토목공사장에서 암파쇄 작업은 경제성과 안정성에 지대한 영향을 미치는 작업이다. 본 논문은 대전지역에서 수행된 암파쇄 공법 설계 및 시공사례로서, 현장암반의 특성을 고려한 적정발파공법을 선정하기 위하여 대상 지역의 지질현황을 조사·분석하고, 또한 민원이 첨예한 도로개설 공사장에서 시험발파를 실시하여 이를 토대로 암절취 공법을 선정하여 시공한 사례보고이다. 대전지역의 지질은 선캠브리아기의 변성암류와 변성퇴적암류 및 이를 관입한 심성암류와 중생대 화강암으로 이루어져 있는 복잡한 분포를 이루고 있다. 사례연구 대상 현장은 편상구조가 현저한 관입 편상화강암 및 화강암질 편마암으로 구성되어 있었으며, 시험발파 및 분석결과를 기초로하여 25.5m이내 지역은 HRS 등 무진동 파쇄공법의 적용을 제안하였고, 25.5∼36m 범위의 대부분 지역은 진동제어를 할 수 있는 제어발파공법을 권장하였고, 기타 진동 영향권에서 비교적 안전한 것으로 나타난 지역은 소발파공법을 적용하도록 제안하였다. 제안된 안에 따라 설계를 보완하고 시공한 결과 문제의 발생없이 성공적으로 시공이 완료되었다.

Urban development and the expansion of electrical resistivity surveying applications have increased the need for soil and underground structure investigations on paved surfaces. Traditional methods involved drilling through the pavement or surveying surrounding soil. Recently, non-invasive surveying techniques have been developed. This paper analyzes these methods, categorizing them into galvanic methods (including drilling and flat ground electrodes) and capacitive coupling methods. By examining case studies, it suggests selecting the appropriate method based on the pros and cons of each and the specific site characteristics. The paper also discusses the applicability and limitations of electrical resistivity surveying through various examples.

본 연구에서는 교각구조물의 안전도 평가를 위하여 먼저 대상구조물을 선정하고, 현장조사에 의해 구조물의 제원 및 손상도를 조사하였으며, 구조해석 결과에 의해 휨에 대한 안전성 검토 및 전단에 대한 안전도 검토를 강도설계법에 의해 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 수행된 풍하중을 고려한 교각구조물의 구조안전도 평가 사례는 차후의 교각구조물 안전성 검토에 대한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.(중략)

2009년 4월에 신월성원전 건설현장의 차수벽이 파손되면서 해수가 유입되는 사고가 발생한적이 있다. 이때 주민의 요구에 따라 사업자와 주민이 참여하는 공동조사위원회가 구성되어 침수구조물에 대한 안전성을 공동으로 평가하였다. 최근에는 주민이 참여하는 지역공동협의회를 구성하여 방폐장 안전성을 확인하였고, 삼중수소 방사능에 대한 역학조사를 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 경주 지역에 원자력현안 발생 시 지역주민이 해결과정에 참여하여 성공적으로 해결했던 사례를 살펴봄으로써, 현재 사회적 해결 과제로 떠오른 사용후핵연료 공론화 과정에서 고려해야 하는 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다.

This qualitative study investigated preservice teachers' understandings of the ontology and epistemology underlying constructivist notions of learning through four in-depth interviews. Of the sixteen participants in a larger study, five significantly changed ontological and epistemological beliefs and eleven did not. This study focused on these eleven teachers who have hardly changed their philosophical beliefs throughout the teacher education program. Ten teachers who consistently maintained the scientific realist beliefs were presented as a composite case (Young's case). Among the eleven teachers, there was one outlier who had consistently maintained an idealist and relativist epistemological position from the beginning of the study and was subjected to another case analysis (Ben's case). These cases corroborated the assertion that each individual's deeply entrenched ontological and epistemological beliefs are very hard to change. For researchers, this study offers insights into the reasons that preservice teachers give for non-changes in their thinking about learning to teach. The study also examines preservice teachers' perceived constraints in implementing their ideal pedagogies and the influence of the teacher education program on their pedagogical beliefs changes. The benefits and influences of the M.Ed. program's theoretical coursework and the field experiences on these teachers' learning-to-teach experiences are addressed with rich data. The implications for teacher educators as well as for the instructional practices of preservice teacher education programs are discussed. This research emphasize necessity of the field-based teacher education program and the need of empowering experienced school teachers as teacher educators in teacher preparation and professional development.

