정보통신 기술은 같은 목표를 가진 사람들의 협조를 증진 시킬 수 있는 신속하며 정확한 의사소통수단을 제공해 주고 있다. 작은 정부인 NGO 역시 정보통신 기술의 발달로 많은 사람들의 참여가 이루어졌지만 NGO 간의 정보 공유는 미흡하다. 이러한 시점에서 NGO들이 서로간의 사업 정보를 쉽게 공유하고 협업할 수 있는 웹서비스 시스템인 Smart NGO 시스템을 제안한다. Smart NGO는 현재 대부분의 NGO들이 홈페이지에 등록하는 정보를 활용하여 정보를 교류할 수 있도록 하였으며 Smart Tool이라는 새로운 플랫폼을 이용해 NGO가 쉽게 자신의 사업 정보를 등록 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또 이러한 정보들을 Smart Viewer를 통해 NGO나 일반인이 공유할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 사람들이 NGO의 활동에 협조하도록 하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 Smart NGO 시스템의 구조 및 구현을 보인다.

Autism is characterized by pervasive impairments in social interaction, verbal and non-verbal communication and restricted and stereotyped behavior. It is difficult for autism patients to receive dental treatment as lack of cooperation, so various behavior management method have been tried for dental treatment in clinic. The patients with mild autism can be managed by conventional behavior modification method and phamaco-logical conscious sedation. But the patients with severe autism and multiple dental caries can be treated by deep sedation or general anesthesia. The benefits of children's dental care in general anesthesia are full-mouth rehabilitation in one single appointment. We reported three cases of autism patients who were treated by various behavior management method as to severity of autism.

The investment scale of design project has been increased rapidly following the recent social and economical demand. The demand of user has been changed variously together with social background like the increase of interest for the high level information oriented society and environment. In addition, it is necessary for the experts like coordinator, architect, color expert, and light designer to collaborate in the interior design process. The expertise diverse areas should be related closely and collaboratively for the smooth processing. It is necessary for the design environment to be changed in order to exchange the information effectively within the proposed period by the variety fields' experts. It is a collaborative design in the design studio that the multi-members collect the related data, suggest the idea, and discuss closely, which makes a decision for the new design concept and design plan in the fixed time. It is necessary to make a new kind of communication media concept in the design process, where the multi-members participate, and the collaborative design is processed in physically simultaneous space or in the far distance such as it is done above. In this paper, it is investigated for the communication for the design and creative behavior to explain the collaborative work in the process of design. The characteristics of collaborative design and demand design environment are summarized in the background of this kind of the creative behavior concept. Especially, the communication media for increasing the process effectiveness is explained and the concept for the development of web based collaborative design system is summarized.

This study's purpose is to present the improvement of effectiveness of security activity for international conference which can be held hereafter. On the basis of security activity problems originating in APEC that had been held in Pusan in 2005. I made up questions three times to on the members of the police, military, fire figher and Busan city civil servants who had participated in Busan APEC and recognition of possible problem and possibility of improvement on each item of questions was analyzed by Delphi Method. Also interviews with 4 security experts selected from each security agency were conducted to present improvement in each part of problem. The study result is as follows; First, the satisfactory cooperation between security agencies and self-governing body is needed for the basis of security activity in preparatory stage. Second, examining thoroughly security activity by function in activity stage. Third, giving full play to their genius by close cooperation between security agencies and self-governing body in enfourcement stage. Fourth, provision for events after this on the basis of effective estimation system in evaluation stage.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedent variables of customer citizenship behavior selected by a social exchange point of view on the Boryeong Mud Festival. Of all the questionnaires collected, 239 were included in the analysis which was performed using SPSS. Date analysis method used to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and canonical correlation analysis. As the results of the canonical correlation analysis between the customer citizenship behavior and the social exchange point of view, there was a significant relationship between the attributes of customer citizenship behavior - loyalty, cooperation, Participation and social exchange point of view - customer satisfaction, customer confidence, perceived support of customers, justice perception. Therefore, marketing practitioner should recognize the importance of customer's perception in the service circumstance and make a managerial effort to offer the best service to customer. The result of this paper may help local festival planner and marketers for festival marketing strategy.

