Morphological Variation and Density of Euglena viridis (Euglenophyceae) Related to Environmental Factors in the Urban Drainages (도시하천의 환경요인과 Euglena viridis의 형태 변이 및 밀도와의 관계)

  • The morphological variation and density of the Euglena viridis cells and environmental factors of urban waterways of Daejoncheon , Jeonjucheon, Kwangjucheon, Kumhogang, Mihocheon,and Musimcheon, Korea were studied from 25December, 1995 to 5 January, 1997 in order toelucidate possible relationships among the bio-logical and abiological factors. All E. viridis cells were same in having single star-cluster of chlo-roplast lobes and included two morphotypes based on other detailed morphology. The morphotype I cells agreed well with the typical form off. viridrs and commonly occurred in most of waters and bloomed with $5386\;cells\;{\cdot}\;mL^{-1}$ in Kwangjucheon. The density of the morphotype Ipositively correlated with ammonium (r = 0.80)and nitrite (r = 0.68), while negatively with nit-rate concentration. The morphotype II cells were characterized by having randomly scattered cytoplasmic granules beneath pellicle and unevenmargined lobes of chloroplasts. The density of the morphotype II positively correlated with nitrate (r = 0.98), while negatively correlated with ammonium and nitrite. However, the density of each morphotype was not significantly related with inorganic phosphate, temperature and pH of surface water. These results indicate that E. viridis includes two morphotypes in urban waterways in Korea, that coexist in the same period and station as a response of allocation of nitrogenous nutrients.

  • The rapid diffusion of using internet and technical development becomes a driving force creating and developing the industries based on internet and made up an electronic commerce market which is a new form of business market. The object of this study is the business form between the consumer and the enterprise having a rapid growth nowadays. We classified enterprises' characteristic factors in internet shopping mall into product's characteristic factors on shopping mall, characteristic factors of the system on shopping mall and characteristic factors of the interaction between customers and shopping mall in the internet shopping mall. And then we investigated how these classified characteristic factors on shopping mall could influence on customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors Influencing profitability of pension business. for this purpose, the research method include questionnaire survey and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows (1) the factors influencing profitability includes location, operation method, building type, distance, environment, theme in descending order (2) a regression equation to predict profitability is suggested.

  • 오늘날 빠르게 변화하고 있는 기술 및 시장 환경에 대응하기 위해서 기업들은 차별화된 전략을 통해 경쟁우위를 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 특히 2000년 이후 침체기에 빠진 온라인 업계는 기업 간 연결을 통해 위기를 극복하고 새로운 기회를 마련하려 하고 있다. 전략적 제휴는 온라인 기업에게 기술과 시장에서의 경쟁력을 확보하는 데 매우 유리한 도구로서 논의되어 왔다. 그러나 모든 온라인 기업들이 제휴에 대해 만족하고 있지는 않다. 제휴에 참여한 업체들이 제휴 만족을 얻지 못하는 데에는 처음부터 변화에 대한 대응이 잘못되었거나 적절한 형태의 제휴를 선택하지 못하였기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 환경요인을 중심으로 국내 온라인 기업의 전략적 제휴 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고 제휴 만족도를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 요인들은 기존의 선행연구들에서 사용된 변수들을 통합적으로 고려하여 경쟁불확실성, 수요불확실성, 기술불확실성, 자원특성, 제휴의지로 재구성하였으며, 종속변수로는 제휴만족을 사용한다. 특히 시장지향형제휴와 기술지향형제휴의 형성에 서로 다른 요인들이 영향을 준다는 데 초점을 맞춘다. 연구 결과를 통해 각각의 전략적 제휴 유형이 주는 제휴 만족도가 다르다는 것을 보여줌으로써 국내 온라인 기업들에게 제휴에 대한 전략 방향을 제시해주고자 한다.

Discrete Data Analysis of the Re-employment Pattern (실업자의 재취업형태에 관한 연구: 생존표분석과 이산시간분석)

  • This paper empirically examines the reemployment pattern (full-time versus part-time reemployment) using pooling 6 year data of Korean Labor and Income Panel Study (KLIPS, 1998-2003). A discrete data analysis (multi-nominal logistic regression) is adopted to identify variables predicting reemployment pattern. Among those who lose full-time or part-time job in previous year, women and older people are found to have both longer unemployment durations and lower probabilities of full-time reemployment (versus either each of part-time reemployment or unemployment) than men and younger people. Therefore, the future labor market policy should be more associated with the one for reducing these gender and age differences in worker characteristics.

  • In this study, the impression formation according to the lip design of beauty makeup, preferred lips and its reasons have been empirically analyzed. The research method is a questionnaire survey using SPSS program. As a result of the study, it has been founded the significant influence of the color and shape of the lips on the impression formation, and the modern people's views on lip makeup could be identified. The most preferred lip color was red, and the preferred lip shape was the standard type. As a result of factor analysis, red color showed the highest capability factor, and pink color showed the highest sociability factor among lip colors. It hopefully is expected that this study will be utilized as basic data for beauty design.

