Analysis of Government's Supporting Policy for SMEs: Focusing on GRIs (중소기업 지원 실태 분석: 출연(연)을 중심으로)

  • SMEs need a strategy to respond to rapid changes in the global business environment of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In order to overcome such a business environment, SMEs must concentrate on the core competency. Because of the structural characteristics of SMEs, government support is very important, as it is difficult for SMEs to carry out the entire supply chain role. The support of GRIs is very important for ensuring competitiveness through technological innovation of SMEs. Recently, the construction of SMEs network for business expansion is demanded. SMEs can form networks to induce synergistic effects. In order to secure the competitiveness of SMEs by utilizing the advantages of mutually cooperating networks, the necessity of cooperation of SMEs is increasing. The government has proposed various support programs to support network cooperation. In this research, in order to derive an effective strategy of the SME support program, we analyzed the difference in necessity and satisfaction of the GRIs support program. We analyze the differences between government policies and perceptions for SMEs and to derive strategies for supporting SMEs in a systematic approach for the development of SMEs. In a situation where research to revitalize SMEs is insufficient, in consideration of the market demand of SMEs, we grasp the problems of the current system and try to guide improvement strategies. Also, we suggest policies that can derive and utilize support strategies for SMEs. From a long-term perspective, research related SMEs must be conducted and a sustainable support program for SMEs must be developed.

A Study on the development of Test Report Information Service(TRIS) by User survey analysis (사용자 설문분석을 통한 군수품 시험성적서 정보서비스 고도화 방안에 대한 연구)

  • In this study, a survey for a satisfaction evaluation of the Test Report Information Service (TRIS) was conducted. A survey questionnaire on modified Information System Success Model(ISSM) of Delone and Mclean was carried out by 183 users in three groups, such as munition quality assurance agency, munition corporation, and test institute. As a survey result, training on the TRIS was in strong demand in all three groups. An understanding and proficiency of the overall system were different from the work process of each user group. In addition, the munition quality assurance agency needs to enhance the system function with its characteristics. Test institute has necessity of the linkage method with the TRIS depending on the authentication system. User groups are different in the operational method of TRIS between the contractor and cooperation. Accordingly, cooperation needs to be educated continually. This study can help in the construction of a Military Quality Integration Information System to secure the reliability of munitions.

Educational Effects of Flipped Learning on University Teaching Courses (대학 교직수업에 적용한 플립드 러닝의 교육적 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of flipped learning and explore the learners' experiences. Data were collected from 64 students who participated in flipped learning for 7 weeks at N university. The results were as follows. First, after applying flipped learning, learners feel more comfortable learning together and prefer collaborative learning. Second, flipped learning had no significant effects on learner's overall metacognition, but it had positive effects on the awareness and cognitive strategies. Third, flipped learning had no significant effects on academic self-efficacy, but it positively affected the task difficulty preference and confidence of learners who had a lower level of collaborative tendencies. Fourth, flipped learning had no significant effects on SDL ability, but it positively affected the learning plan of learners who had a higher level of collaborative tendencies. Fifth, learners' class satisfaction of flipped learning was generally very high. We suggested a policy, instructional design and strategies for effective implementation of flipped learning.

Development and Effectiveness Analysis of Team Based learning (TBL) for Students Majoring in Skin Care - Focus on Problem Solving Competency and Cooperative Self Efficacy - (피부미용 전공 학생들을 위한 팀기반학습(TBL) 수업 개발 및 적용 효과 분석- 문제해결능력과 협력적 자기효능감을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop Team Based Learning (TBL) course for students majoring skin care and analyze the effectiveness as well as derive improvement plans. TBL focuses on putting pre-class learning about learning content and the time saved by it into practice activities that apply what is learned. The ADDIE model and the TBL model were applied as the developmental research methodology, and the 'skin care' subject, which was previously taught by lecture base, was redesigned as a TBL class. In addition, the study developed weekly based pre-class learning materials, quiz items for checking pre-class learning, and the team activities' plan. Then, an experimental study was conducted with 43 university students and the effects of TBL instruction were analyzed as follows. First, students who participated in the TBL class showed higher achievement than those who participated in the lecture class, which is a comparative group, especially in the academic achievement that evaluated the acquisition and application of the major concept. Second, there was no significant difference in pretest and posttest results on problem solving ability and cooperative self-efficacy for TBL students. Third, overall satisfaction with TBL class was 4.0, which is high. The discussion of these findings was described, and three suggestions for improving and researching TBL classes were presented.

