 직접 복호될 수 있는 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 시각암호의 화장 방식인 복수 화상을 숨기는 방식에서 숨기려는 비밀화상의 수가 증가함에 따라 share 크기가 기하 급수적으로 커지는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 고정 가중치부호의 해밍 거리를 조정하여 share 크기를 줄이는 방법을 제안한다.

서울시 강동구청은 버려지는 빗물과 하수를 모아 청소용수나 온수 난방에너지로 재활용해 재해 예방은 물론 환경도 살리고 예산 절감 효과까지 톡톡히 보고 있다. 강동구청은 강동어린이회관 옥상에 '빗물은행'을 설치하여 1톤당 1,280원의 예산을 절감하고 있다. 더 나아가 오는 11월에는 조경수나 청소용수, 화장실용수로 사용할 수 있도록 대규모 빗물관리시설을 가동할 계획이다. 강동구는 또 지난해 9월 버려지는 하수를 이용한 하수열에너지 시스템을 전국 최초로 강동어린이 회관에 설치하여 온수와 난방 연료로 사용하고 있다. 이러한 예산절감 효과에 힘입어 강동구는 앞으로 강동아트센터를 비롯한 공공시설 및 민간시설에 빗물집수시설을 설치, 빗물 관련 시설을 확대할 계획이다.

The reality of this study is that, in accordance with the development trend of human body art, art makeup and semi-permanent makeup are emerging as promising industries in the beauty industry among beauticians, and awareness of professional skill improvement is gradually increasing over time. Accordingly, interest in semi-permanent makeup has increased not only among beauticians who specialize in beauty industry or learn semi-permanent makeup, but also at beauty academies where they learn many beauty techniques, and this trending technology has been promoted at international beauty competitions by holding skill competitions for beauty technicians who specialize in semi-permanent techniques. As a venue for exchanging information about education, it is expected that synergistic effects such as dissemination of the education system can be expected. Korea's rapid industrial development has brought about great changes in the supply and demand of professional and detailed skilled manpower and in the formation of manpower in terms of technical level according to industrial development, and the skills and professional skills of beauty beauticians have improved due to the excellence of the professional education qualifications of beauticians and high skill evaluations. This had a significant impact on self-development and led to a re-recognition of the importance of efforts to achieve skilled skills.

Anti-microbial activities of Scutellariae Radix Extracts and Sophora flavecens Extracts was tested by formulation, such as skinsoftener, emulsion for 4 weeks. Control contained no preservative, test group contained 1.00% Scutellariae Radix extracts and 1.00% Sophora flavecens extracts and positive control contained parabens and imidazolidinyl urea. To determine the anti-microbial activity of these extract, the 4 germs such as Escherichia coil, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aures, Canida albicans were used. The test groups showed significant anti-microbial activities against the 4 germs at 2 and 3 weeks as compared with control. Anti-microbial activities of these extracts were similar to positive control. Considering that the Scutellariae Radix Extracts and the Sophora flavecens Extracts have a significant anti-microbial activities against 4 germs, it is possible as natural preservative in cosmetics.

Background & Objective : Sophorae Radix has been known as an useful plant with anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial activity. Therefore, Sophorae Radix is expected to mitigate and prevent acne by inhibiting the activity of the sebaceous glands and acne bacterium. To evaluate anti-inflammation effect of Sophorae Radix, we applied Sophorae Radix-skin lotion on the patients with acne. Methods : The Sophorae Radix-skin lotion was prepared by dissolving 1% ethanol extract of Sophorae Radix in skin lotion vehicle and treated 2 times everyday for 4 weeks on faces. Follow-up was performed with Janus facial analysis system. Results : Sophorae Radix-skin lotion reduced sebum and porphyrin. However, the Sophorae Radix-skin lotion didn't significantly reduced sebum and porphyrin compared with skin lotion vehicle control group. Conclusion : These results showed that the Sophorae Radix-skin lotion could be used as a pharmaceutical material with anti-inflammatory effects by reducing sebum and porphyrin in acne patient with further clinical research.

