  • 소방산업의 분야는 크게 소방시설의 설계와 감리, 시공, 점검관리, 소방기구의 제조 등으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 근래에 들어 우리 소방산업은 학계, 업계 및 연구기관을 중심으로 지속적인 발전을 가져오고 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 그러나 소방시설의 시공 분야 중 시공관리 부분은 아직도 체계적이지 못한 것이 현실이다. 그러기에 시공관리 부분의 입문자는 실무에서 직접 배워야 하는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 실무를 중심으로 소방시공관리 체계를 구축하였다.

  • 현장실습은 이론 위주의 대학교육과 실무 역량을 중요시하는 산업체 수요를 매칭시켜 취업률을 제고할 수 있는 중요한 수단으로 최근 청년 일자리 창출 및 취업 역량 제고를 위해 현장실습이 중요하게 인식되면서, 정부의 현장실습 관련 재정지원 프로그램들이 다양하게 추진중이다. 하지만, 정부지원의 현장실습 사업들은 서로 다른 운영기준을 제시하여 참여학생 뿐만 아니라, 산업체와 대학에서도 혼란이 가중되고 있으며, 사업 추진 상의 각종 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 특히 이러한 다양한 프로그램이 유기적 연계가 미흡하여 그 고유의 목적을 달성하는 데에 어려움이 예상된다. 이에, 국내의 현장실습 프로그램을 조사하고 산업체, 대학, 학생의 애로사항 뿐만 아니라, 제도적 문제점을 파악한다. 또한 이러한 문제점을 분류하고 통합하여 개선해야 할 사항에 대해 문제제기를 통해 국내 현장실습 프로그램의 고도화를 위한 유기적인 선순환 프로그램 모형을 제시하고 이의 실현을 위한 산학관 주체의 정책 및 시사점을 제언한다.

  • To meet the need for trained work force from the industries, industry-oriented education for students majoring in die & mold in university level is required. If the new university graduates with creativity and high technology could be put right into the work places without training at the work sites, that will lead to remove the wasting factor in education and reinforce the competitiveness of Korea's technology power. Industries would be satisfied with the trained workforce from universities and the rate of employment will be increased. To meet the needs from industries and universities, die & mold design engineering curriculum tailored for industries is developed.

  • It is necessary to make efforts to resolve complaints such as the mismatch of the labor market and the re-education costs for the new employees by acting as the higher vocational education center of the university. This course introduces the case of developing a practical curriculum based on the competency units presented in the curriculum of the application system that meets the demands of the human resources development and the industrial field demands of the machinery area corresponding to the demand of the industrial society. By analyzing the job duties of industry, it is necessary to develop the new curriculum after grasping the level of demand according to the area, and the importance of the ability to equip as a professional technical manpower and to create high performance is increased. It will help to improve the employment rate of students through the development of field-oriented curriculum.

  • As the size of the construction industry becomes larger, there are many tries to change the construction education for growing the pre-engineering who has many directly experience. However, architectural construction education, which requires a lot of practical understanding, is still limited to educational textbooks and field trips. Therefore, this study proposed the development of educational contents which can indirectly experience by combining smart media such as time-lapse, video and animation. Also, we verified the effectiveness of contents developed based on usability, practicality(fitness of education), necessity, possibility of commercialization. We will contribute to enhance the effectiveness of education through building construction education contents that take advantage of contents based on this.

  • In the era of the 4th industrial revolution in order to cultivate excellent human resources equipped with international competitiveness and new technologies the university's engineering education is gradually improving through a number of studies. Comprehensive design in engineering is a course that emphasizes the importance of design education and nurtures future talents that are practically needed in the industrial field. In this study focusing on the researcher's 2019 engineering-related comprehensive design courses students apply new technologies learned in college to actual practice propose creative ideas and develop practical results that solve problems of local welfare facilities. The curriculum was described in which students took the initiative to find problems in community welfare facilities and developed VR contents for disaster response education for the socially disadvantaged. Through this study, students solved the motion limitations of existing earthquake VR contents by connecting them with motion chairs. As a result, it is meaningful that students contributed to the local community as well as cultivating their ability to adapt in the field.

Workplace Learning as a Broadcasting Job Training for the College Students (방송 실무교육으로서의 일터학습 사례 연구)

  • Workplace learning is actually vastly underutilized as of yet even though it is necessary preparation course for the skilled broadcasting people. This paper pays attentions to the workplace learning that carried out by the college students as a class activity to find the way to get a desirable result for the job training. Data obtained from the focus group discussion comprised of 14 college students majoring broadcasting. Based on the results of the discussion, it finds that students faced detailed broadcasting environments let them adjust to and realize the position and role of contents providers who are struggling to survive competitive period. The students experienced informal learning reached to the tacit knowledge - including interview skill, camera and editing details, news framing, and interpersonal relationships - through a various routes such as mistakes, feedbacks, competitions and imitations while they practiced in the workplace. From these findings, this paper can conclude that the lecturers who are leading job training courses need to be concerned and utilize workplace learning actively.