  • The study looks for keys to provide development direction of digital textbooks based on educational meaning and roles for increasing satisfaction of teacher and student uses in educational activities. In the paradigm shift toward learner-centered pedagogy, digital textbooks have been actively discussed in exploiting the pedagogical ideas, such as multimedia learning, self-regulated learning, deeper learning, and collaborative learning, offered by the technology. In the study, we discuss the concept and historical background of digital textbooks based on the changes of pedagogical paradigm, and then we discuss fundamental functionality, effectiveness, physical and psychological impact, and cognitive aspects to empower the use of digital textbooks in public education system.

A Development of Creative Capstone Design Education (창의적 캡스톤 디자인 교육 방법 개발)

  • This paper discusses the creative capstone design education in Kongju National University and introduce a new operational capstone design education method. The result products are evaluated by self-evaluation and performance assessment that is based on the operational method and procedure of the project. The capstone design teams are comprised of 2~3 students with a individual major accomplishments. All teams are satisfied the criteria of evaluation. And their's self-satisfaction and questionaries are totally 3.88~4.44 point out of 5. Compared with the conduct of previous capstone design project that was not the industry affiliate, it provides students with industrial experience in design and development of industrial solution. And industrial partner must provide funds for student team to design, fabrication and test in next time.

  • This paper will analysis the Jam-O-Drum developed for collaborative musical experience at first. And we suggest the multi-user interactive game system Kom-O-Drum(Korean Jam-O-Drum). By combining velocity sensitive input devices like a korean drum "Jang Go" and computer graphics imagery into an LCD or PDP display, up to four simultaneous players are able to participate in a collaborative approach to game's mission. Also we introduce the input device specifications and application fields of Kom-O-Drum.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 서비스를 제공함에 있어 지능적인 수행 능력은 사용자의 만족도를 높여주는 핵심 요소이다. 시스템의 지능을 부여하기 위해서는 지식을 관리, 처리, 활용하는 기능이 필요한데, 이들 기능은 그 지식이 어떻게 표현되어 있는지에 큰 영향을 받는다. 일차 술어 논리 기반 지식 표현 방법은 폭넓은 표현 범위와 유연한 지식 정의, 추론 방법으로 선호되고 있지만, 복잡한 계산 비용을 갖고 있기 때문에, 전문적인 지식 처리 시스템이 아닌 경우, 불필요한 계산 비용이 소요된다. Description Logic은 Frame기반 지식 표현 방식으로 일차 술어 논리를 사용하는 것보다 지식을 표현할 수 있는 범위는 제한적이지만, 빠른 추론 결과를 보장해 준다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 분산된 다양한 오브젝트들이 협력과정을 통해 사용자에게 지능적인 서비스를 제공하게 되고, 이들 개별적인 오브젝트들은 저사양의 계산능력을 갖고 있다고 가정된다. 그러므로, 저사양의 컴퓨팅 오브젝트들을 조합하여 지능적인 서비스를 성공적으로 제공하기 위해서, 각각의 오브젝트들은 제한된 지식을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Frame 기반의 Description Logic을 기반으로 SUNHI의 표현 범위를 가진 인식론적 온톨로지 표현 언어를 제안하고, SUNHI의 표현 범위의 효율성을 증명하고자 한다.

  • Gannam-gu established 'school digital libraries' in 15 of their elementary schools between September 2001 to October 2002, and now offers library services to both students and residents All expenses and human resources for these libraries are provided by the Gannam-gu and schools provide only their vacant classrooms. This is a good example of combined school-public library The type of combined school-public library can be a useful suggestion for our educational situation. So the purpose of this study is to reveal the actual condition and the efficiency of the library established by Gannam-gu, a well-known case of a combined school-public library.

An Empirical Study concerning the Issues of Working Conditions and Operational System of Archivists in Korea (기록연구사의 근무실태 및 제도운영에 관한 실증연구)

  • Present study conducted surveys and interviews to identify a solution to the issues concerning the work conditions, job satisfaction, and operational systems of archivists working in the Korean government agencies. Job characteristics were measured using the five-factor structures of Hackman and Oldham's(1976) Job Characteristic Models, professionalism, role conflict, stress, and turnover intentions. Job environment was measured in terms of communication, participation, social relations with coworkers and superiors, and job training. Job satisfaction was measured by general level of satisfaction, job meaningfulness, and commitment. Operational systems was analyzed in terms of organizational arrangement, role assignment, personnel management, and collaboration between the national archives and record centers. These analyses produced further implications and suggestions on personnel management of archivists and records managers.
