In conjunction with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the unmanned aerial vehicle industry is being developed to a new paradigm by combining advanced technologies such as AI, Big Data and the IoT. Aeronautical developed countries such as the U.S. are focusing their efforts on the development of the safer unmanned aerial vehicles. The Korea Aerospace Research Institute, as part of the national R&D project in 2011, had succeeded in developing the first vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) UAS, called Smart-UAV. However, although the development technology of the VTOL UAS is possessed, developing and operating of the VTOL UAS for commercial or military use are limited. The type certification procedure of the VTOL UAS developed by domestic technology is stipulated in the Korean Aviation Safety Act, but the Korean VTOL UAS airworthiness standards (KAS) hsve not been established. Thus, this study investigated the development trends of the VTOL UAS in Korea and abroad and national certification systems and procedures, and benchmarked the special conditions for the VTOL aircraft, announced by the EASA on July 2, 2019, to establish standards for type certificate of the VTOL UAS in Korea.

In recent decades, it has been known that the Discrete Event System Specification, or DEVS, formalism provides sound semantics to design a modular and hierarchical model of a discrete event system. In spite of this benefit, practitioners have difficulties in applying the semantics to real-world systems modeling because DEVS needs to specify a large size of sets of events and/or states in an unstructured form. To resolve the difficulties, this paper proposes an extension of the DEVS formalism, called the Structured DEVS formalism, with an associated graphical representation, called the DEVS diagram, by means of structural representation of such sets based on closure property of set theory. The proposed formalism is proved to be equivalent to the original DEVS formalism in their model specification, yet the new formalism specifies sets in a structured form with a concept of phases, variables and ports. A simplified example of the structured DEVS with the DEVS diagram shows the effectiveness of the proposed formalism which can be easily implemented in an objected-oriented simulation environment.

This paper proposes a formal method on confromance testing for INAP(AIN) test sequence generation by optimization technique.In order to implement and prove the dffectiveness of the proposed method,we specify the SRSM of INAP protocol SRF in SDL and generate I/O FSM by using our S/W tool. We generate an opti-mal test sequence by applying our method our method to this reference I/O FSM. We prove experimentally that the length of the generated test sequence by our method is more effective and shorter(i.e 32% improved)than the one geverated by UIO method,and estimate that The test coverage space of our test sequence is larger that of UIO method.

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 자유놀이 시간에 자발적으로 출현하는 유아의 쓰기 활동의 양상과 이를 지지하는 유아교육기관의 환경에 대하여 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 연구의 대상으로 미국 캘리포니아주에 위치한 대학 부설 유아교육기관과 유아를 선정하고 관찰한 후 그 결과를 서술하고 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 연구의 대상인 유아교육기관의 전반적인 환경에는 다양한 문해 활동 자료들이 풍부하게 마련되어 있었고 유아들은 이러한 환경에서의 자유놀이의 맥락 내에서 자발적으로 쓰기 활동에 참여하였다. 유아들은 실제 생활을 운용하기 위하여 효율적으로 쓰기 활동에 참여하였고, 또래들과 교사들과 함께 그들의 쓰기 작품을 읽고 그 의미를 토론하면서 쓰기 언어에 대한 그들의 발전적인 지식을 표출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 형식적인 쓰기 교수법이 없이도 다양한 문해 활동 자료들이 풍부하게 갖추어진 질 높은 유아교육기관의 자유놀이 시간을 통해 유아의 쓰기 언어 학습이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있다는 사실을 증명함으로써 유아교육기관에서의 언어 교육의 실제에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

Since Korea has invested only on developing an aircraft, it is true that Korea has neglected detailed standards and procedures about certification activities including essential safety procedures. Most developed countries have implemented mandatory airworthiness system by legislating it for operational safety of aircraft based on ICAO Annex 8, and the U.S. Department of Defense and the FAA's Airworthiness system have been adapted it to the realities of their circumstance. Therefore, Airworthiness system that can guarantee the safety of the aircraft at international level is necessary to enhance flight safety and to create export opportunities of an aircraft as a country which can develop an aircraft by itself To achieve this, a study on the improvement of aircraft airworthiness was carried out by analyzing the problem of domestic airworthiness system and by reflecting international best practices on the establishment of a system for improved Airworthiness.

This Paper introduces a historical background of mathematical logic. Logic and mathematics were not developed dependently until the mid of the nineteenth century, when two streams of logic and mathematics came to form a river so that brought forth synergy effects. Since the mid-nineteenth century mathematization of logic were proceeded while attempts to reduce mathematics to logic were made. Against this background $G{\ddot{o}}del's$ proof shows the limitation of formalism by proving that there are true arithmetical propositions that are not provable.

This study analyzed the research trends of 101 articles published in prominent international mathematics education journals over 24 years from 2000, when NCTM's recommendation emphasizing argumentation was released, until September 2023. We first examined the overall trend of argumentation research and then analyzed representative research topics. We found that students were the focus of the studies. However, several studies focused on teachers. More studies were examined in secondary school than in elementary school, and many were conducted in argumentation in classroom contexts. We also found that argumentation research is becoming increasingly popular in international journals. The representative research topics included 'teaching practice,' 'argumentation structure,' 'proof,' 'student understanding,' and 'student reasoning.' Based on our findings, we could categorize three perspectives on argumentation: formal, contextual, and purposeful. This paper concludes with implications on the meaning and role of argumentation in Korean mathematics education.

Examination of the concurrent evolution of communication tools and eating behaviors over recent decades reveals that social media and other forms of digital content have become powerful new driving forces for nutritional choices and food consumption. The purpose of this research was to examine the effect between goal orientation of message (promotion versus prevention) and the type of message (text versus image) on effectiveness of the message. The findings showed that individuals exposed to a promotion-focused message similarly responded to the message regardless of the type of the message. By contrast, those who exposed to a prevention-focused message showed significantly more positive responses to the message posted on the text-based social media than the message on the image-based social media. The findings indicated that, if presented effectively, social media could be harnessed to promote healthier eating habits and behaviors, prevent those which can be harmful, and ultimately improve an individual's daily food consumption and overall quality of life.

민간 무인기의 용도는 수색 및 구조, 환경 및 공해감시, 기상 측정, 화재 및 재난의 조기감지, 국경 및 해양정찰, 항공촬영과 지도제작, 농약살포 그리고 교통감시 등 사람이 수행하기 힘든 3D 임무 및 우리의 실생활에 도움을 줄 수 있는 새로운 용도로 개발되고 있다. 그러나 향후 무인항공기의 상업적 성공 여부는 민간 공역으로의 진입 여부에 달려 있으며, 공역 내에서의 자유로운 임무수행을 위해서는 안전성 확보를 위한 감항당국의 인증이 필수요소이다. 이에 항공선진국 들은 민간 무인기의 신뢰성 누적과 인증을 위한 실현 가능한 방법부터 법제도 정비에까지 많은 연구를 수행 중에 있다. 본 글에서는 최근 항공선진국들의 무인항공시스템의 신뢰성 추세와 인증동향 그리고 향후 발전 방향에 대하여 제시한다.
