In this paper collaboration of web-based distributed business systems is analyzed and the need of timely collaboration is derived and described in terms of inter-organizational contracts. A method of event-condition-action (ECA) rule based timely collaboration to meet the need and an active functionality component (AFC) to provide the method are proposed. The proposed method supports high level rule programming and event-based immediate processing so that system administrators and programmers can easily maintain the timely collaboration independently to the application logic. The proposed AFC uses HTTP protocol to be applied through firewalls. It is implemented using basic trigger facilities of a commercial DBMS for practical purpose.

This study was undertaken for Korean small and medium size enterprises(SME) support policy that conduct to 10 supporting sector. As a result of analysis, this study found out similarity and duplication for SME support policy under the influence of that support system and supporting body had a problem with complexity and multi-function. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 시시각각으로 변하는 고객의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해 상호 협력을 시도하는 다중 에이전트들이 의사결정을 수행할 경우 발생할 수 있는 충돌의 해결을 지원하는 지능적인 온톨로지 관리 모듈(intelligent-Ontology Management Module, i-OMM)과 다중에이전트 관리 모듈(Multi-agent Coordination Module, MACM)을 포함하는 u-DSS 포털을 제안한다. 개별 에이전트들은 온톨로지와 문제해결을 위한 프로시저 등을 이용해 자신의 문제를 해결하는 것을 기본으로 한다. 그러나 다른 에이전트들과 협력을 통해 문제를 해결해야 할 경우에는 먼저 개별 에이전트들이 보유한 각 온톨로지의 통합 및 데이터간의 충돌 해결이 요구된다. i-OMM은 개별 에이전트들이 보유하고 있는 이질적인 온톨로지를 통합하여, 문제해결을 위한 하나의 통합된 새로운 동적 온톨로지 뷰(integrated ontology view, IOV)의 생성을 지원한다. 온톨로지 통합과제에서 생성된 IOV는 사례로 저장되고 유사한 문제 해결에 재사용된다. MACM은 고객 에이전트들의 요구사항 변화에 따라 관련 개별 에이전트들 간의 데이터 충돌을 해결하여 에이전트들의 의사결정과정을 지원한다. 따라서 i-OMM과 MACM을 이용한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 분산된 에이전트들의 협력적 문제 해결을 지원하는 시스템을 유비쿼터스 의사결정지원 시스템 포탈(ubiquitous decision support system, u-DSS Portal)이라고 지칭한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리즘의 활용 대상은 고객, 판매자, 제조업체, 및 배송업체의 배송차량들의 에이전트들로 구성된 u-fulfillment 시스템으로 한다.

우리나라에서의 기존 산학연 협력에 관한 연구는 주로 대학의 역할을 강조하였다. 그러나 출연(연)이 지난 $30^{\sim}40$년간 연구개발 수행과정에서 축적된 혁신역량을 국가차원에서 효율적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 특히 최근 들어 중소기업의 기술경쟁력 강화에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있는 시점에서 정부출연기관에 의한 중소기업 지원의 타당성과 필요성에 대하여 실증적으로 도출한 연구가 부족한 것이 사실이다. 이 연구는 기존의 추상적인 정책제안을 탈피하여 1,077개의 중소기업과 13개 정부연구기관의 373명의 연구원들을 대상으로 한 광범위한 설문조사를 분석하여 중소기업이 실질적으로 요구하는 기술의 유형과 지원의 형식 및 정부연구기관의 연구원들이 체감하는 기술공급의 문제점들을 중심으로 고찰하고자 한다. 설문조사결과 정부연구기관이 지역을 기반으로 한 중소기업과 대학 등 국가기술혁신체제 속의 연구개발주체들을 네트워크화 하여 기술지식과 정보의 유통, 활용을 촉진하는 매개체로서의 역할을 수행하여 지역혁신 지원 조직이 공동으로 지역 중소기업을 위한 산 학 연 종합기술지원 사업을 추진할 것을 요구함을 발견하였다.

