회사의 안전을 위해서 필요한 것에는 무엇이 있을까? 최고경영자의 안전에 대한 의지, 안전관리자의 능력, 그리고 체계적인 안전시스템 등 여러가지가 있을 것이다. 하지만 그 무엇보다 중요한 것이 바로 생산현장 근로자들의 안전의식이 아닐까 싶다. 현장 근로자들은 '제품생산'이라는 핵심적인 업무를 수행하기 위해 위험요인이 가장 많은 작업현장에서 하루의 대부분을 보낸다. 따라서 이들이 안전을 얼마나 생각하고 실천하느냐에 따라 그 사업장의 안전수준이 결정된다고 할 수 있다. LG Display는 바로 이러한 점을 놓치지 않았다. 산업현장에서 끊임없이 발생하는 산업재해의 가장 큰 원인이 현장 직원들의 안전의식이라고 보고, 이들의 안전의식을 높이는데 많은 투자를 기울여왔다. 'LG Display 안전학교'는 바로 회사의 이러한 취지 아래 설립된 것이다. 자신들의 교육이 산업현장 안전의 초석이 된다는 믿음을 가지고 끊임없이 노력해나가고 있는 'LG Display 안전학교'를 찾아가봤다.

Application of system form is very effective to continuous horizontal or vertical walls of the apartment housing. Though the system forms that are used in the construction field have the advantage of concrete quality improvement and increasing number of usages, there are some problems in reaching early planning scheduling goal due to schedule delay and low productivity. This study is initiated to solve the problem and suggest some improvements searching for reasons that diminish the productivity. A case study was done in apartment construction field where system form was used and the productivity is analyzed by work sampling. Finally, productivity improvements for assembly of the form, internal form and external form are suggested, respectively.

The manufacturing execution system (MES) for product production handles different production processes according to the product characteristics and different types of data according to the process being considered. For efficiently providing the data pertaining to production equipment to production systems such as the MES, data collection through the equipment interface is required for obtaining the production data pertaining to field equipment. In this paper, a method is proposed for collecting the production data through the equipment interface in order to collect the various types of production-equipment data from the field. The proposed method is applied to a real manufacturing system to verify its efficiency. A more powerful MES can be constructed with a data acquisition system that acquires the status data at the shop-floor level.

선모자연농원(대표 양승덕)은 지난 2006년 3월 10일 우리 시대에 맞는 친환경 생산물을 이용해 무항생제, 항산화제로 소비자에게 깨끗하고 신선한 계란을 공급하고자 3년간의 지속적인 연구 끝에 흑운모와 녹차를 함유한 유정란의 품질인증을 받았고, 현재 특허등록을 위해 출원한 상태이다.(출원번호 40-2006-0012500). 양승덕 사장은 흑운모가 황토와 맥반석보다 약 3배 이상 원적외선 방사율(94%)이 높으며 게르마늄 함유량이 36ppm에 이르는 생명의 돌로서 예전부터 흑운모석을 약돌이라 부른 것에 착안하여 산란계에도 흑운모 분말을 배합한 사료를 급여하였다. 본고는 웰빙시대에 걸 맞는 흑운모, 녹차의 기능과 이를 이용해 국내에서 어렵게 생산한 "흑운모 · 녹차유정란"의 특성을 살려 생산하는 현장을 취재하였다.

현대 제지 산업은 대량생산 체제로서 광폭화, 고속화 경향으로 가고 있으며, 생산성과 품질이라는 두 가지 목표가 상존 하고 있다. 여기에 더욱 다양한 공정변수가 삽입되어 기술개발의 범위도 더욱 다양해지고 어려워지는 상황이다. 이에 당사에서는 Pilot Coater의 도입으로 현장에 직접 적용되는 많은 Mill Test의 위험을 Pilot Coater에서 사전 검증함으로써 생산성과 기술개발의 두 가지 목적을 달성하고 있다. 현장공정의 많은 공정변수들을 Pilot Coaterdp 적용함으로서 그러한 변수에 대한 검증 또한 이루어지고 잇다.

최근 전 세계적으로 고령화가 급속히 진행되고 있는 가운데, 우리나라는 세계 최저 수준의 출산율과 최고 수준의 고령화 진행 속도로 인해 향후 경제성장이 저하될 것이라는 우려의 목소리가 커지고 있다. 세계에서 가장 빠른 속도로 '늙어가는 국가'가 된 우리나라는 생산가능인구 감소와 취업자 평균연령 상승으로 노동생산성 저하가 현실이 되고 있다. 특히 인쇄업종의 경우 산업현장에 새로 유입되는 청년은 거의 없고, 취업자의 평균연령은 매년 증가하고 있어 노동생산성 하락세가 지속되고 있다.

This study developed applications that allows truck drivers to record ore production data using smart devices at mine sites and to create a daily work report (operation report) in a PC environment. For this, four operating mines in Korea were selected as study areas, and daily work reports used there were investigated. The information elements included in the daily work report of each mine were analyzed. Because the information to be collected for writing ore production data and format of report are different for each mine, four types of applications were developed for the study areas. Ore production data could be recorded by receiving a signal from a Bluetooth beacon and by operating the application directly by the truck driver. The collected data files are uploaded to the cloud server, and the uploaded data files can be converted into a daily work report using the developed applications in a PC environment.

Local Mechanical work is researched which spending unnecessary labors and time due to unnecessary material accumulation and fabricated on site. Accordingly, this study analyzes the work process of mechanical equipments by Lean Production principles. Value Stream Analysis(VSA) uncovers waste factor of the existing method and manufactory production method using Value Stream Mapping(VSM). In the results, this study presents improvement of the existing method problems and negative factors of manufactory production.

1. 가시적인 PM(Product Model)의 구조와 자료구조의 미존재로 PM의 실체가 아직 개념적 수준에 머무르고 있다. 2. Physical통합 PM보다 Logical 통합 PM이 요구된다. 3. 광의의 PM 보다 협의의 PM개념에 의한 시스템 개발이 요구된다. :Step by Step 4. PM이 반드시 문제해결의 만병통치약은 아니다. 5. 설계.생산.관리의 각 부문별 고유특성을 살리고 무리한 단일 PM개발보다 Interface 가능을 갖는 중간자의 개발(경우에 따라서 직접 Access 할 수도 있음.) 을 통해 각 부문별 정보의 PM으로의 표현을 용이하게 하여야 한다. 6. 기존의 시스템, 개발중인 시스템, 개발예정 시스템등을 무리없이 순조롭게 통합하기 위해서는 현실적인 정보통합수단으로서의 PM 설계가 요구된다. 7. 생산현장의 각 공정별 자동화 설비 및 운용 소프트웨어, 이것으로부터 생성되는 각종 정보등을 관리할 수 있는 공정 별 생산정보시스템은 필수적으로 요구되는 시스템이다. 8. 자동화된 생산시스템에서의 PM과 생산현장의 POP(Point of Porduction)시스템과의 연계는 필수적이다.
