In this paper, a tracking control technique of Takagi-Sugeno(TS) fuzzy systems with parametric uncertainties is developed. The uncertain TS fuzzy system is represented as an uncertain multiple linear system. The tracking problem of TS fuzzy system is converted into the regulation problem of a multiple linear system. A sufficient condition for robust tracking is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMI). A Design example is illustrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

'오늘보다 더 나은 내일' 새해를 맞는 모든 이들의 바람이다. IT업계의 바람도 이와 크게 다르지 않다. 다행스러운 것은 올해가 작년보다 조금 나을 것 같다는 예측들이 많다는 것이다. '정보화사회'가 신년을 맞아 산업 부문별로 경기를 전망한 결과, 유선전화 시장을 제외하고는 대부분의 산업이 역동적으로 움직일 것으로 예상됐다. 모바일 서비스 시장은 3G중심으로 급속히 재편될 것으로 예상됐으며, 휴대폰 시장은 전년 대비 13% 성장할 것으로 전망됐다. IT서비스관리 시장도 작년 대비 50% 이상 급성장 할 것으로 전망됐으며, SI 시장도 비교적 호재가 많을 것으로 예상됐다. 유선, 초고속 인터넷, 모바일, SI, 네트워크, 보안, HW, SW 등 11개 산업분야의 2007년 시장전망을 분석 정리했다.

Normally, deterioration in the concrete structure is due to carbonation and chloride ion attack. Therefore, concrete structure is needed to surface protection for increase durability using impregnant. Impregnant classify into two large groups in polymeric and silicate materials. Silicate impregnant is included silicate and alkali silicate(sodium and lithium silicate). Thus, this study is concerned with self cleaning hydrophilic property of concrete structure using silicate impregnant. From the experimental test result, TEOS and lithium silicate make good use of hydrophilic impregnant.

침입이란 컴퓨터 자원의 무결성, 비밀성 및 가용성을 저해하고, 시스템의 보안정책을 파괴하는 행위로서, 지금까지 연구되어 온 호스트 기반, 다중 호스트 기반 및 네트워크 기반 침입탐지 시스템만으로는 침입이 발생한 사후에 판단, 추적이 어려우며, 침입 중 차단이 불가능하므로 대규모 분산 시스템에 대한 침입에 종합적으로 대응하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 글에서는 지능화된 공격에 자동대응이 가능하도록 하기 위해 공격의 심각도 및 피해정도 그리고 침입탐지시스템이 탐지능력의 신뢰도에 따라 대응 수준 및 대응방법이 결정되도록 하는 자동화된 침입대응 시스템 및 사용된 메커니즘에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

크레인 게임기 등 싱글 로케이션 게임물의 외부설치가 금지된다. 문화관광부는 '건물밖에 설치한 싱글 로케이션 게임물은 모두 건물 내로 옮기는 경우에만 한해 제공할 수 있다’는 내용을 포함한 "게임산업 진흥에 관한 법률시행령을 지난 5월 16일 발효했다. 이로써 외부 설치되는 인형집게기 등 크레인 게임물은 불법으로 단속을 피할 수 없게 되었다. 이같은 법령발효로 인해 크레인 게임물 관련업체들은 비상이 걸렸다. 반면 외부설치가 자유로운 자판기 분야에 있어서는 이번 입법이 로케이션 확대의 호재로 작용할 전망이다. 이번 입법이 산업계 대내외적으로 끼칠 영향을 분석해 봤다.

우리나라 기계공업은 세계적인 보호무역주의와 경기불황으로 고전을 면치 못해 왔으나 국제유가하락, 일본엔화의 강세 그리고 국제금리의 하락추세라는 이른바 "3저시대"를 맞이하게 됨으로써 모처럼 호전의 기회를 맞이하고 있어 '85 년도에 생산이 8.7%수출 12% 증가 했으며 수입은 15%나 감소하여 기계류의 국산화가 점차 이루어지고 있는 현상을 나타내고 있으나 우 리의 주종수출시장인 미국의 보호무역주의 추세는 구조적인 요인으로 말미암아 앞으로도 크게 완하되리라고 기대하기는 어려워 부정적인 측면도 없지않다. 더구나 상기의 3가지 호재가 언제 까지나 지속횐다는 보장도 없으니 만큼 정부와 기업은 이 기회를 최대한 활용함으로써 우리나라 기계공업의 경쟁체질을 강화하는 계기를 마련해야 할것이다.마련해야 할것이다.

지능형 디지털 재설계 기법의 중요한 가정은 퍼지 IF-THEN 규칙의 발화도가 샘플링 구간에서 샘플링 순간의 값으로 근사화 된다는 점이다. 본 논문은 퍼지 IF-THEN 규칙 발화도의 근사화 가정을 배제한 경우에 대하여 기존의 지능형 디지털 재설계 기법에 의하여 재설계된 디지털 제어기의 안정화 가능성을 조사한다.

