본 논문은 M-Commerce에 대해 주요 특징 및 장ㆍ단점을 살펴보았으며, 국 내외 M-Commerce의 현황에 대해서도 고찰하여 두었다. 국외 현황으로는 미국, 유럽, 일본을 중심으로 살펴보았고, 국내 현황으로는 기존의 문헌을 토대로 구찰하여 두었다. 이들을 근간으로 하여 M-Commerce구축 시 주요성공요인을 도출하였다. 주요성공요인으로는 비용적인 측면, 화상 및 음악, 게임위주 개발, 개인화된 컨텐츠, 보안을 고려한 개발, B2B와의 연계, 독자적인 M-Commerce모델개발 등으로 나타났다. 이들 주요성공요인에 대한 사례연구로 국내 K이동통신 회사를 중심으로 고찰하여 두었다.

패키징기술센터(센터장 심진기)는 2010년 조사를 시작으로 2년 마다 주기적 통계 조사를 수행하고 있으며, 제3회차 2014년 산업현황 보고를 발표했다. 센터는 패키징 산업통계 조사를 실시함으로써 국내 패키징 산업의 규모와 현황을 분석 및 추정하고 향후 패키징 정책 수립 및 발전 방안 수립의 기초자료로 활용하고자 하며, 주기적 통계조사를 통해 시계열 데이터를 확보하여 향후 패키징 산업 발전을 정확히 예측하고 대응할 수 있는 자료를 확보하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 고에서는 '2014년도 패키징산업현황 보고'의 일부 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

우리는 전자신문사, 한국정보보호산업협회와 공동으로 "국내 보안산업의 기반마련을 위한 현황조사"를 실시하였다. 인터넷의 보편적 사용으로 기업의 사무 환경이 급속히 개방화되어 보안산업의 중요성이 날로 더해감에 따라, 국내 보안산업의 현황파악을 통한 기반 마련을 위하여 실시된 동 현황조사는 정보보호제품의 수요업체(한국CIO포럼 회원(176개사))와 공급업체(한국정보보호산업협회 회원사(81개사))를 대상으로 실시하였다. 응답한 설문을 바탕으로 분석한 통계분석치는 다음과 같다.

최근 기업에서는 사무생산성을 향상시키기 위하여 조직의 특성에 맞는 사무자동화 기기를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 조직에 따라 OA추진 방식이 다양하므로 OA 추진현황을 분석하여 성공적으로 OA를 추진할 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있다면 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라의 OA현황을 조사분석하여 기업이 OA를 추진하는데 가장 적합한 추진방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 개략적인 OA추진운영 현황을 파악한 후 추진특성별 운영방식과 추진운영별 도입성과를 확인하여 OA도입성과를 극대화하는 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구조사를 위해 OA 추진 업체와 OA 관련 종사자를 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과는 대기업의 경우 OA가 일정수준에까지 도달하였으며, 대부분 장단기계획을 수립한 후에 OA를 추진하고 있으나 투자비용 제한, 개발인력 부족, OA기기에 대한 저항감과 같은 문제점을 안고 있는 실정이므로 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 마련하여 OA를 활성화하는 것이 바람직하다. OA실무자는 단순반복업무를 담당하고 있어 업무처리와 관리방식 개선과 같은 근본적인 업무를 거의 하지 못하고 있다. OA도입성과를 극대화하여 성공적으로 OA를 추진운영하기 위해서는 장기계획을 수립하여 추진하고 실무자의 의견을 반영하여 중대형 컴퓨터와 연계활용해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Continuous development of construction industry and enhancement of its global competitiveness must be supported by research and development(R&D) for new technology. However, the R&D investment in Korean construction industry is lower than those in other industries. The R&D investment by Korean government is also insufficient comparing with other governments. This paper investigates the R&D investment status in Korean construction industry and reviews the outcomes of the R&D in relation with construction new technology and patent. Based on the investigations of the present status, new direction of the construction R&D is suggested.

