An Experimental Study on the Structural Performance of Lightly Reinforced Concrete Frame Retrofitted with Concrete Block and Cast-In Place Infilled Wall (블록 끼움벽과 현장타설 끼움벽으로 보강된 비내진 상세 철근콘크리트 골조의 구조성능에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • In many other countries framed structures with inadequate lateral strength and stiffness have been strengthened by providing reinforced concrete infilled wall. There is a general agreement among researchers those infilled walls have 3-5times greater lateral strength compared with bare frame. The main objective of this research is to investigate the behavior and strength of reinforced concrete frames infilled with concrete block and cast-in-place reinforced concrete panels used for strengthening the structure against seismic action. For this purpose three 1/3 scale, one-bay, one-story reinforced concrete infilled frames were tested under reversed cyclic loading simulating the seismic effect. The results indicate that infilled walls increase both strength and stiffness significantly under lateral loads. Especially Strength capacity and initial stiffness of CIP infilled wall increased 3.8 times and 6.6 times higher than lightly reinforced concrete frame.

Behavior Analysis of Assembling Soil Nailed Walls through Large Scaled Load Test (대형파괴재하시험을 통한 조립식 쏘일네일 벽체의 거동분석)

  • Soil nailing system can be mentioned to a method of supporting as the shear strength of in-situ soils is increased by passive inclusions. In the general soil nailing system, facing walls are used in two kind of a lattice concrete block or a cast in placed concrete wall. A case of lattice concrete blocks is used in slow slopes greater than 1(V):0.7(H). Also, a case of a cast in placed concrete wall is used in steep slopes less than 1(V):0.5(H). The cast in placed concrete walls are constructed to 30 cm thick together with a shotcrete facing. In this study, the assembling soil nailing method as a new soil nailing system will be proposed. This method is assembly construction using precast concrete panels with 20 cm thick. So, the ability of construction and the quality of facings can be improved more than a conventional soil nailing system. This method can be obtained the effects that a global slope stability increase, as precast concrete panels are immediately put on cutting face after excavating a slope. In this study, confining effects of concrete panels using the assembling soil nailing system were found out by large scaled load tests. In the tests, the load-settlement relationship to an assembling soil nailing system due to the stiff facings as concrete panels appeared to be better than a typical soil nailing system with shotcrete facings.

  • 본 연구에서는 엘리베이터 용량, 속도, 제어방식, 아파트 건설공법(현장타설공법 및 조립식공법), 승강로의 벽 및 천장구조 등 여러 요인별로 현장에서 엘리베이터 운행시 소음.진동량을 실측하고 문제점을 파악한 후, 현형 설계여건을 고려하여 PC구조아파트에 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 저감공법을 제시하였다.

  • Although a range of machine excavation methods are in wide use, including casing, earth drill and reverse circulation drilling, deterioration in pile quality and faulty construction can be often found these days because of trouble in the construction field. For this study, research was conducted in the form of a survey of construction engineers working in the field in order to identify the types and the causes of trouble by focusing on all casing, earth drilling and reverse circulation drilling. By analyzing the causes of trouble, countermeasures could be presented. The data and the analysts presented in this study could be effectively used for minimizing trouble in future machine excavation work during construction.

  • Recently, the top & down method with drilled shafts as a foundation of high rise building is often adopted for the purpose of construction period reduction and construction cost effectiveness. It is common to omit the loading test as a quality assurance on account of the high capacity of drilled shafts for the top & down method. It seems that the capacity of drilled shaft in recent top & down method is beyond that of conventional loading test method. However, the quality assurance for the drilled shaft as foundation of high rise building becomes much more important since the drilled shaft should bear much higher working load. A small scale test pile can be an alternative as a quality assurance for the drilled shaft with hish capacities. Through a case study, this paper gives an idea for solving the limitation of the conventional loading test method for the quality assurance of drilled shaft with high capacities. In particular, this paper analyzed the scale effect for a small drilled shaft installed into bedrock, which could be used for an alternative.

  • The size of TV and TFT-LCD are bigger and bigger for the next generation exposure equipment install that existing fab are getting a lot of additions. When the new fab build an extension that the shortening of the construction and non-vibration are use cast in place concrete pile method. In this study when lay the foundation of existing fab adjoin use vibration monitoring system are rotator type all casing method among cast in place concrete pile method. The evaluation of ground vibration of rotator type all casing method effect to precision equipment and vibration area of influence.

고속철도 PC Box교량 잭업을 위한 교각코핑부 안정성 검토

  • 경부고속철도 제7-2공구 현장은 충청북도 영동군 심천면 초강리에서 영동읍 화신리에 이르는 총연장 10km의(182k800∼199k800) 고속철도 노반공사 현장으로서 총 연장 중 교량공은 3.6km, NATM터널 2.6km, 그리고 토공 3.8km로 구성되어 있다. 이중 교량공은 PC Box 연속교(2@40m, 2@25m, 3@25m 등)가 주를 이루고 있으며 가설공법으로는 현장타설공법인 FSM(Full Staging Method) 공법을 채택하였다. 교량의 받침 형식으로는 고정단에는 포트받침 그리고 가동단에는 탄성받침이 적용되었다(참조 : www.ktx7-2.wo.to).   • 본 연구에서는 케이싱을 영구부재로 사용함으로써 기존의 현장타설말뚝과 비교하여 시공 성,품질균일성,경제성, 내구성 등을 검토한다. 연구결과 케이싱을 영구부재로 사용하는 경우, 케이싱의 재사용을 위한 인발작업이 불필요하게 되고,말뚝길이전체에 대하여 케이싱을 사용한다면 R.C.D공법에 서 적용하는 슬러리공벽보호공정이 불필요하므로 시공성이 향상되는 것으로 판단된다. 케이싱을 영구부 재로 사용하는 현장타설말뚝의 지지력은 일반 깊은 기초의 지지력을 산정하는 방법과 동일하게 구해질 수 있다. 대구경의 영구케이싱이 있는 현장타설말뚝을 시공한다면 공내에 간단한 장비와 인력을 투입해서 선단부를 그라우팅방법 등으로 강화시킴으로써 선단지지력을 효과적으로 증대시킬 수 있을 것이다. 또한 케이싱 내부로부터 미리제작한 구멍을 통하여 그라우팅, 전단키(shear key) 등을 주입 또는 압입 함으로써 주면마찰력도 크게 향상될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
