유도 결합 Ar/SF6 혼합 기체 방전에서의 전자 에너지 분포 측정을 통한 플라즈마 변수 연구

  • $SF_6$ 기체 및 Ar/$SF_6$ 혼합 기체 방전은 실제 반도체 및 디스플레이 공정에서 널리 쓰이고 있지만, 측정상의 어려움으로 인하여 정량적인 데이터 및 기본 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 유도 결합 Ar/$SF_6$ 혼합 기체 플라즈마에서 다양한 압력과 혼합 가스 비율에 따른 전자 에너지 분포 측정을 통한 플라즈마 변수 연구에 관한 내용이다. 낮은 가스 압력에서 $SF_6$ 기체의 혼합 비율이 증가함에 따라서 상대적으로 적은 전자 밀도 감소와 전자 온도의 증가가 보였다. 하지만, 높은 가스 압력에서 $SF_6$ 기체의 혼합 비율이 증가함에 따라 상당한 전자 밀도 감소와 급격한 전자 온도 증가 (~ 9 eV)가 관찰되었다. 이러한 전자 온도와 전자 밀도의 극적인 변화는 $SF_6$ 기체 증가에 의한 전자-중성종 충돌과 음이온 생성으로 인한 것으로 여겨지며, 유체 모델 및 전자 가열 모드를 고려하여 해석하였다.

Effect of Incorporation Rate of Polyacrylamide Hydrogel on Changes in Physical Properties of Root Media (Polyacrylamide 고흡수성 수지의 혼합 비율이 상토의 물리성에 미치는 영향)

  • This research was conducted to determine physical properties of four root media, peatmoss + vermiculite (1:1, v/v; PV), peatmoss + composted rice hall (1:1, PR), peatmoss + composted saw-dust (1:1 : PS) and peatmoss + composted pine bark (1:1 PB), as influenced by incorporation rate of Stock-sorb C (STSB). Each root medium containing STSB was packed in 22 cm diameter plastic pot and the physical properties were determined at 5 weeks after packing. As incorporation rate of STSB were elevated, total porosity increased in PV, PS and PB media with statistical differences at $5{\%}$ level. Those also resulted in increase of container capacity in PS and PB media, but statistical differences were not observed in PV and PR media. Elevated incorporation rate of STSB in PV, PS and PB media resulted in increase of air space with statistical differences. Trends in air space of the three root media showed a linear as well as quadratic responses to STSB contents of media. As incorporation rate of STSB increased, more water was retained in four root media at the soil moisture tension of 4.90 kPa, 9.81 kPa, 29.4 kPa and 1.5 MPa. The amount of water retained in PS medium was the highest at the moisture tension at 29.4 kPa and 1.5 MPa followed by PB, PR and PV medium. These results indicated that elevation of incorporation rate of STSB to various root media increased moisture retention capacity, but did not increase the available water holding capacity.

  • This Study is to into fuel using a torrefation reaction to food waste. When the fuel of only food waste alone, fuel value is was performed at a ratio of sewage sludge constant attempts to prevent low. Mixing ratios of food waste and sewage sludge, 10:0, 8:2, 6:4, 5:5. Regardless mixing ratio, it was possible to confirm that decreases the moisture content of 10% or less at a reaction temperature of $240^{\circ}C$ or higher. As the ratio of the reaction temperature and the sewage sludge is high, the fixed carbon content is increased. It was measured at up to 36%(mixing ratios6:4, reaction temperature $270^{\circ}C$) from the initial 1.1%. From the reaction temperature $240^{\circ}C$ satisfied with 3000Kcal/Kg or more is a SRF criteria shows the calorific value. It was possible to obtain a heating value that is increased from the raw sample approximately sextuple. As reaction temperature is heightened, Van krevelen Diagram moved to the range of Lignite range. It was possible to obtain high fuel ratio and 5,500Kcal/kg or less of a combustility index as the sewage sludge mixing ratio becomes high. Increase the fixed carbon content, than those food waste alone solid fuel into and improved fuel costs, it is necessary to ensure that the quality of the fuel is improved.

