The Russian government is expanding strategic cooperation with foreign countries, including production partnerships, in order to secure civil aircraft manufacturing technology and advanced materials, with the aim of becoming the world's third-largest civil aircraft producer. In addition, the Russian government supports the development of the aircraft manufacturing industry and reorganizes the aircraft certification organization to pursue systematic aviation safety and make great efforts in international cooperation and certification activities for the export of aviation products. Establishing a cooperative system for safety and certification of civil aircraft between countries requires a process of mutual understanding and trust in the overall certification system. Therefore in this study, we wanted to analyze Russia's aircraft certification organization, law system, certification procedures to help Russia understand its aircraft certification system.

Poem plays an important role in Ca trù. Many music researchers say that singing Ca trù is singing poem. Of 46 tunes of Ca trù, there are more than 10 tunes expressed in available poems or styles of poetry; for example: in the tune Tỳ bà, the performer could sing Tỳ bà hành by Bạch Cư Dị being converted into seven-seven-six-eight-word-meter; in the reciting poem tunes, just reciting 5 Thien thai poems by Tào Đường or 3 Thanh Bình tune poems by Lý Bạch; in the reciting poetic essay (phú), reciting Tien Xich Bich and Hau Xich Bich by Tô Đông Pha. Others like bắc phản, cung bắc sometimes used six-eight word meters. Structurally, those are available for familiar types and beyond the scope of particular creativity because they do not originate from Ca trù's activity environment like recitative. Recitative is the main tune of Ca trù and has become an independent poem type. In terms of literature, recitative has a particular form structure and special type content. Unlike other tunes of Ca trù that only stop at some fixed works, recitative has increased to thousands of works in quantity and has been composed for many centuries. For those reasons, we confined ourselves the research to the creation which is the most typical of Ca tru: The recitative.

Window image is displayed through a monitor screen when we execute the application programs on the computer. This includes webpage, video player and a number of applications. The webpage delivers a variety of information by various types in comparison with other application. Unlike a natural image captured from a camera, the window image like a webpage includes diverse components such as text, logo, icon, subimage and so on. Each component delivers various types of information to users. However, the components with different characteristic need to be divided locally, because text and image are served by various type. In this paper, we divide window images into many sub blocks, and classify each divided region into background, text and subimage. The detected subimages can be applied into 2D-to-3D conversion, image retrieval, image browsing and so forth. There are many subimage classification methods. In this paper, we utilize AdaBoost for verifying that the machine learning-based algorithm can be efficient for subimage detection. In the experiment, we showed that the subimage detection ratio is 93.4 % and false alarm is 13 %.

This paper describes the effects of Novel Engineering(NE) on improvement of creative problem-solving abilities. We performed two classes for control and experience group. They are all 5th grade students. Core concept of the NE lesson is ecosystem and interaction with 8 hours long. We designed a lesson able to integrate subjects like Korean, Science and Practical Arts. Then we performed pre-and-post t-test on creative problem-solving ability. The experimental results showed that NE lesson has a high effects on 4 sub-elements like self conviction and independence, diffusion thinking, critical thinking and motivational component. The research showed that NE class is a good teaching-learning method to cultivate various competencies for our children. NE is a convergence learning model integrating various problem-solving paradigms ever researched. Thus we expect that NE is a foundation for convergence curriculum model to lead our children to their future and get settled to all schools.

'The Three Bonds And The Morals in Human Relations' was published in Joseon Dynasty period in 1434, relatively early days of comic history in the world. The gaps between comics frames have symbolic meaning as comics frames have in the area of symbols of comics. After comics frames appeared, it was likely that the advent of the gaps between frames had its own value in the aspect of comics history. Historical backgrounds of domestic comics would be built on firm base led by studying on the symbolic meaning of the gaps between comics frames. Two forms of the gaps between frames were shown in 'The Three Bonds And The Morals in Human Relations.' The first form is the gap between cloud frames. The second is the gap between cloud frame and background frame. Although a little difference is found in the shape and display, two forms of the gaps between frames in 'The Three Bonds And The Morals in Human Relations' have a similarity to modern comics. This study is to demonstrate valid background for the domestic history of comics by means of analyzing the shapes of the gap between comics frames in 'The Three Bonds And The Morals in Human Relations.' The objective of this study is to prove the meaning of the shapes of the gaps between comics frames 'The Three Bonds And The Morals in Human Relations', focusing the gaps between frames among symbols of comics.

