Recently, construction projects are gradually becoming high-rise and large-scale, and furthermore, the use of new buildings is emerging through the deepening of the underground. In this situation, a lot of fire damage has occurred in recent years, mainly in buildings and tunnel structures. In particular, damages caused by fires during large-scale construction projects such as freezing warehouse accidents are increasing. In this situation, in Korea, it is still trying to secure safety from human fire through the administrative system divided into the building law and the fire law, but it is being developed in a negative direction rather than a positive direction. The fire risk is getting bigger even when the road is not maintained. In this current situation, it is considered that the development of a Korean integrated life safety code centering on the consciousness base of Koreans will be necessary, and in particular, the ease of revision will also be needed by promoting the integrated safety code rather than current laws and regulations. This is a summary of the future tasks.

In the event of a fire in a high-rise building, rapid evacuation through the stairwell is a very important factor in rapid evacuation. However, in the event of an actual fire, most of the occupants evacuate at the same time, resulting in a stay in the stairwell, reducing the evacuation speed. In Korea, conditions for buildings are created to evacuate quickly and safely while introducing performance-oriented designs to solve these problems, but there is no research data related to the evacuation speed due to joining in the event of vertical evacuation. Therefore, in this study, by analyzing the experiment conducted at W University in Japan, the density-speed relationship when staying in the staircase room was derived, and the regression equation was derived based on the results.

In Korea, the risk of fire in buildings is increasing. Therefore, efforts are needed to reduce casualties and property damage. Accordingly, it is important to limit the flashover so that the fire inside the building does not expand to the outside. Flashover refers to the generation of upward airflow after the fire in the compartment, and when combustible gas accumulates in the upper part of the fire chamber and reaches about 500℃, explosive expansion combustion occurs inside the compartment. This can suppress flashover due to limitations on building interior materials. To this end, internal limitations are being implemented at home and abroad through standards related to internal materials. In this paper, we intend to secure basic data on domestic fire safety design by comparing domestic and foreign standards and reviewing the Japanese housing interior design manual.

Efforts are continuing to change from fossil fuels used to hydrogen energy society. In order to become a hydrogen society, stable production and real-life applicability are important. As a result, hydrogen generation system linked to fuel cell are being developed. Through this, it is expected that production to power generation will be possible where desired by utilizing the existing urban gas piping network. Hydrogen generation system and hydrogen fuel cell have been subjected to risk assessment and have already been commercialized, but no risk assessment has been conducted on the integrated system linking them. Therefore, it is intended to secure its safety by conducting a risk analysis on the integrated system.

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 폰을 이용하여 쿼드콥터의 모터 속도를 원격으로 제어하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스 기법을 제시한다. 제시한 기법은 내부적으로 JSON 프로토콜을 사용하여 메시지를 생성하고 UDP 소켓을 통하여 인터넷과 무선 통신한다. 제시한 기법의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 Nexus S 안드로이드 폰에 앱 프로그램을 구현하고 Falinux(주)의 G100-S3C6410 보드를 이용하여 쿼드콥터 원격제어를 실험하였다.

본 연구에 구축한 실시간 광역 교통 정보시스템은 도심지내의 간선도로 및 교차로에대한CCTV 교통감시 카메라를 이용하여 교통관제센타에서 동영상에의한 교통감시와 실시간 교통정보를 수집하는 시스템으로서 도로현장의 CCTV 감시카메라와 광통신장비, 센타의 영상검지기 및 VDS Sever컴퓨터 시스템과 동영상표시 Color Monitor로 구성 되어 있는 IP Surveillance 시스템 체계를 제시하고자 한다.

自2000年以來, 中國通過經濟的高速增長迅速成爲世界第二大經濟體。与其他發展中國家一樣, 中國通過以政府爲主導的經濟增長方式推動了城市化進程進而助長了住房需求的增加和住房价格的上漲, 幷由此造成貧富差距不斷加大等各种社會問題。本硏究主要分析影響中國住房供給因素的中國住房生態系統。 通過自2001-2019年馬爾可夫鏈模型和效應模型的分析結果表明, 不同地區的城市化發展程度和收入的變化等与住房供需的相關因素, 存在有意義的顯著差异。特别是人口密度和收入最高的地區, 大部分在20年的持續城市化和收入差距的影響下没有發生變化, 幷且大部分在集群内移動。考慮住房城市化變化因素和收入變化因素, 20年投資供需价格變化彈性約爲0.628, 銷售需求价格變化彈性約爲0.748。换言之, 在中國住房也是具有財務屬性的商品。基于這一論点, 如果中國政府實施符合住房供需關系的住房供給政策, 卽可縮小貧富差距, 也將能够實現收入再分配和促進經濟增長兩个目標。

본 연구에서는 GIS 소프트웨어 시험 사례를 통해 축적된 결함 데이터의 분석을 통한 결함 개선비용에 관해 분석함으로써 품질에 대한 투자와 효과를 측정하여 품질확보에 필수적인 비용을 정량적으로 산출한다. 이에 따라 기업 또는 산업 단위의 품질투자의 당위성을 홍보하는데 적극 활용할 수 있는 결과를 도출하고자 한다.