Quality characteristics of functional Nokdujuk prepared with optimum mixing ratio of mulberry leaf and fruit powder by response surface method (반응표면분석법을 이용한 최적 비율의 뽕잎과 오디 분말 첨가 기능성 녹두죽의 품질특성)

  • This study was performed to develop and evaluate functional prepared with optimum mixing of mulberry leaf and fruit powder using response surface method (RSM). In order to develop the optimized functional Nokdujukr using RSM, mulberry leaf powder (MLP:X1) and mulberry fruit powder (MLF:X2) were set as independent variables, and pH (Y1), sweetness (Y2), viscosity (Y3), L (Y4), a (Y5), b (Y6), color (Y7), flavor (Y8), taste (Y9), overall quality (Y10), TPC (Y11), and DPPH radical scavenging ability ($IC_{50}$)(Y12) were set as dependent variables. The optimum mixing ratio of MLP and MLF was determined to be 3.88 g of MLP and 6 g of MLF. The values of color, flavor, taste, overall quality, TPC, and DPPH radical scavenging ability ($IC_{50}$) of optimized Nokdujuk were 5.20, 5.85, 6.00, 6.22, 330.99 mg TAE/g and 650.10 g/mL, respectively. In conclusion, this study has led to the development of an improved version of Nokdujuk that has antioxidative properties and good sensory evaluation and, will likely serve as a functional meal replacement for the busy modern world.

Treatment of Swine Manure by Vermicomposting - Mixed Treatment of swine manure with food wastes - (Vermicomposting에 의한 돈분의 처리 -음식물 쓰레기와의 혼합처리-)

  • The effects of the mixture ratios of swine manure and food wastes when vermicomposed on earthworm(Eisenia foefida) growth, the production amounts and the chemical properties of casts for plant growth media were evaluated to optimal mixture ratio. Earthworms were grown in swine manure, substituted with 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 50% and 100% food wastes. All of earthworm grown in swine manure substituted with 60%, 80%, and 100% food wastes died, therefore the process of swine manure substituted with 60%, 80%, and 100% food wastes by vermicomposting were impossible in this experiment. Worm cast produced from swine manure substituted with 0%, 20% and 40% food wastes after vermicomposting sufficiently contained required quantities of available phosphorus, exchangeable potassium, exchangeable magnesium, and cation exchange capacity. The survival rates of earthworm in swine manure substituted with 0% and 40% food wastes was significantly higher than those in swine manure substituted with 20%, 40% food wastes. Casts weight and proportion of casts weight in 100% swine manure were significantly higher than those in swine manure substituted with 20% food wastes, but was no significant difference between those in swine manure substituted with 40% food wastes. Therefore 100% swine manure was estimated to be superior than the others treatments. However an adequate mixture ratio of food wastes for processing mixture of swine manure by vermicomposting was estimated to be 40%. Because there was no significant difference in mean flesh weight, increasing rate, casts weight, proportion of casts weight, and reduction rate of volatile solids among 3 treatments and survival rate and conversion efficiency(CE) in swine manure with substituted 40% food wastes were significantly higher than the other treatments.

녹색과 적색 양자점 색변환층을 가지는 백색 유기발광 소자의 색안정성 연구

  • 백색 유기발광소자는 빠른 응답속도, 높은 색재현율 및 높은 색안정성의 특성으로 차세대 친환경 백색 광원으로 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 유기발광소자와 양자점을 혼합하여 사용한 백색 유기발광소자는 양자점의 높은 색순도와 고효율의 장점을 가지고 있기 때문에 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 녹색 및 적색 양자점을 색변환층으로 이용한 백색 유기발광소자는 두 양자점의 혼합 비율에 따라 연색성 및 색안정성이 변화하기 때문에 이에 관련 된 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 높은 색안정성을 가지는 백색 유기발광소자를 제작하기 위해 청색 유기발광소자 위에 용액 공정으로 녹색 및 적색 빛을 방출하는 CdSe/ZnS 양자점을 포함하는 색변환층을 도포했다. 녹색 및 적색 양자점은 250 nm부터 500 nm의 넓은 광 흡수대역을 가지고 있기 때문에 465 nm의 청색 발광소자의 빛을 흡수하여 각각 적색과 녹색 발광을 할 수 있다. 녹색 및 적색 양자점의 혼합 비율에 따른 광발광 스펙트럼 측정 결과를 통해 녹색 및 적색 양자점의 최적 혼합 비율이 7:3임을 확인하였다. 최적의 혼합 비율을 사용하여 제작 된 백색 유기발광소자의 전기적 및 광학적 특성을 전류-전압 측정과 전계발광 측정으로 비교 분석하였다. 9 V에서 14 V로 전압이 변화하는 동안 백색 유기발광소자의 색좌표의 변화는 (0.35, 0.33)에서 (0.35, 0.32)로 높은 색안정성을 나타냈다. 본 연구 결과는 유기발광소자와 양자점을 혼합하여 사용한 백색 유기발광소자의 높은 색안정성에 대한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

  • Hydrogen evolution by mixed fermentation of Clostn"dium butyn"cum and photosynthetic bacteria which were capable of consuming clostridial metabolites and evolving hydrogen was investigated. Acetate and butyrate formed from anaerobic clostridial fermentation were efficiently utilized by Rhodopseudomonas sPhaeroides K-7. For complete bioconversion of clostridial metabolites such as acetate and butyrate into hydrogen, mixed culture of both anaerobic organisms forming molecular hydrogen was performed. By the mixed culture, the yield of hydrogen production increased by 20 to 75% and the levels of clostridial metabolites such as acetate, butyrate decreased in the fermentation broth. Influence of cell mixing ratio. mixing time and inoculum level on hydrogen evolution by mixed culture were examined. And then cometabolic pattern compared with in pure culture was observed as time course.