도로절토사면을 지속적으로 관리함에도 불구하고 집중호우 시 도로절토사면 붕괴로 인한 피해가 속출하고 있다. 이러한 절토사면 붕괴에 의한 피해를 최소화 하기위해 각종 신공법들이 개발, 도입되고 있으며 IT와 접목된 상시계측시스템도 많은 현장에 적용되고 있다. 국토해양부 각 지방국토관리청 산하 국도관리사무소에서 관리중인 절토사면 중 현재 상시계측시스템을 운용하고 있는 현장은 총 93개소이며 이들 현장들에 문제가 발생할 시 즉각적으로 경보시스템이 작동하여 붕괴에 의한 피해를 최소한으로 줄일 수 있다. 또한 시스템 작동에 차질이 없도록 정기적인 현장 점검이 이루어지고 있으며 2008년 3월경에 한국건설기술연구원, 한국시설안전공단, (주)GMG에서 합동현장조사를 실시하였다. 이 현장조사 결과를 토대로 전국국도 상시계측시스템의 현황 및 특성, 상시계측시스템의 문제점 및 개선방향에 대하여 분석하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전국 국도 사면 중 상시계측 시스템이 설치된 현장에 대하여 암종별, 규모별, 지역별로 분석을 실시하였으며 특히 상시계측시스템이 설치된 현장 중 붕괴발생현장 및 붕괴위험 현장에 대하여 붕괴특성분석, 유지관리 사례분석 등을 실시하였다.

We identified objectively the ignition spot of real fire scene and electrical machinery and appliances in sections which were acted for fire cause. By pointing out the actual condition of dealing electronic devices and researching the way of solution, I will presents the fundamental materials which will help to prevent recurrence.

항공기의 이륙단념(Rejected Takeoff) 사고는 흔히 발생하지는 않지만, 발생하면 큰 사고로 이어지는 경우가 대부분이다. 제트기에 의한 운송서비스가 본격적으로 시작된 1959년부터 2000년 까지의 이륙단념 사고사례를 조사해 본 결과 총 94건이 발생했다. 사고사례 모두가 활주로 이탈로 이어졌고, 그 주요 원인은 이륙결심 속도를 넘어서 조작을 시작했기 때문이라고 미국교통안전위원회(NTSB)에서 발표하였다. 이런 결과는 미국 항공우주국(NASA)의 준사고보고제도(ASRS)에서 조사한 자료에도 비슷한 결과가 나온 바 있다. 따라서 항공기 운항의 기준이 되는 항공기 비행규정(Airplane Flight Manual)을 만들 때 적용하는 미국연방항공법(FAR)상의 이륙단념 전환시간이 국내 현장조종사에서도 적합한 지에 관해 연구하였다.

작년 7월 태풍 에위니아와 집중적인 호우는 강원도 지역에 많은 피해를 주었으며, 특히 강원도 인제, 양양, 평창 등의 지역에서 수십 명의 인명피해와 재산피해를 발생시켰다. 이로 인해 집중호우로 인한 사면 붕괴 및 산사태, 토석류 발생사례 및 하천과 인접한 도로 성토사면 붕괴 사례 등의 조사가 실시되고 수집된 자료를 분석, 문제점 제시 및 많은 대책방안들이 도출되었다. 이에 본고는 작년 수해현장들을 다시 찾아 수해복구 방법들을 조사하였으며, 수해복구사례를 소개함으로써 매년 여름철 발생되는 집중호우에 의한 자연재해 예방에 몸 담고 있는 관련자 및 토목기술자들에게 수해 저감 및 대책방안에 대한 일례를 전하고자 한다.
