  • IoT 홈 트레이닝 시스템은 집 안에서도 정확한 동작으로 운동을 보조해주도록 구성된 시스템으로 사용자가 올바른 자세로 운동을 할 수 있게 보조해준다. 또 앱을 통하여 실시간 운동량을 확인할 수 있으며, 운동 개수를 측정하여 운동에 집중할 수 있게 제공한다. 그러나 개발 측면에서는 각 센서의 위치에 따른 사람들의 신장 차이 등 다양한 변수가 발생하여 해결해야 할 필요가 있다.

  • 본 고는 혼합현실 기술을 활용한 스마트 홈트레이닝, 그리고 피트니스 코칭 시스템을 메타버스 환경에서 어떻게 구현할 수 있을지에 대한 아이디어를 공유해 보고자 하였다. 그래서 2장에서는 혼합현실, 확장현실의 개념과 그 현황에 대해서 알아보았다. 또한 3장에서는 피트니스 트레이닝 코칭 시스템이 메타버스 환경으로 들어올 수 있는지, 그럴 필요가 있는지를 확인하기 위하여 그 각각의 개념과 현황에 대해서 챙겨보았다. 4장에서는 혼합현실을 이용한 피트니스 코칭 시스템의 현황을 살펴보고, 5장에서는 구체적인 연계 방안을 제시하는 것으로 마무리하였다.

Pose Classification and Correction System for At-home Workouts (홈 트레이닝을 위한 운동 동작 분류 및 교정 시스템)

  • There have been recently an increasing number of people working out at home. However, many of them do not have face-to-face guidance from experts, so they cannot effectively correct their wrong pose. This may lead to strain and injury to those doing home training. To tackle this problem, this paper proposes a video data-based pose classification and correction system for home training. The proposed system classifies poses using the multi-layer perceptron and pose estimation model, and corrects poses based on joint angels estimated. A voting algorithm that considers the results of successive frames is applied to improve the performance of the pose classification model. Multi-layer perceptron model for post classification shows the highest accuracy with 0.9. In addition, it is shown that the proposed voting algorithm improves the accuracy to 0.93.

Causal relationship between exercise commitment and exercise continuation intention according to the use of mobile home training : Changes in fitness after Covid-19 (모바일 홈트레이닝 활용에 따른 운동몰입과 운동지속의도 인과관계 : 코로나19 이후 피트니스 변화)

  • This study tried to provide basic data for predicting consumers by applying the structural analysis method (SEM) to the causal relationship model that applied the technology acceptance theory for mobile home training, exercise commitment, and continuous intention. Therefore, in order to identify the strategic tools due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the survey was conducted using the mobile program "Survey Monkey" according to the sampling plan from February 1, 2021 to May 21, 2021, and a total of 287 valid samples. people were used in the final analysis of consumers. As a result of the study, it was found that the acceptance model had a significant effect(+) on exercise commitment, and the acceptance model had a significant effect(+) on the exercise continuation intention. Finally, it was found that exercise commitment had a significant(+) effect on exercise continuity intention.

A Study on the Use Factors of YouTube-based Home Training Content (유튜브 기반 홈 트레이닝 콘텐츠 이용요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the factors that influence the use of YouTube-based home training contents by integrating and applying the technology acceptance model and health belief model. The main results are as follows. First of all, it was found that personal innovativeness had a positive (+) effect on perceived ease and perceived usefulness. Perceived susceptibility did not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived benefit had a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, it was found that perceived ease had a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness, Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness were found to have a positive (+) effect on continuous intention to use. This study will be meaningful in that it partially reconfirmed the possibility of integrating the technology acceptance model and the health belief model.

Effect of Home Training on Male College Students Body Composition and Fitness (홈트레이닝이 남자 대학생의 신체 조성과 체력에 미치는 효과)

  • Sixteen male college students were divided into two groups: a face-to-face group(n=8) and a real-time non-face-to-face exercise group(n=8), engaging in 30minute sessions twice a week for a duration of 8 weeks. Body composition and physical strength were measured as dependent variables before and after the home training period. For data analysis, a two-way ANOVA with repeated measures was conducted to evaluate the effects on body composition and physical strength, considering differences in exercise methods and measurement periods. Post hoc analysis using Bonferroni correction was applied. To compare the mean difference in change between groups, the pre-post difference was calculated, and an independent t-test was performed. The statistical significance level was set at p<.05. The results showed that 8 weeks of home training led to an increase in skeletal muscle mass and improvements in muscle strength, muscular endurance, and cardiorespiratory endurance in male college students, regardless of whether they participated in face-to-face or real-time non-face-to-face exercise. Moreover, there was no significant difference in exercise effectiveness between the face-to-face and real-time non-face-to-face exercise methods. Thus, these findings suggest that real-time non-face-to-face exercise can be as effective as face-to-face exercise in enhancing skeletal muscles and physical strength in male college students. Additionally, if a real-time non-face-to-face exercise program is validated for individuals with mobility issues or the elderly, it could serve as an effective alternative for those who face challenges in participating in face-to-face exercise sessions.

  • While youth health is getting worse and worse, various physical improvements programs are being operated in schools. However, self-learning fitness management without the guidance of a teacher has various limitations. Fitness management applications may be helpful to overcoming the limitations. But as they are mostly developed for adults, young people will have limitations in using them. Therefore, this study is intended to develop a physical activity promotion system (application) which will enable young people to do self-learning fitness management. The features of the application are that it is classified as home training and school training, providing various physical activity programs, and added with interesting elements for continuous use. The results of application have revealed that student test groups experienced improvement in fitness health and showed positive reponses to satisfaction of the application, exercise hours, and continuous use.

  • 우리에겐 익숙하고 쉽게 느껴지지만, 누군가에겐 어려운 것들이 존재한다. 예로 시각 장애인에게는 거리를 돌아다니는 것, 거리를 달린다는 것은 상당한 용기가 필요한 일이다. 경북대학교 재학 중인 시각 장애인 김경훈 학우는 자신의 유튜브 채널에 등교하는 거리에 익숙해지도록 여러 번 걸어 다니며 연습하는 모습의 영상을 올린 적이 있다. 또 다른 시각장애인은 국민 청원에 트레이닝에 대한 지원 요청을 한 적이 있다. 우리는 이런 사례들을 조사하여 거리에 나가지 않아도, 위험요소를 생각하지 않아도 할 수 있는, 그 누구도 차별 받지 않고 모두가 자연스럽게 운동에 집중할 수 있는 홈 트레이닝 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • Context awareness using intelligent system is emphasized in order to provide automatic services in home automatic system. In this paper, we propose the intelligent context-aware system for home automation. To implement home automation, we first collect various events occuring in user's home, which are saved as a case form. We use the saved data as a training data of a neural network algorithm and then apply to intelligent context aware system for home automation. This system provide "right situations do right things" for user. Also this system has intelligent ability.

  • This study analyzed the characteristics that affect the direction change of public fitness in the current COVID-19 situation. As a result of the study, if public and active fitness-related awareness is strengthened and fitness places require a transition from outdoor fitness to home training, fitness activities require a transition from offline fitness to offline + online sports fitness, and finally, in the case of fitness equipment, there is an increase in demand for home training. Based on these characteristics, this study is expected to help the entire nation achieve athletic life and a healthy society by presenting its course of action on the change of direction of popular movement.