간이형 휴대전화 시스템 실용화실험 협의회는 국내 전기통신 사업자, 통신장비 제조업체, 관련 정부기관 및 관련단체의 협조와 참여를 통하여 1993년 7월 6일 설립되었다. 이 협의회는 간이형 휴대전화 시스템(PHS)에 대한 실용화실험의 여러 형태에 관련된 정보의 교환을 조정하고, 실용화의 원활한 구현을 촉진하기 위하여 구성되었다. 이들의 활동을 통하여 협의회는 이 새로운 통신 서비스에 대한 공공의 합의를 토대로 실질적인 PHS의 개념을 설정하는 업무를 처리한다. 이 최종보고서는 협의회에 의해서 1993년 10월부터 1994년 10월까지 1년여 기간동안 일본 도처의 여러지역에서 실시된 실용화실험의 결과로 제출되었다. 이 보고서가 더 나은 PHS의 구현에 도움이 될 것을 희망한다.

산업재산권 정보는 각국의 특허청에서 발행되는 공개공보와 공고공보에 수록되어 있다. 산업기술정보원은 특허청과 긴밀한 협조하에 산업재산권정보 전량을 입수하여 데이터베이스화하여 산업기술정보유통망(KINITI-IR)을 통하여 일반 이용자에게 서비스하고 있다. 산업재산권 DB제작은 1986년부터 시작되었으며 그 당시 한국 공고특허 DB가 처음으로 제작되었다. 지금은 한국공고특허ㆍ실용신안, 한국공개특허ㆍ실용신안, 의장 등 산업재산권 정보전반에 걸친 DB제작 활동이 수행되고 있다. 우리나라의 산업재산권 정보 발생량은 <표 1>과 같다.

여기서는 강교량을 중심으로 기설 교량구조물의 안전도 진단방법에 대하여 토의하였다. 산업 활동의 기간이 되는 교량구조물의 안전성확보는 매우 중요한 일이며, 이를 위하여는 구조공학, 기계공학, 전자.계측공학 등 다방면의 첨단기술이 협조적으로 연구, 개발되고 운영되는 것이 요망된다. 아울러, 이러한 대형구조물들의 안전진단 및 보수, 유지방책을 이들의 계획, 설계 및 건설단계에서 부터 고려되는 필요한 합리적인 대책이 강구되어야 한다고 사료된다.

충청북도가 AI청정지역을 유지한 비결은 한발 앞선 적극적인 방역행정 추진이 가장 큰 원인으로 작용했다. 200년과 2002년 구제역, 2003년 AI 발생을 극복한 경험으로 실용적인 방역시스템 훈련을 강화하는 한편, 2004년 이후 청정지역을 달성할 수 있었던 것은 꾸준하게 친환경축산물 생산기반 구축을 위해 무항생제 면역증강 물질 및 가공장 지원(90억원)과 친환경축산 시설장비 지원(111억원), 생균제 및 가축분뇨자원화 사업(200억원) 지원과 양축농가와 행저이관이 함께 유기적인 협조체제를 유지하면서 사전 방역활동을 한 결과다.

한국가금협회의 10년사를 기록하기 전에 여러분 들에게 이해를 구해야 할 것이 있다. 먼저 이 기록은 협회에 비치되어 있는 여러 가지 자료, 문서철 등을 중심으로 당시 협회의 임직원으로 계시된 분들을 보시고 그분들의 기억과 기록을 근간으로 하여 엮어 본 것이다. <10년이면 강산도 변한다>라는 말과 같이 10년간의 기록을 뒤적여 보니 그 동안의 도난, 화재 등으로 없어진 기록도 많았고 또 구술하시는 분들의 기억에도 희미한 것이 많았다. 단지 이 기록은 불충분한대로 협회의 지난 10년 동안의 활동을 간추려 본 것이라 할 수 있고 누락된 이 있으면 수시로 지적해 주시는 모든 회원들의 협조를 얻어야만 완전한 기록으로서 협회의 사실이 다시 한번 빛을 볼 수 있게 되리라 생각된다.
