Design and Implementation of Component-based Configuration and Data Management System for Weapon System R & D Processes (컴포넌트 기반의 무기체계 연구개발 형상/정보관리시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • Configuration and data management system for weapon system research and development processes should assist concurrent engineering and collaboration activities for various documents, drawings, part informations and product structure informations. In this thesis we defined the system architecture using the CBD methodology and implemented the component based system development process. Most of the configuration and data management systems consist of three layered system architecture which use the general MVC models. In this thesis we defined four layered system architecture based on EJB structure under J2EE environments. Through the four layered system architecture, we break down the general model layer into two detailed business layers and the ordinary control layer into two system dependent layers. With these four layers, we proposed the methodology that detailed the characteristics of the components. Through the CBD approach and the component based development process, we can get the representation model and implement the actual system of the configuration and data management system for weapon system R&D.

  • CAD/CAM Software는 operating system(OS), 도형표시 회화처리, 형상정의, 형상조작, DBMS, 응용등으로 되어 있다. 그림 9에 이들 관계를 표시하고 있다. (1) operating system(OS) OS는 특히 CAD/CAM 특유의 것은 없고, 컴퓨터를 보다 효율있게 이용하기 위한 기본적인 software이다. OS 기능으로는 이하와 같은 것이 있다. .task 관리: CAD/CAM시스템은 일반적으로 복수의 단말에서 부터 다른 응용을 동시에 처리, 또는 back ground 로서 ploter를 움직인다. 이와같은 동질처리 (multitash)의 관리를 행한다. . Data 관리: 외부의 기억장치와의 data 수수를 행하기 위한 기본 software. .통신제어: 타의 컴퓨터와 통신회선으로 연결되어 있을 때, 이들의 data 수수를 행한다. 특히, LAN의 1 node로서 CAD/CAM 시스템이 연결되는 일이 많다. 이 경우, 다른 단말과의 communication 기능이 중요하다. .기타: FORTRAN등의 언어 processor, program 또는 data 관리와 같은 utilities가 포함되어 있다.

  • 소프트웨어 형상관리는 소스코드제어, 변경 관리 및 버전제어를 하는 행위를 가리키는 것이다. 여러 개발자가 공통 파일 세트에서 동시에 작업 중인 소프트웨어 개발에 주요 사용된다. 이 논문에서는 소프트웨어 형상관리를 위한 소스코드 비교기능, 변경 및 수정 내역 기록, 개발자를 위한 소스코드 공유 공간을 제공하는 등의 기능에 대한 설명과 기대효과에 대해 설명한다.

  • 오늘날 기업의 시스템은 훨씬 복잡해지고 다루는 데이터의 규모는 점점 대형화됨에 따라 환경 변화에 기업이 대응하기가 어려워지고 있다. IT 환경의 변화에 기업이 대응하기 위해서는 메타데이터 관리시스템의 기능을 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 모델링에 대한 새로운 요구사항을 신속히 반영하기 위해서 모델의 변경 이력을 참조하지 않고 이관해야 할 목표 데이터베이스의 테이블의 형상을 비교하여 이관 관리 프로세스를 향상시킨 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 본 논문서 설계한 알고리즘을 통해 모델의 변경 이력을 참조할 경우 발생하는 데이터베이스 변경의 처리 횟수를 줄임으로써 프로세스 개선의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하였다.

Visualization of Structural Shape Information based on Octree using Terrestrial Laser Scanning (3D레이저스캐닝을 이용한 옥트리기반 구조물 형상정보 가시화)

  • This study presents the visualization of shape information based on Octree using 3D laser scanning. The process of visualization was established to construct the Octree structure from the 3D scan data. The scan data was converted to a 2D surface through the mesh technique and the surface was then converted to a 3D object through the Raster/Vector transformation. The 3D object was transmitted to the Octree Root Node and The shape information was constructed by the recursive partitioning of the Octree Root Node. The test-bed was selected as the steel bridge structure in Sungkyunkwan University. The shape information based on Octree was condensed into 89.3%. In addition, the Octree compressibility was confirmed to compare the shape information of the office building, a computer science campus in Germany and a New College in USA. The basis is created by the visualization of shape information for double-deck tunnel and it will be expected to improve the efficiency of structural health monitoring and maintenance.

  • BIM technologies based on three-dimensional parametric solid modeling can provide building industries with a wide range of information, and then enable not only to automate architectural drawings, detect clashes between building components, and estimate building materials, but also to manage effectively architectural and engineering information about building spaces, structures, energy, just-in-time delivery, facility management, and code checking. This paper presents an implementation to extract geometric data from IFC files, and validates the system with simple and complex buildings.

  • A Datawarehouse, which extracts and saves the massive analysis data from the operating servers, is a decision support tool in which data quality and processing time are very important. Thus, it is necessary to standardize and improve datawarehouse development process in order to stabilize data quality and improve the productivity. We propose a novel improved process for datawarehouse development by applying the configuration management of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) which has become a major force in software development process improvement. In addition, we specify some matrices for evaluating datawarehouse development process. Through the comparison analysis with other existing processes, we show that our proposal is more efficient in cost and productivity as well as improves data quality and reusability.

  • Recent developments in component technology enable the construction of complex software systems by assembling together off-the-shelf components However, It is still difficult to develop efficient, reliable, and dynamically configurable component-based systems. Unspecified dependencies and behavior on components often has cause the source of the trouble. Therefore, component-based software systems must maintain explicit presentations of inter-component dependence and component requirements. In this paper, I describe the design on repository of component service to deployment, status reporting, and control in component service. Through the existing researches to customize component technology, I present the algorithm that supports dynamic dependency interface in order to reuse context of application.

Influence of Column Aspect Ratio on the Punching Shear Strength of Flat Plate Slab-Column Edge Connections (플랫 플레이트 슬래브-외부기둥 접합부의 뚫림전단강도에 대한 기둥 형상비의 영향)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate punching shear strength of exterior connections in the flat plate structure with rectangular column. To inspect the effect of column aspect ratios on the punching shear behavior, eight specimens for exterior connection were made and tested. In this experimental program the length of critical perimeter was kept constant, while column aspect ratio varied from 2.0 to 4.5. Two levels of concrete strength and slab reinforcement ratio were also considered. As the column aspect ratio increased, the punching shear strengths are decreased. The decrement of punching shear strength was small in specimens with high aspect ratio of column.