The technological innovation of IT manufacturing firms is the competitive tool for them to survive in the environment of an intensive competition. This technological innovation is critical in the survival of IT companies, but various factors should be considered to embody technological innovation effect. This paper aims to identify the determinant factors of the outcome which influence the technological innovation based on the IT companies, and set up a model for measuring technological innovation effect. A hypothesis was established for the impact relation between technological innovation effect, cooperative relation and government support level, which was verified through the structural equation model(SEM). As a result, the cooperation of IT companies and the governmental support affect the effectiveness of technological innovation. Eventually, government support for IT manufacturing firms derive business collaboration and continuous support is needed.

University-industry cooperation is indispensable for a short-term problem solving, as well as sustainable growth in the economy of the Republic of Korea. In order to embody and implement that, the government has run a variety of financial assistance programs and policies for the promotion of the cooperation for the last 10 years, and Korea Sanhak Foundation has made progress in academic and research development support, creative personnel training and scholarships, International Support and other projects. In this paper, window-type university-industry convergence and practices, and analyzing the best practices of national and international IT-based fusion technology, corporate cooperation were established to support measures taken in conjunction type and model of the university. Industry utilizing the latest IT technology based on this model, academia, proposed a collaboration system between workers building measures.

The purpose of this study is to develop an AHP model to evaluate the relative importance and priorities of multi-cultural policies under bounded Rationality. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the evaluation elements for each measurement area, the following are the stable social settlement support policy (1rank), social capability development policy of multi-cultural family second generation (2rank), socio-economic activity policy (3rank), collaborative governance policy enforcement(4rank). Second, the priority of the measurement element is as follows. social settlement service target expansion policy was proved to be the top priority project stable social settlement support policy aspect and social capacity development policies of the second generation of multi-cultural families, social support policy was most important evaluated. Active economic activity support policy was as the top priority project socio-economic activity policy, and construct cooperation system of policy practice main agents was proved to be the top priority collaborative governance policy enforcement. These results will contribute to explain the reality of multi-cultural policy.

LG디스플레이의 생산기술 전문가와 협력사의 기술자들이 태스크포스팀을 만들고 LG디스플레이의 생산기술 노하우를 협력사의 생산라인에 적용한다. 단편적 지원이 아닌 제품을 잘 생산하는 기술을 전수해서 협력사가 생산성과 품질, 원가경쟁력을 갖추도록 한다. 이들 협력사들이 최고의 경쟁력을 갖추면 그것이 곧 LG디스플레이의 경쟁력이다. LG디스플레이가 2007년부터 시작한 "고기 잘 잡는 법" 방식의 협력사 상생 모델 실험이 성과를 나타내면서 협력사의 수익성 향상, LG디스플레이의 시장경쟁력 강화로 이어져 성공적인 '동반성장' 상생 모델로 평가 받고 있다.

우리나라는 1957년 창설 회원국으로 IAEA에 가입한 이래 우리나라 원자력 산업의 발전에 따라 보장조치와 관련한 협력이 증대하고 있다. 이러한 협력으로는 우리나라 원자력 시설에 대한 IAEA 사찰, 한-IAEA 보장조치 검토회의, SAGSI 활동 등이 있으며, IAEA는 우리나라의 원자력 산업 규모와 기술 능력을 고려하여 우리나라와의 협력을 강화하고자 하고 있다. 우리나라로서는 국내 통제체제의 확립과 우리나라 원자력 활동에 대한 국제적 투명성 및 신뢰도 증진을 위하여 IAEA와의 긴밀한 협력이 필요하다. 향후 우리나라는 보장조치 의무사항의 이행 뿐 아니라, IAEA Technical Office 설치, 사찰장비의 공유, 사찰의 공동 수행, 공동연구 등을 포함한 IAEA 지원 프로그램의 추진과 같은 진보된 형태의 협력을 추진토록 하여야 할 것이다.