이 논문의 목적은 국내 지진 발생 현황과 대책 방안에 대해 분석해보고 효율적인 방안에 대해 제시하였다. 이 논문에서는 먼저 국내 지진관측망의 현황을 고찰하고, 지진의 기본개념과 국내지진 발생현황 및 대책 방안에 대해 분석을 수행하였다. 우리나라가 현재는 직접적으로 지진에 대해 큰 피해를 받고 있는 것은 아니지만, 앞으로 다가올 수 있는 지진에 대한 활발한 연구가 필요하다. 최근의 일본에서 일어난 지진으로 수많은 인명피해와 재산피해 또한 원자력발전소 파괴로 인한 2차 피해로 현재까지도 정상복구 되지 않은 곳이 많을 정도로 엄청난 물질적 정신적 피해를 입혔다. 이것은 지진파의 전파나 감쇠 또는 증폭 등 지진파가 전달해오면서 겪는 수많은 변화를 예측하고 그대로 실현하기에는 많은 변수가 존재하며 예측 가능하지 않다는 점에서 많은 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 앞으로 국내에서 지진에 대해 대책함에 있어서 사람들의 지진에 대한 인식과 기술개발에 있어 노력을 기울여야 하는 점이 피해를 줄이는 방법이라는 교훈을 남겼다.

본 연구는 국내 D-Space 기반의 11개 리포지터리에 구축된 콘텐츠 현황을 두가지 관점에서 조사하고 분석하였다. 각 리포지터리에 구축된 콘텐츠의 더블린코어(DC) Type 유형을 추출하여 그 현황을 조사하였으며, 2,500여 콘텐츠들을 무작위 샘플링하여 원문 구축현황 및 유형을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 각 리포지터리에는 표준화되지 않은 다양한 Type 유형을 자체적으로 사용하고 있었으며, 원문을 제공하는 방식 또한 다양하게 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각 기관별로 사용하는 39가지의 Type 유형을 9개 유형으로 병합한 기준을 제시하고, 향후 리포지터리 콘텐츠를 수집하는 측면에서 품질관리 정책 수립을 위한 제언과 시스템 구축을 위한 워크플로우를 제시하였다.

The academic information analysis service is including automatic recommendation of reviewers and analysis of researchers' accomplishments. The service of recommendation of reviewers should be processed in a transparent, fair and accountable way. When selecting reviewers, the following information must be considered: subject of project, reviewer's maj or, expertness of reviewer, relationship between applicant and reviewer. The analysis service of researchers' accomplishments is providing statistic information of researcher, institution and location based on accomplishments including book, article, patent, report and work of art. In order to support these services, we designed ontology for academic information, converted legacy data to RDF triples, expanded knowledge appropriate to services using OntoFrame. OntoFrame is service framework which includes ontology, reasoning engine, triple store. In our study, we propose the design methodology of ontology and service system for academic information based on OntoFrame. And then we explain the components of service system, processing steps of automatic recommendation of reviewers and analysis of researchers' accomplishments.

This study analyzed NCS-enabled Web services at colleges. The search scope was based on the NCS Support Center, etc. of the two domestic and one overseas portal sites. Support for the NCS Support Center web service from 12 Junior Colleges was analyzed after the search. There were three categories of NCS-enabled Web services. First, NCS-enabled service status analysis, second, NCS-enabled project status analysis, and third, junior college-specific differentiated NCS-enabled web service analysis were conducted. As a result, NCS-enabled services had more quantitative web pages than NCS-enabled project status services. However, NCS-enabled project status services have been presented with more detailed and practical data than NCS-enabled services. Differentiated Web services were able to analyze what included efforts to maximize NCS Web service support for each Junior College. Based on the results of this study, we look forward to improving the quality of NCS-enabled web services for Junior College education.

This paper explores the current condition of facebook pages in order to provide university libraries with practical ideas in using facebook services. A total of 20 facebook pages of 20 selected Korean and USA university libraries were examined and analyzed in various ways. The research questions for this study are: (1) how well do library operate the facebook page? (2) what are the category and nature of wall posts of library facebook pages. To get the answers to this questions, various checkpoints are developed and applied. The most significant findings are that there are a quite different data of operation and there are similar patterns of posts communication to the Korean and USA university library pages.