Recently, with the advent of the Big Data era, we have gained the capability of acquiring vast amounts of knowledge from various fields. The collected knowledge is expressed by well-formed formula and in particular, OWL, a standard language of ontology, is a typical form of well-formed formula. The symbolic reasoning is actively being studied using large amounts of ontology data for extracting intrinsic information. However, most studies of this reasoning support the restricted rule expression based on Description Logic and they have limited applicability to the real world. Moreover, knowledge management for inaccurate information is required, since knowledge inferred from the wrong information will also generate more incorrect information based on the dependencies between the inference rules. Therefore, this paper suggests that the SWAT, knowledge management system should be combined with the SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language) reasoning based on ATMS (Assumption-based Truth Maintenance System). Moreover, this system was constructed by combining with SWRL reasoning and ATMS for managing large ontology data based on the distributed In-memory framework. Based on this, the ATMS monitoring system allows users to easily detect and correct wrong knowledge. We used the LUBM (Lehigh University Benchmark) dataset for evaluating the suggested method which is managing the knowledge through the retraction of the wrong SWRL inference data on large data.

Oh, hein-kuhn is a representative portrait photographer in Korea. His works, , , , which treated portraits of women are a bit different from those of the past that described the appearance of characters. The artist expressed the figure of inner side that conflicts and feels uneasy between 'family and society' and 'child and woman' along with the look of character. That is, he included specific aura which the whole of aunts and girls' group radiates by showing similar photos repeatedly, that we can be aware of 'aunt' and 'girl' by seeing them. The important technique of Oh, hein-kuhn's Portrait Photograph is 'repetition' of image. The artist delivers the meaning of the photo by looking at the character upright in the front and showing photos with similar frame repeatedly. Such form and content of the work as this might feel a bit boring, since it's very simple just like identification picture. However, the photos in the frames which do not move in the fixed position can deliver the meaning of work more clearly rather than the image which expresses flowing time and moving space, we can grasp the message that the artist intends to deliver rather quickly. In the environment of photograph production mainly with image transformation, Oh, hein-kuhn's works of authentic original work method definitely stand forth. Through the portraits of aunts and girls, the artist tells an aspect of our society and we reconfirm the reality through the portraits made by him.

Timing diagram is popularly utilized for the reason of its advantages; it is convenient for timing diagram to describe behavior of system and it is simple for described behaviors to recognize it. Various techniques are needed to test systems described in timing diagram. One of them is a technique to derive the system into a certain condition under which a test case is effective. This paper proposes a technique to automatically generate the test input sequence to reach the condition for systems described in timing diagram. It requires a proper input set which satisfy transition condition restricted by input waveform and timing constraints to generate a test input sequence automatically. To solve the problem, this paper chooses an approach utilizing the linear programming, and solving procedure is as follows: 1) Get a Timing diagram model as an input, and transforms the timing diagram model into a linear programming problem. 2) Solve the linear programming problem using a linear programming tool. 3) Generate test input sequences of a timing diagram model from the solution of linear programming problem. This paper addresses the formal method to drive the linear programming model from a given timing diagram, shows the feasibility of our approach by prove it, and demonstrates the usability of our paper by showing that our implemented tool solves an example of a timing diagram model.

A perceptual reaction to human being's gaits has "regularity" that possibly obtains sympathy among people. This thesis is in the vein of the study that performs the research on the quantificational extraction of the regularity, reconstitute the result, and apply it to controlling behavior. The purpose of this thesis lies in assuring the validity of the future research by demonstrating the following hypothesis: when the physical numerical values of the gait "A" whose perceptual reaction is "a" and those of the gait "B" whose perceptual reaction is "b" are arbitrarily blended, the perceptual reaction to this blended gait also corresponds to the blend of "a" and "b", "a/b". I blended the samples of two types of gaits in the form of Bipeds using the EAM made by 3D Studio Max Script. Blending outcomes were obtained successfully for four times out of the six tries in total. It implies that without utilizing other methods such as Motion Capturing, the basic Bipeds data itself has an enough capability to generate various gaits of Bipeds. Although the present research targets only the Bipeds samples equipped with the 1Cycle moving condition of arms and legs, I acknowledge that a tool that makes blending possible under various moving conditions is necessary for a completed system.