지난해 우리나라 경제는 안정속에 고도성장과 국제수지 흑자를 기록한 값진 보람을 느낀 한 해였다. 그러나 이같은 흑자기조는 개개기업의 성장잠재력에서 찾아볼 수도 있겠으나 대부분이 3저요인을 배경으로한 수출환경의 변화에 힘입은 바 크다. 그럼으로 언제 무산될지 모르는 장래를 낙관만 할 수는 없다. 지금의 현상을 어떻게 보는가에 대하여는 각계각층이 보는 시각에 따라 견해가 달라지겠으나 분명한 것은 국제유가나 국제이자가 오름세를 보이기 시작했다는 사실과 우리에게 국제경상수지흑자시대를 열어준 3저호재는 확실히 변해가고 있다는 것이다. 이렇게 볼 때 우리나라 경제는 해외요인변화에 매우 예민함으로 지금, 흑자기조가 정착되었다고 속단하기에는 너무 이른것 같다. 적어도 흑자기조가 정착되려면 모든 산업간, 계층간, 지역간의 불균형이 시정되고 기존의 산업기반을 내실화하는 단계에 있을 때 비로서 흑자경제의 향배가 가름하게 되는 것이다. 최근에 일어나고 있는 원화의 지속적인 평가절하, 엔화강세에 따른 원자재가격폭등은 우리에게 적지않은 위협을 주고있다. 이같은 상황에서 정부는 올해 국제수지흑자의 적정선유지를 위해 대미구매사절단의 파견, 수입선의 다변화, 수출지원정책의 감소등 다각적인 정책을 선택하고 있는 것으로써 일응 올바른 판단으로 수긍하나 다만 업종에 따른 특성에 배려가 있었으면 한다. 특히 우리나라의 기계공업은 20년의 짧은 근대화건설 과정에서 그나마 지금의 수준과 규모의 기반을 닦아왔다. 그러나 아직도 기술면에서 많은 취약점을 지니고 있어 대부분의 기초소재와 핵심부품이 해외에서 수입되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기계공업이 명실공히 선도산업으로써 의 위치를 굳히기 위해서는 적어도 기계류의 수입국에서 수출국으로의 탈바꿈을 할 때 비로소 성취될 것이며, 이 때가 관련산업간의 불균형이 시정된 흑자시대라고 보는 것이 옳을 것 같다. 작금의 주변환경은 서두에서 언급한 3저호재에 심상치 않는 조짐이 보이고 있다. 이같은 주변환경에 관점을 두고 지금 우리가 당면하고 있는 과제 중의 하나인 원화절상을 지적하지 않을 수 없다. 이같은 원화절상내용을 중심으로 부가적으로 수반된 몇가지의 현안문제와 함께 점검해 보기로한다.

The purpose of this study is to enhance durability of concrete structures that uses this surface protecting material by carrying out the performance test of the surface protecting material of concrete, and as s result, we reached out the conclusion as follow. 1. As a result of the test measuring the stability and adhesive power of conductive film against ultraviolet, freezing & thawing, and damage from seawater that deteriorate the surface protecting material, it was turned out to meet the performance criteria specifying in the KS standard enough to gain a good evaluation to use as a surface protecting material. 2. As a result of the test identifying the neutralization-furtherance, it was assessed to be capable of protecting effectively concrete structures from carbonic acid gas by a very low depth of 0.1mm of neutralization. 3. As a result of the test identifying Penetrated Resistance Properties of chloride ion, as it was turned out to have a very low value of 819 Coulombs, it was assessed that even in the environment where the corrosion by chloride such sea environment is very affective, the film can effectively protect the concrete structure. 4. As a result of the test identifying freezing & thawing, as there was no change in reduction of mass after 400 cycle, it was assessed that the film has a good resistance against freezing & thawing. According to the results of study above, it is expected that this technology can extend its durability of concrete structure and be widely used for concrete structure through means (methods) to prevent the neutralization and damage from seawater as original purposes of the surface protecting material.

This study analyzes the effect of the accuracy of future management performance, which managers voluntarily announce in the previous year's disclosure, on managers compensation. In the case of a company that disclosed the bad news in the previous year, the ability to predict uncertain future will be more important, and expects executives with better predictability to receive more compensation. The results of this study show that there is a significant negative(-) relationship between the accuracy of the manager's earnings forecast and the performance - compensation of the firms that disclosed the bad news in the previous year. The accuracy of the manager's disclosure is important, and it is confirmed that the manager's compensation increases as the incentive of the manager's effort to reduce future uncertainty. The results of this study are as follows: there is a positive relationship between the managerial performance and the managerial competence of managers. It is important to note that there is a difference and that we have identified additional determinants of the manager compensation contract.
