  • This study proposed a new technique to control of mobile robot based on voice command for (Human-Robot Cooperative operation in manufacturing precess). High performance voice recognition and control system was designed In this paper for smart factory. robust voice recognition is essential for a robot to communicate with people. One of the main problems with voice recognition robots is that robots inevitably effects real environment including with noises. The noise is captured with strong power by the microphones, because the noise sources are closed to the microphones. The signal-to-noise ratio of input voice becomes quite low. However, it is possible to estimate the noise by using information on the robot's own motions and postures, because a type of motion/gesture produces almost the same pattern of noise every time it is performed. In this paper, we describe an robust voice recognition system which can robustly recognize voice by adults and students in noisy environments. It is illustrated by experiments the voice recognition performance of mobile robot placed in a real noisy environment.

Comparative Experimental Study on the Evaluation of the Unit-water Content of Mortar According to the Structure of the Deep Learning Model (딥러닝 모델 구조에 따른 모르타르의 단위수량 평가에 대한 비교 실험 연구)

  • The unit-water content of concrete is one of the important factors in determining the quality of concrete and is directly related to the durability of the construction structure, and the current method of measuring the unit-water content of concrete is applied by the Air Meta Act and the Electrostatic Capacity Act. However, there are complex and time-consuming problems with measurement methods. Therefore, high frequency moisture sensor was used for quick and high measurement, and unit-water content of mortar was evaluated through machine running and deep running based on measurement big data. The multi-input deep learning model is as accurate as 24.25% higher than the OLS linear regression model, which shows that deep learning can more effectively identify the nonlinear relationship between high-frequency moisture sensor data and unit quantity than linear regression.

  • In the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, lifestyle and industrial structures are faced with evolution from IT-based automation to the intelligent stage, demanding talents with software capabilities in various fields. Reflecting these demands, the government has enhanced basic software education for non-majors in elementary and secondary schools as well as universities. In this study, the software convergence education of Non-Majors is proposed to improve the general problem solving ability based on computational thinking and the software convergence ability in the field of their own by developing robot activity. The subjects of this study were 91 students, who were composed of various majors. The class was designed with computing thinking, convergence elements, and creative robot activity. The study was conducted for 13 weeks. To examine the effects of software convergence education through the creative robot activity, this study observed changes in the students' learning outcomes, satisfaction with creative robot activities, and perceptions of other disciplines after class based on pre-diagnosis surveys. The survey asked 12 questions including an understanding of the learning contents, overall satisfaction with multidisciplinary collaborative learning, understanding of other disciplines, and self-evaluation of problem solving ability through creative robot activities, which were compared with that before the class. They answered that their ability was improved.

  • In this study, we investigated a cooperative control system of assembly robots using wireless LAN. We developed two different types of robots to assemble three blocks on a workbench. Robot1 can assemble blocks on a workbench and Robot2 can carry blocks to Robot1. We constructed an ROS-based communication system and shared data. Three blocks and one workbench were recognized by camera-image processing By developing the UI using Windows programming language Visual C#, we evaluated the status of the robots and blocks and controlled the robots. The control system was developed by constructing all elements necessary for cooperative control, such as robot design and fabrication, motor control, ROS-based communication, and image processing. Thus, we completed fundamental tasks required for assembly.

  • 분산 인공지능 분야에서는 여러 개의 기본 객체들이 상호작용을 통해 원하는 작업을 수행하는데, 그 한 예로 행동기반 이동로봇 제어 시스템을 들 수 있다. 이것은 여러 개의 기본 행동 모듈을 개발한 후, 적절한 조정방법을 사용하여 어려운 문제를 해결하며, 행동 네트워크는 행동 모듈들간의 협력과 억제를 모델링 하여 주어진 작업을 달성하도록 행동들의 실행순서를 조정하는 방법중의 하나이다. 정적으로 행동을 선택하는 규칙기반 결합 방법과는 달리 목표에 기반 하여 행동 네트워크는 다양한 행동들의 실행순서를 동적으로 선택한다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 진화 방식으로 설계된 기본 행동 모듈을 행동 네트워크와 규칙기반 방법으로 선택하는 실험을 수행하며, 그 결과 행동 네트워크가 변화하는 환경에서도 좋은 성능을 보인다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • As concrete is used in many construction works, the use of aggregates is increasing. However, supply and demand of high-quality aggregates has become difficult recently, and although circular aggregates that recycle construction waste are used, the performance of concrete, such as liquidity and strength, are being reduced due to defective aggregates. As a result, quality tests such as sieve analysis test are conducted, but a lot of waste occurs such as time and manpower. To solve this problem, this study was conducted to measure the assembly rate of fine aggregate, which accounts for about 35% of the concrete volume, using Deep Learning.

  • 인터넷은 방대한 정보의 집합체이다. 사용자들은 웹에서 자신이 원하는 정보를 검색하여 사용하고 있다. 하지만 웹은 워낙 방대한 정보를 보유하고 있고 사용자가 원하는 정보가 다양해질수록 이러한 정보를 찾는 것은 어려워질 수 있다. 많은 유저들이 서로 다른 기호를 가지고 있는 만큼, 사용자에 따라 다른 형태의 정보를 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 형태의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 다양한 프로그램들이 상호협력하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문은 데이터베이스를 활용한 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 통하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 쉽게 관리하고 찾는 것에 목적을 둔다.

  • This study aimed to analyze the overall operation status of the Bank of Korea library representing the economic library in Korea, investigate user satisfaction and demand, and to propose a direction for the development of the economic library in the future. To this end, a case study was conducted on changes in the external environment of major libraries at home and abroad, and a user survey was conducted. As a result, the future tasks include introducing smart systems, robotics some library services, non-face-to-face service response spaces that reflect the times, introducing big data analysis services, strengthening user-tailored systems, and activating SNS communication. It proposed developing specialized libraries, online reference and research support services, and providing original DBs for publications to strengthen expertise, maintaining and expanding cloud services, maintaining and expanding cooperative projects, and collecting national knowledge and information.
