A Study on the Image of Seocheon for Regional Name Brand Development (서천군의 지명활용 지역브랜드개발을 위한 이미지 조사 및 연구)

  • 지명(地名)은 그 지역의 역사와 전설, 문화, 풍속은 물론 독특한 자연환경이나 생활 모습을 담고 있어 농업농촌의 지역적 특성을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 지명유래의 활용성 증진의 한 방편으로 브랜드 및 문화관광상품 개발을 위해 서천군의 자연마을 지명유래, 이미지, 관광자원 등을 조사하였다. 서천군의 자연마을 유래 516건에 대한 자료는 국토지리정보원, 문화원자료집, 서천군홈페이지에서, 산, 강, 골, 고적, 못 등 그 외 지명자료는 한글학회 지명총람에서 2,000건을 수집하였다. 자연마을지명의 유래 516건을 8개 유형으로 구분하면 자연지리 122건, 인문지리 114건, 생태환경 51건, 산업경제 25건, 역사 34건, 유적유물 28건, 민속 37건, 종교 19건이며, 지형(80건), 생물(33건), 고사(19건)관련 유래가 많았다. 서천군 지역브랜드 개발을 위한 요구도 조사는 지역민 154명과 방문객 152명 총 306명을 조사하여 SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그램을 이용 분석하였다. 응답자의 일반적 특성은 여성이 55.6%, 대졸자 54.2%, 연령은 40대(29.1%), 1500만원-3000만원 미만의 연소득자 32.0%가 가장 많았다. 서천군의 형용사적 이미지를 기술통계량으로 살펴보면 지역민은 평화로운, 정감있는, 순수한, 전통적인, 믿을수 있는 순으로, 방문객은 순수한, 평화로운, 정감있는, 따뜻한, 친절한 순으로 평균간이 높게 나타났고, 요인분석에 의한 지역민과 방문객의 인지적 형용사 도출결과는 정열적, 평화적, 보수적인 3가지 요인이다. 또한 서천군의 대표적 상징자원은 지역민의 경우 춘장대해수욕장(32.5%), 희리산 자연휴양림(16.9%), 금강하구둑 철새도래지(16.9%)순이며, 방문객은 춘장대해수욕장(43.4%), 희리산 자연휴양림(23.0%), 한산모시축제(23.0%)순으로 높게 나타났고, 지명 호감도는 지역민의 경우 꽃뫼(29.2%), 솔리(20.8%). 소야(17.5%)순이며, 방문객은 꽃뫼(30.9%), 솔리 (19.7%), 무닛골(16.4%)순으로 높았다. 향후 본 연구에서 제시된 연구를 통하여 서천군의 지명을 활용한 브랜드개성을 측정할 수 있어 마케팅 관점에서 서천군의 브랜드를 도출하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 공간디자인의 확장을 통한 영상디자인에 감각적이고 생명력을 부여하여 시각적이고 기술적 요소를 가미한 유기적 아름다움과 감성의 경계와 확장에 대한 영상으로 접근하고 서로 다른 환경에서의 구조적이며, 공간적, 그리고 시간적인 개념들이 쌓이면서 다양한 오브제들에 환경에 맞는 의미들을 부여하고, 실험적 영상을 스크린뿐만 아니라 다양한 매체들을 통해서 효과적인 정보전달체계와 메시지를 전달하여 새로운 감각을 확장한다. 도시경관이나 공원, 건축물등 다양한 공공환경을 개선하기 위한 효과적인 영상연출과 가상공간에서의 현실적 느낌들을 부여하고 니즈들의 상호관계를 극복하여 전시기법과 패턴 여러 복합적인 요소들을 활용하여 영상디자인에 있어서의 효과적인 방법들을 여러사례 분석과 실험들을 통하여 연구한다.

Characteristics of Surface Hardening of Dies Steel for Plastic Molding using Continuous Wave Md:YAG Laser (연속파형 Nd:YAG 레이저를 이용한 플라스틱성형용 금형강의 표면경화 특성)

  • Die steel for plastic molding were used as mold material of automobile parts and electronic component industry. The material of this paper has superior to mechanical properties, such as repair weldability, corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, required mold parts for semitransparent. Laser-induced surface hardening technology is widely adopted to improver fatigue life and wear resistance via localized hardening at the surface of mold parts. The objective of this research work is to investigate on the characteristics of surface hardening of the laser process parameters, such as beam travel speed, laser power and defocsued spot position, for the case of die steel for plastic molding. Lens for surface hardening of large area is plano-convex type with elliptical profile to maintain uniform laser irradiation. According to the experimental results, large size of hardened layer at the surface of die steel for plastic molding was achieved, and microstructure of this layer was lath martensite. Optimal surface status and mechanical property of hardened layer could be obtained at 1095Watt, $0.25{\sim}0.3m/min$, 0mm (focal length: 232mm) for laser power, beam travel speed, and focal position. Where, heat input was $0.793{\times}10^{3}J/cm^2$, and width of hardened layer was 27.58mm.