It is the problem point of stability for this study to produce cosmetics and to occur in the circulation process, and specially in a case of alcoholic toilet water the precipitation materials to float on content materials has study on the solubility of perfume, and it has practiced in order to examine the problem point whether the raw materials of plastic vessel is or not harmful in content materials. In testing result, A study on stability of alcoholic toilet water is above all the precipitation materials which floats in content materials, and It is appeared by combination ratio to the raw materials of perfume, ethanol, solubilizer and refining water etcs, and in second the alkali degree which has gushed out of glass vessel can understand the thing that the change of PH is largely increased following to the passage of time, and in third the harmful component of content materials out of raw material in plastics vessel must certainly consider a stability and a safety in quality control of products.

화장품 사용 시 소비자가 가장 중요하게 느끼는 요인은 효과와 촉감이라고 볼 수 있다. 특히 반복적인 사용을 위해서 쾌적한 촉감은 필수 조건이다. 그런데, 촉감은 사용하는 사람 자신의 감각에 의존하는 것이므로, 이러한 화장품의 촉감을 포함하는 성능을 평가하기 위해서 사람에 의한 최종평가는 필수적인 단계이다. 따라서, 여러 특성의 강도를 측정하는 분석형 관능평가와 소비자의 선호도를 조사하는 기호형 관능평가의 필요성이 요구되며, 두 결과를 종합적으로 고려하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 우리는 훈련된 전문패널에 의해 다양한 자외선차단 크림과 로션들에 대한 분석형 관능평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 자외선차단 제품의 관능속성 평가의 주요인은 잔여감 요인과 발림성 요인으로 나타났으며, 이 결과에 따라 제품들을 2차원 공간 상에 위치하였다. 이 중 몇 제품을 선택하여 20대 후반 여성소비자를 대상으로 기호형 관능평가를 실시하였다. 평상시 실제 화장단계에서 인지되는 자외선차단제품에 대한 용어들은 촉촉함 및 도포균일성 요인/흡수속도 요인의 두가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 이상적인 자외선차단제품의 사용감은 너무 촉촉하지도 매트하지도 않으면서, 흡수속도는 빠르고 화장밀림이나 번들거림이 적은 사용감을 나타내는 특성쪽으로 나타났다.

Objectives : Lonicerae Flos has been known as a useful plant with anti-inflammatory, antioxidative and immunosuppressive activity. To evaluate anti-inflammatory effect of Lonicerae Flos, we treated Lonicerae Flos-skin in animal model system induced contact hypersensitivity. Methods : Contact hypersensitivity, a local inflammatory response of the skin, was induced by spreading the right ear of BALB/c mouse with 1% DNCB. Lonicerae Flos-skin was prepared by dissolving 1% water extract of Lonicerae Flos in skin vehicle and treated everyday for 2 weeks on the right ear. Results : Lonicerae Flos-skin significantly reduced a mouse ear thickness swelled by 1% of DNCB treatment compared with skin vehicle-treated control group. Lonicerae Flos-skin also reduced IgG and IgE in serum obtained from blood of 1% DNCB-treated mouse. Conclusion : These results showed that Lonicerae Flos-skin could be used as a pharmaceutical material with antiinflammatory effects by reducing IgG and IgE in contact hypersensitivity mouse model by DNCB.

In this study, the impression formation according to the lip design of beauty makeup, preferred lips and its reasons have been empirically analyzed. The research method is a questionnaire survey using SPSS program. As a result of the study, it has been founded the significant influence of the color and shape of the lips on the impression formation, and the modern people's views on lip makeup could be identified. The most preferred lip color was red, and the preferred lip shape was the standard type. As a result of factor analysis, red color showed the highest capability factor, and pink color showed the highest sociability factor among lip colors. It hopefully is expected that this study will be utilized as basic data for beauty design.