저분자와 고분자 물질로 제작한 혼합 발광층의 혼합 비율에 따른 백색 유기발광소자의 색 안정성에 대한 연구

  • 백색유기발광소자는 낮은 구동전압, 낮은 소비전력, 높은 명암비, 넓은 시야각과 높은 박막 특성으로 친환경 에너지와 관련해 주목을 받고 있어 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 백색 유기발광소자는 주로 R-G-B 영역의 발광층을 적층하여 제작한다. 하지만 전압의 변화에 따라 재결합 영역이 변화되면서, 색 안정성이 불안정한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 높은 색 안정성을 나타내는 백색 유기발광소자를 제작하기 위해 저분자와 고분자 혼합 발광층 구조를 사용하였다. 두 가지 이상의 고분자 혼합물을 스핀코팅하여 박막을 형성한 후, 열처리에 의한 상분리 현상을 이용하여 선택적으로 한가지 고분자 물질을 제거하여 적색 다공성 고분자 발광층을 형성하였다. 적색 다공성 고분자 발광층 위에 저분자 발광물질을 적층하여 홀주입을 향상하여 청색 발광층을 형성한다. 적색 다공성 고분자 발광층 물질과 혼합되는 고분자 물질의 혼합 비율과 혼합 층 두께에 따른 적색 고분자 다공성 박막의 변화를 원자힘 현미경을 통하여 관찰하였다. 혼합된 두 고분자 물질의 분자량의 차이에 의한 응집도의 차이로 인하여 혼합물 박막의 두께가 얇아지면서 미세구조의 경사도가 높아지고, 적색 다공성 고분자 발광층의 미세구조의 형태는 두 가지 고분자 혼합물의 혼합 비율의 변화에 따라 미세구조의 밀도가 높아진다. 본 연구 결과는 저분자와 고분자 혼합 발광층 구조를 사용하는 백색 유기발광소자의 색 안정성과 효율 향상에 대한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

Strength and Shrinkage of Geopolymer Mortar with Mineral Admixtures (혼화재료에 따른 지오폴리머의 강도 및 건조수축)

  • Slump flow, compressive strength, flexural strength and drying shrinkage were measured to evaluate workability and mechanical performance of geopolymer. Experimental parameters include the addition of gypsum, blending ratio of blast furnace slag and fly ash and addition of shrinkage reducing agent. Geopolymer using blast furnace slag mixed with gypsum showed larger slump flow than blast furnace slag without gypsum. The slump flow when blending ratio of blast furnace slag and fly ash is 5:5 tended to be larger than the slump flow when blending ratio is 8:2. Geopolymer using blast furnace slag without gypsum showed higher compressive strength and flexural strength than blast furnace slag mixed with gypsum. Compressive strength and flexural strength tended to be higher when blending ratio of blast furnace slag and fly ash was 8:2 than when blending ratio was 5:5. Drying shrinkage decreased with increasing fly ash and blast furnace slag without gypsum, and it was found that shrinkage reducing agent is effective to reduce drying shrinkage of geopolymer.

The Effect of Vermicast on the Growth of Vegetable Plants - Estimation of Optimum Mixture Ratios of Vermicast - (지렁이 분립이 엽채류의 생육에 미치는 영향 - 분립의 최적혼합비율의 추정 -)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of different mixture ratios of vermicasts on the growth of leaf beet(Beta vulgaris var. cicla), young radish (Raphanus sativus L), spinach(Spinacia oleracea) and lettuce(Lactuca sativa) The mixture of ratios of vermicast(fermented pig manure with sawdust) and peatmoss were 100%+0%, 60%+40%, 40%+60% and 0%+100%(control), respectively. The bulk density, particle density, pH, electrolytic conductivity, ash, total nitrogen, cation exchange capacity, available phosphorous and exchangeable cations increased significantly compared to those grown in the 100% of peatmoss(control). The significantly higher values of plant length, leaf area, shoot dry weight, root weight, root length and biological yield obtained were $40{\sim}100%$ and 40% of vermicast in leaf beet and lettuce, respectively. The young radish and spinach showed that significantly differences of shoot dry weight, root weight and biological yield in the mixture ratios of vermicast were $40{\sim}60%$ and 40% in young radish and spinach, respectively.