Analysis of Taste Adjectives of Traditional Cooked Rice, Noodles, Porridge and Rice Cakes by Sensory Evaluation (관능평가에 의한 전통 밥류, 죽류, 면류 및 떡류의 미각 형용사 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the taste adjectives of Korean cooked rice, noodles, porridges and rice cakes as well as to analyze the relation between the taste adjectives of foods. We gathered and chose 36 related Korean adjectives for expressing not only the taste but also the smell of foods. Subsequently, we performed a sensory evaluation for 18 Korean foods with 20 trained panelists in order to check the proper adjectives when they tasted the foods. The often selected taste adjectives were 'sweet', 'tasty', 'sticky' and 'soft' among 36 taste adjectives. The PCA was performed to summarize the taste adjectives for each of the 18 foods. The principal components explained 50.94 % of the total variance. The adjectives 'spicy' and 'refresh' were closely related to one another in the positive direction of PC1. In contrast, 'weak', 'hard' and 'sticky' were closely related to one another in the negative direction of PC1. PC2 was marked by 'hard' and 'spicy', which were located in the positive direction. In contrast, 'weak' and 'soft' were located in the negative direction. PC3 was marked by 'nutness', 'bitter' and 'spicy', which are associated with bibimbab, conveying a high degree of correlation among them in a positive direction. In contrast, 'cool', 'sour' and 'refresh' were located in the negative direction.

Grouping Preferred Sensations of College Students Using Sementic Differential Methods of Sensation Words (선호감성 어휘분석을 통한 남녀 대학생의 감성 유형화)

  • This study was designed to cluster the preferred sensibilities of college students, and to distinguish the most preferred sensibility according to gender and their inter-subject differences. 98 of sensibility adjectives were composed into questionnaire with SD method and the data of 176 students were analyzed in ANOVA, Cluster and Correspondence analysis using SAS package. College students were divided into 10-sensibility clusters: the Casual(no-decoration casual, cool-dynamic casual and elaborate-clean casual), the Romantic Modem, the Simple Natural, the Classic(craft-romantic classic and monotonous classic), the Expressionless, the Gorgeous, and the Traditional Folklore. The adjectives and the sensibility clusters of students were visualized together into 2-D with two axis of static vs. dynamic and light vs. heavy.

  • Since the 1990s, with the beginning of local autonomy, most Korean cities have tried to establish and reinforce their own identity. The Law on the Planning and the Use of National Land, which took effect in January 2003, requires major and minor cities to manage and develop a city image and a marketing strategy to reflect their current condition. However, many cities continue to experience confusion in implementing urban landscape planning because no efficient and systematic method has been provided for the analysis of a city's image. The absence of systematic analysis methods makes it difficult not only to assess the current condition of a city accurately but also to choose an appropriate policy for the given city. Consequently, many cities suffer excessive trials and errors in implementing the correct policies for their city. The purpose of this study was to analyze the image: of Kongju, which has many historical properties. For this purpose, adjective questionnaires and multi-dimensional scaling (MDS) were made use of in order to assess the city image. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. There are five properties that serve as landmarts lie symbolize Kongju: Muryeong royal tomb, Castle Kong, Mt. Gyeoiryong, Forest Museum, and Kongju National Museum. 2. Based on the citizen survey regarding the city type, Kongju is seen as a historical and an educational city. 3. Based on the image positioning (image spatial plot), Kongju is described as an old and familiar city. There we, however, no landmarks which are in accord with the image of Kongju. It is difficult to establish and reinforce the image of a city with a single element like a landmark However, with steady follow-up research, this study may serve as a systematic and logical model to improve the urban landscape and image.

  • There are various ways of the conventional market boost are suggested for an urban renewal recently. Presently, the government has decided to invest total 8 hundred and 10 billion dollars, including a budget of 4 hundred and 60 billion dollars and a capital of the local government, for it for the next 3 years. But, Since Its business has been focused on the redevelopment of the surroundings; remodeling, building parking lots and elevators etc, it has not solved the basic problems of the traditional marketplaces themselves. This research shows the right way to boost the traditional markets with the characteristic of them through case studys from the different cities, revaluation of their images besides the western styled wholesale markets. The survey targets on the traditional marketplaces and the wholesale markets around Tea-Hwa river in Ulsan. And, the different impressions of them are evaluated based on SD(semantic differential method) with citizens' general point of views of them, the sampled pictures and relevant adjectives. The conventional market boost finds the way to be succeeded through the analysis of a primary element base on the survey.

