본 연구는 전거레코드 구축 및 공유를 위한 목적으로 진행된 'Social Networks and Archival Context' 프로젝트 사례를 통해 문화유산기관 간에 분산 소장된 역사적 정보원에 대한 통합적 접근과 기록에 대한 보다 풍부한 검색과 이해를 촉진하는 국가적 전거데이터베이스 구축의 필요성과 국내 적용 방안을 제시하였다. SNAC 프로젝트는 NARA 주도의 국제적 협력체 조직으로 전환되면서 지속가능한 운영체계를 확보하고 협력적 전거통제를 실현할 수 있었다. 또한 SNAC 전거레코드는 도서관에 비해 풍부한 생애와 역사에 관한 맥락 정보와 사회적·지적 네트워크 정보를 제공한다는 특징을 가진다. 사례분석을 통해 첫째, SNAC 처럼, 국가기록원이 주도하고 국립중앙도서관이 공동 오너쉽을 갖는 협력체가 개발을 주도하고 참여기관의 범위를 넓혀나가야 한다. 둘째, 협력의 방식에서 특장점을 가진 분야별로 분담하는 구조를 취하되, 두 기관이 참여하는 운영 주체가 주요한 의사결정을 하도록 한다. 셋째, 전거데이터 구축 시 다양한 포맷의 기술정보를 수집할 수 있는 확장가능한 오픈소스소프트웨어 개발, 기록관리 전거레코드의 구조와 요소로 설계, 전거레코드의 품질을 통제할 수 있는 기능 설계, 이용자 친화적 인터페이스 구축 및 콘텐츠적 요소가 반영된 플랫폼 설계가 필요함을 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the influence of clinical learning environment and attitude toward physician-nurse collaboration on professionalism in nursing students. Method: The sample consisted of 317 nursing students. Data were collected from October 10 to December 20, 2014 and were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS statistics version 19. Results: The mean score for clinical learning environment was 3.15 out of 5. The mean score on the Jefferson scale attitude toward physician-nurse collaboration (JSAPNC) was 3.31 out of 4. The mean score for professionalism was 3.70 out of 5. The predictors of professionalism were major satisfaction, 'care vs cure' for the JSAPNC and 'patient relationship', 'student satisfaction' for clinical learning environment. Conclusions: Based on these results, educational programs to improve attitude toward physician-nurse collaboration and clinical learning environment should be developed.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate and analyze the state of the relationship among nurse-doctor collaboration, job autonomy and organizational commitment. Method: The 304 participants were obtained who were working at a General ward, Intensive care unit and Operation room in three university hospitals located in Seoul and Kyunggi-do. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire from March 2d to April 10th, 2009. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test and Pearson's correlation on SPSS Win 16.0. Result: There was a significant relationship among nurse-doctor collaboration, job autonomy and organizational commitment. The level of appointment, clinical experience and current hospital experience of nurses affected significantly nurse-doctor collaboration, job autonomy and organizational commitment. The age of nurse had the relation nurse-doctor collaboration and organizational commitment. The relationship between the nurse's working area and job autonomy had positive correlation. Conclusions: The findings of study suggest that the program enhancing the collaborated relationship between nurses and doctors is important to improve nurse's job autonomy and organizational commitment under the situation of citizen's demanding more advanced medical service.

전방으로 심하게 돌출된 전상악골로 인하여 구순성형술 및 비성형술의 결과가 악화 될 수 있다. 따라서 변위된 전상악골의 이상적인 위치로 재위치 시키려는 다양한 노력이 시도되어 왔다. 에디오피아와 같은 개발도상국에서는 어른이 되어서도 수술을 받지 못하는 구순구개열 환자가 많이 있다. 성인이 될 때까지 수술받지 못한 양측성 완전 구순구개열 환자에서는 근육, 골, 피부, 점막의 연속성이 없어서 전상악골이 심하게 전방으로 혹은 하방, 좌우측으로 변위된 경우가 대부분이다. 이 경우 구순성형술이 거의 불가능하며, 시도된다 할지라도 돌출된 전상악골 때문에 양쪽 구륜근을 봉합하여 주기가 대단히 어렵다. 따라서 이상적인 결과를 얻기 위해서는 구순성형술 전 혹은 동시에 전상악골의 재위치 술식이 필수적이다. 저자는 한국국제협력단에서 국제협력의사로 선발되어 에디오피아에서 30 개월간 근무하였다. 그 동안 다양한 양측성 완전 구순구개열 환자에서 전상악골의 재위치 술식을 경험하였다. 저자가 경험한 전상악골의 재위치 술식(전상악골의 재위치와 골이식술 동시 시행, 전상악골의 재위치와 구개열 성형술 동시시행)에 대하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine application possibility as the inhabitants educational program for community design workshops of regional linking cooperation project "Sejong healing road 100 project". As a results follows : First, It can confirm inhabitants ability reinforcement through administration of the 8-week educational program, and a participation rate is important in it. Second, 'The tool of inhabitants opinion expression using a Post-it' is easy as a tool of the workshops, and the effect improves if It use a drawing together. Third, 'The tool of inhabitants opinion expression using figure card' is the most effective as expression of the inhabitants intention as a tool of the workshops, but preparations process is complicated. Moreover, for the inhabitants participation in regional linking cooperation projects, the development system of a more systematic inhabitants intention expression is necessary.