The Relative Influence of Social and Psychological Factors on Life Satisfaction : Comparison of Entrepreneur and Paid employee (삶의 만족도에 대한 사회적, 심리적 요인의 상대적 영향력에 관한 연구 :창업자와 임금근로자 비교를 중심으로)

  • It is about the study of life satisfaction with type of employment(entrepreneur/paid employee), social factor(social capital), and psychological factor(self efficacy) in Seoul. The empirical results using Seoul Welfare Panel showed that psychological factor was the most powerful, and economic (household income levels) and social factor were in order. Type of employment was also significantly affected on life satisfaction, and paid employee's life satisfaction was higher than entrepreneur's one. In case of paid employee, psychological(self-efficacy) and social(norms, informal networks of participation, non-profit trust) factor in addition to the economic factor were significantly. In case of entrepreneur, economic and psychological factor and only norm among social factors were significant. Finally, The implications for politicians and local public officials were reported.

  • This study surveyed a total of 1,322 radiation technologist in health care institutions throughout Korea. This is a comparative study conducted on the levels of protective behavior against the harmful effects of radiation in heath care institutions which indicated that university hospitals and general hospitals showed higher level of protective behavior than for medical practitioners. This study found university hospitals have the following 7 characteristics to manage protective behavior against the harmful effects of radiation, protective environment, self-efficacy by distinction of task, self-efficacy, expectation of the protective behavior, the number of patients, level of the education related to the protection of the harmful effects of radiation and protective attitude. While general hospitals have the following 3 characteristics protective environment, expectation of the protective behavior and protective attitude. Hospitals have the following 4 characteristics protective environment, expectation of the protective behavior, protective attitude and self-efficacy. and medical clinics have characteristics protective environment.

Characteristics of Groundwater Quality by Elevation in Cheju Island (고도에 따른 제주도 지하수의 수질특성)

  • This study purpose to elucidate the characteristics of water quality by elevation and groundwater samples has been studied with the samples from 150 selected groundwater represented the watershed of groundwater wells in Cheju Island. The evaluation of the characteristics of water quality utilized the physical and chemical property and the statistical analysis. According to the piper diagram, groundwater in the under 50 m region is shown N $a^{+}$$K^{+}$-C $l^{[-10]}$ type, and that groundwater in the 50~100 m region is shown N $a^{+}$$K^{+}$-HC $O_3$$^{[-10]}$ +C $O_3$$^{2-}$ type. and partly N $a^{+}$$K^{+}$-C $l^{[-10]}$ type. In the above 100 m region belongs to N $a^{+}$$K^{+}$-HC $O_3$$^{[-10]}$ +C $O_3$$^{2-}$ type. The result of factor analysis, commonly two factors as TDS(Total Dissolved Solid) and the contaminants extracted in the under 50m region and above 100 m region. Three factors were obtained from the result of the factor analysis in the 50~100 m region. Factor 1, consisting of TRS content. Factor 2, consisting of the contaminant and the dissolution of minerals. and Factor 3, consisting of HC $O_3$$^{[-10]}$ content. content.

한국 벤처캐피탈의 공동 투자요인 및 투자 네트워크 분석

  • 벤처캐피탈의 공동투자전략은 투자 위험의 분산과 투자 자원의 효율적 관리, 투자사에 관련된 정보비대칭 완화 관점에서 단독투자전략보다 장점이 있다. 공동투자는 다른 한편으로는 투자정보 공유 네트워크와 투자기회 확보를 위한 경쟁을 드러내 보이기도 한다. 본 연구는 2014년부터 2016년까지 3년간 공개된 한국 벤처캐피탈의 한국 스타트업에 대한 투자 정보를 수집 및 분석하여 벤처캐피탈의 투자 전략 및 네트워크에 대한 실증 분석을 수행한다. 네트워크 분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석 등을 포함한 통계적 검정을 수행한 결과 벤처캐피탈의 분야별 전문성(투자집중도), 내적역량(업력 및 전문 인력의 수), 투자 네트워크, 피투자 스타트업의 업력 모두 공동투자여부에 영향을 끼친다는 증거를 발견할 수 없었다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 한국의 벤처캐피탈이 공동투자를 결정짓는 요인은 피투자기업의 사업 분야를 제외하면 투자금액의 크기와 보유 펀드의 규모 등 자금요인이 유일했다. 이 결과가 시사하는 바는, 한국의 벤처캐피탈 대다수가 투자형태의 결정에 있어 자사의 전문성이나 피투자기업의 본연적 사업 리스크를 고려한다거나 투자 기회 정보의 공유를 통해 투자형태를 전략적으로 결정하기 보다는 단순 자금운용 측면에 경도되어 있지 않은가 하는 점이다.