  • 최근 생활수준의 향상으로 의복의 기능성이 중시되면서, 건강, 감성, 쾌적 등에 대한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 건강 소재 개발에 대한 연구와 니트에 관한 선호도 및 감성연구는 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 건강 니트 소재의 감각 및 감성이미지에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 키토산 섬유와 서스 섬유의 니트 소재를 편성한 다음 최종 소비자의 감각과 감성이미지에 미치는 영향을 연구하여 실제 건강 니트 소재를 기획하는데 필요한 정보를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 키토산 섬유와 서스 섬유를 회색계열로 변화를 주어 10 게이지의 컴퓨터 자동 횡편기로 5 종의 평편 시료를 편성하였고 20 대 남녀 대학생 69 명을 대상으로 5 종의 시료($20\;cm{\times}15\;cm$)를 랜덤한 순서로 제시하여 눈으로 시료를 보고 직접 만지면서 평가하도록 하였으며, 감각 18 개와 감성 22 개, 선호도 3 개의 총 43 개 형용사로 이루어진 7 점 척도를 사용하였다. 건강 니트 소재의 감각 및 감성 이미지를 요인 분석한 결과, 감각요인은 '부피감', '요철감', '신축감', '현시감', 변형감'의 5 가지 요인, 감성요인은 '온유감', '안정감', '고급감', '활동감'의 4 가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 색 속성 중 명도 수준별 감각요인 및 감성요인 중 '요철감'과 '안정감'의 매우 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 고명도, 저명도 수준은 울퉁불퉁하고 오톨도톨하지만 안정적이고 깨끗한 이미지로 느끼는 것으로 나타났고 중간 명도수준은 '요철감'과 '안정감'이 감소되었다. 차콜색의 키토산 100%와 연회씩의 서스 100%의 경우 울퉁불퉁하고 오톨도톨하지만 안정적이고 깨끗한 이미지로 느끼는 것으로 나타났고, 차콜색 키토산섬유와 연회색 서스섬유를 혼방하여 편성한 경우 '요철감'과 '안정감'이 감소되었다.

Effective Korean sentiment classification method using word2vec and ensemble classifier (Word2vec과 앙상블 분류기를 사용한 효율적 한국어 감성 분류 방안)

  • Accurate sentiment classification is an important research topic in sentiment analysis. This study suggests an efficient classification method of Korean sentiment using word2vec and ensemble methods which have been recently studied variously. For the 200,000 Korean movie review texts, we generate a POS-based BOW feature and a feature using word2vec, and integrated features of two feature representation. We used a single classifier of Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, and Support Vector Machine and an ensemble classifier of Adaptive Boost, Bagging, Gradient Boosting, and Random Forest for sentiment classification. As a result of this study, the integrated feature representation composed of BOW feature including adjective and adverb and word2vec feature showed the highest sentiment classification accuracy. Empirical results show that SVM, a single classifier, has the highest performance but ensemble classifiers show similar or slightly lower performance than the single classifier.

Comparative Study on Sensibility Image to Develop Products of Hahae Mask (하회탈 제품 개발을 위한 소비자의 감성 이미지 비교 연구)

  • This study has an aim to find out sensible factors of hahae Mask and to be helpful in developing design of products related with cultural products. This study selected and analyzed 32 vocabularies about sensible adjective to evaluate image of hahae Mask. Firstly, this study investigated image of hahae Mask through 32 vocabularies about sensible adjective and categorized 5 factors including 'attractive', 'native', 'interesting', 'active', and 'elaborate'. Secondly, sense had significant differences in 'native' and, 'interesting' based on kinds. Especially yangban Mask has more powerful nativeness than choraengi Mask, and is more interesting than jung Mask, baekjeong Mask, and bune Mask. Thirdly, the materials used in the products of hahae Mask generated differences of sensibility in elaborateness. Especially, elaborate image was emphasized about materials of glass. Fourthly, sensible image of hahae Mask was dependent upon population-statistic characteristics (age, sex, education) and characteristics of products(materials, kinds of Mask). If development of cultural products related with hahae Mask considers five sensible factors based on this study, it will contribute to development of design which coincides with consumers' needs.