본 논문에서는 재난안전관련 근무자의 업무연속성 향상을 저해하는 부분들을 파악하고 해결의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 공공단체의 재난안전분야 인사제도의 특성을 살펴본 결과, 현행 순환보직 제도와 새롭고 다양한 유형의 재난위험에 대응할 전문화된 근무자의 부족이 재난안전업무에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 현재 문제점으로 지적되는 것은 기간이 짧은 순환 근무형태와 임기만료가 임박하여 전보 사실을 공지하는 문제, 그리고 비전문성 등이 나타났다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 부서 당 평균 재직 기간을 최소 5년 이상으로 연장하고, 정책의 지속성 및 업무 연속성을 위하여 2인 1업무제 도입을 고려할 필요가 있다. 그리고 충분한 시간을 두고 전보를 준비할 수 있도록 해야 할 것으로 보인다. 비전문성에 대한 해결 방향으로는 최근 재난의 예방과 대비를 중시하는 추세를 반영하여 공공기관과 민간부문 등 다양한 전문가들의 참여를 통한 해결방식이 필요하다. 미국, 독일, 일본 등에서 민간부문과의 협력적 재난안전관리가 성공적으로 이루어지고 있듯이 국내에서도 의사결정체계를 민간부문과의 협력적 거버넌스체계로 전환해야한다.

Two main features of the recent building project are the enlargement of the size and the technological complexity. Due to these features, the number or the size of organizations participating in building project is also increasing and the relationships between the organizations are becoming more interdependent than ever. Owing to these features, some delays or errors in the decision-making process in the phase of planning of a building project may influence many subjects related to the project. The most important factor for a successful project is to arbitrate confrontations and build cooperative relationships between parties who have different interests with one another in the project. Efforts were made to find out general features of building project and the features in the phase of planning in order to set a direction of this research. To solve problems in the phase of planning, the concept of 'cooperative design', which means that different features and interests of various organizations should be reflected from the phase of planning, was introduced. By introducing cooperative design in building projects, more rapid and objective decision-makings are possible.

해양 디지털 항로표지 정보 협력 시스템 과제에서 개발되는 소프트웨어의 품질 관리를 위해 국제 표준 기반 표준 품질 프로세스와 프로젝트 관리 시스템 기반 의사소통 및 정보공유 체계를 구축했다. 또한 연구과제 산출물 작성 현황에 대한 모니터링과 소프트웨어 품질 점검 및 검증 지원을 통해 고품질 소프트웨어 개발을 달성한다.

본 연구는 영자 신문 발간 활동이 영어 의사소통 능력 향상에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 확인하며 프로젝트 기반의 출판 과정을 통한 독립적이면서도 협동적인 학습 환경의 구현가능성을 탐색한다. 한국과학영재학교의 첫 번째 영자 신문 발간 기획은 프로젝트 기반의 교수학습 방법을 적용한 일련의 단계를 거쳐서 완성되었다. 영어 능력과 참여도에 따른 학생 편집자 선발 과정을 시작으로 분야와 주제 및 제재를 선택하고 역할과 기사를 배분하며 결과물을 통합 편집하는 과정을 거친다. 전 과정에 걸쳐 참여자들은 최소한의 지도 감독 아래서 독립적이면서도 협력적으로 활동에 참여하였다. 사후 설문조사에 따르면 성공적인 영자신문의 발간이 전반적 영어 능력을 향상 시켰을 뿐만 아니라 긍정적인 학습자 자아인식과 주도적인 학습 태도를 키웠다고 나타났다. 본 연구는 언어 교육 뿐 아니라 통합적인 프로젝트 기반 교수 학습에 있어 신문 잡지 등의 출판 활동이 주는 장점을 논하는 한편, 향후 프로젝트 교수 학습 방법과 영어 의사소통능력 향상과 관련된 보다 심화된 연구가능성을 제시한다.

우리 나라 5대 재벌그룹 기업들의 노동자 경영의사결정 참가의 실정을 단체협약과 노사협의회 규정들을 중심으로 살펴본 결과 다음의 결론들을 얻었다. 첫째, 분석대상 기업들은 장기전략 수준 및 작업현장 수준의 노사관계에서 노동자들의 경영의사결정 참가가 매우 저조한 상황에 처하여 있으므로 노사관계 주체들이 경영환경이 급변하고 있는 최근의 상황에 대하여 능동적 적극적 협력적으로 대처하지 못하는 등 대처능력 부족을 심각하게 드러내고 있다. 둘째, 이들 기업에서 단체교섭 수준의 사항들에 대하여는 단체교섭 수단으로, 장기전략 수준 및 작업현장 수준의 사항들에 대하여는 노사협의회 수단이 상대적으로 많이 활용되고 있다는 점이 발견되었다. 셋째, 노사협의회를 통한 노동자 경영의사결정 참가방식으로는 좀더 대립적인 분위기를 지닌 단체교섭과 충분한 거리를 유지할 수 있는 분리형의 형태가 참가범위의 확장이라는 면에서 보다 효율적인 것으로 생각되었다.
