정보통신 기술의 발전으로 정보의 획득, 관리, 활용이 용이해지며 글로벌 네트워크의 구성이 가능해졌다. 글로벌 경쟁의 심화로 경영환경의 불확실성이 증가에 대응하기 위해 기업의 e-비즈니스화가 보편화되면 기업간의 협업이 증대되었다. 협업 네트워크(Collaborative Networks)는 사회적 자본과 목적의 관점에서 대부분 자동화되고, 지리적으로 분산되어 있으며, 컴퓨터 네트워크를 토대로 공통 목표를 성취하기 위해 협력하는 다양한 참여자로 구성되는 네트워크라 할 수 있다. 가상기업은 협업 네트워크의 대표적인 개념으로 시장기회의 대응성을 높이기 위해 상호보완적인 핵심역량을 가진 참여자들의 네트워크이다. 본 연구는 가상기업의 주요 특징을 고찰함으로써 가상기업의 개념을 구체화시키고 가상기업의 성공요인과 위험요인을 도출하고 각 요인간의 상대적 중요도 및 순위화를 통해 가상기업 참여기업의 가이드라인으로 활용하고자한다.

기업들의 글로벌화가 빠르게 진행되고 고객 밀착형 업무가 늘어나게 됨에 따라 모바일 오피스에 대한 기업의 니즈가 빠르게 증가했다. 이러한 비즈니스 요건을 해결하기 위해서는 기업 근무자가 다른 시간, 다른 장소에서도 효과적인 업무 협업과 커뮤니케이션을 수행할 수 있는 서비스와 시스템 환경이 필요하다. 실시간 비즈니스 협업 시스템은 기업 근무자들이 스마트 폰과 웹을 통해서 실시간으로 업무 협업을 할 수 있도록 상호 서비스 호출이 가능한 시스템을 구현 하였다.

역할기반 접근통제(RBAC)모델은 쉬운 관리성과 정책 적용의 유연성, 그리고 정책 중립적인 이점으로 인하여, 현재 많은 컴퓨팅 환경에서 적용되고 있다. 하지만 기존에 연구되었던 RBAC 모델들은 대부분 단일 보안 관리를 가정하므로 최근의 협업 컴퓨팅 환경을 위한 접근통제를 설계하는 데 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 협업 컴퓨팅 환경을 다중 도메인 보안(Multi-Domain Security)으로 사상하고, 협업환경을 적절하게 고려하지 않은 RBAC의 적용이 야기할 수 있는 문제점들을 살펴본다.

In e-commerce systems that deal with a large number of items, the function of personalized recommendation is essential. Collaborative filtering that is a successful recommendation algorithm, suffers from the sparsity, cold-start, and scalability restrictions. Additionally, this work raises a new flaw of the algorithm, inconsistent performance of recommendation. This is also not measurable by the current MAE-based evaluation that does not consider the deviation of prediction error, and furthermore is performed independently of precision and recall measurement. To evaluate the collaborative filtering comprehensively, this work proposes an extended evaluation model that includes the current criteria such as MAE, Precision, Recall, deviation, and applies it to cluster-based combined collaborative filtering.

As the proportion of non-contact work is increasing in the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, the collaboration program market is growing rapidly. As the size of the market grows, vulnerabilities in collaborative programs are constantly being disclosed which increases interest in the security of collaborative tools. In this paper, we introduce the results of vulnerability analysis on Electron-based collaboration programs, noting that a number of collaboration programs are based on the Electron framework, and propose countermeasures to enhance the security of Electron-based applications.

The reason why Small enterprise cooperatives are important in the history of cooperatives is that they provide the basis for the development of cooperatives. Small enterprise cooperatives are composed of five or more members of small business owners and has received financial support from the government through the evaluation of the business plan from 2013. In 2018, however, Small enterprise cooperatives must be evaluated for five years of performance. In this study, we surveyed Small enterprise cooperatives members in 2015 to identify motivating factors that affect the sustainability and cooperation of Small enterprise cooperatives. On conclusion, intrinsic motivation has been found to be an independent variable affecting the sustainability and collaboration of Small enterprise cooperatives.

In the process of cooperation which can be the best proposals for resolving complex problems in computing domain, the way of team organizing is one of the most important aspects for succeeding the goal. Especially in ubiquitous computing environment, where the participants of a team are selected from the heterogeneous computing objects which are deployed by other providers for their own goals, finding the relevant teammate can be regarded as the most important factor for determining the success or failure of the given problem. In this paper, we propose a method of finding teammate and assigning a role, which is a sub task of cooperation, by comparing the attributes of the computing object and the requirement of the role such as capability of functions, loyalty for the given team, and harmony with other teammates. By considering the situationally changing weights of each attributes, this method can be suited for dynamic computing environment where the cooperation should be executed with dynamically in/out computing objects and satisfy the dynamically chaining constraints.

Several approaches to recommendation systems have been studied. One of the most successful technologies for building personalization and recommendation systems is collaborative filtering, which is a technique that provides a process of filtering customer information based on such information profiles. Collaborative filtering systems, however, have a sparsity if there is not enough data to recommend. In this paper, we suggest a movie recommendation system, based on the weighted personal propensity and the collaborating filtering system, in order to provide a solution to such sparsity. Furthermore, we assess the system's applicability by using the open database MovieLens, and present a weighted personal propensity framework for improvement in the performance of recommender systems. We successfully come up with a movie recommendation system through the optimal personalization factors.

기업간 전자상거래를 위한 국제표준인 ebXML 은 ebBPSS(ebXML Business Process Specification Schema)와 CPA(Collaboration Protocol Profile)에 기반하여 거래 당사자들이 협업 형태의 업무 처리 절차에 따라 문서 및 데이터를 주고 받을 수 있도록 해 준다. 거래 당사자들의 내부 업무처리 시스템에 연동되어 B2B 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 해주는 시스템을 BSI(Business Service Interface)라 하며, 이는 트랜잭션 관리, 업무 프로세스의 코레오그래피(Choreography), 문서 관리, 보안 관리 등 협업과 관련된 대부분의 역할을 수행하게 된다. 기업간 협업에 있어 가장 중요한 사항 중 하나는 어떤 상황에서도 양쪽의 협업상태 정보는 일관성을 유지해야 한다는 것이다. 이는 거래의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위한 필수사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 프로토콜에 따라 거래행위시 협업상태 정보가 양측 거래파트너에서 각기 다르게 나타날 수 있는 상황을 살펴 보고 이에 따른 BSI 시스템의 대처방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Collaborative processes among team members including communication, coordination, and information-handling processes either during pre-construction or project execution are required in order to accomplish the objectives of construction projects. However, current construction management practice does not explicitly take the effect of organizational aspects on project performance into account. This paper introduces a method to understand collaborative processes in an explicit and systematic fashion. An agent-based simulation of collaborative working processes within construction project teams was designed from game theory perspective and implemented. The simulation produced both individual behavior and network dynamics. Individuals represented as agents made efforts to improve performance by communication and coordinating with other members, and overall team network was emerged as a result of interactions among members. Interestingly, it was found that the tendency of forming cohesive subgroups increased when sustaining relations with between-group partners incurs higher cost. The primary contribution of this paper is that it presented an explicit approach to examining collaborative working processes in construction project teams and it extended existing computational organization and network studies by integrating individual behavior models and network models.
