기업에서 Competitive Intelligence의 개념을 적용하는 것은 기업의 상이한 활동 영역간의 장벽을 제거함과 문제에 대한 현실적이고 총괄적인 접근 방식을 전제로 한다. 물론 이러한 접근 방식의 목적은 의사결정권자들에게 실질적이고 활용할 수 있는 해결책을 제시하기 위함이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of maker education program using the virtual reality content creation platform on the creative problem solving ability and learning flow of elementary school students. To achieve this purpose, we selected a virtual reality content creation platform that elementary school students can handle and share easily, and analyzed its effectiveness by applying the educational program in which the step-by-step activities of the TMSI model were reconstructed in relation to virtual reality content production education among existing maker education teaching and learning models. Through this study confirmed that the maker education program using the virtual reality content creation platform has a positive effect on the improvement of creative problem solving ability and learning flow of elementary school students.

철학은 문제와의 사상적 대결이다. 보편적인 철학적 문제가 역사와 현실의 프리즘을 통해 굴절되는 다양한 색깔을 포착하지 못할 때, 철학적 글쓰기는 관념의 감옥 속에 갇히게 된다. 철학의 거품현상 속에서도 '이성'의 문제와 연관된 일련의 작업들은 의미있는 일이다.

주어진 계획량을 최소의 비용으로 생산하는 것이 제조 공장의 최대 관심사이다. 단일 공장의 경우 제품의 종류에 따른 최적의 생산량만을 결정하면 되지만, 복수의 공장의 경우 각 공장에 따라 제품별 생산원가의 차이가 발생하기 때문에 복수의 공장일 경우 단일 공장과 같이 간단하게 제품별 최적 생산량을 결정할 수 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 몇 가지 현실적인 가정 하에 복수의 공장에서 제품별 최적 생산량을 결정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 즉 현재 생산이 가능하지만 현실적인 조건으로 인하여 생산하지 않는 제품의 생산 원가를 추정하고, 이를 바탕으로 각 공장별로 제품의 최적 생산량을 결정하는 문제에 대한 모델을 제시하였다.

This paper suggests a collision techniques for a higher reality in augmented reality by processing collision between a real object obtained through video frame input and a marker-based virtual object or a virtual object from Opengl. Augmented reality system is providing the visual information containing a virtual object added to the real environment and interactive interface between objects and between user and objects becomes a more concerning interest. But the collision problem is essential to the interactive interface and has to be solved first. Therefore, the proposed system suggests a solution for it to increase the realism and the immersion by validating the collision among a marker-based object, a virtual object from Opengl, and a real object obtained through web camera, that is, video frame.

Today, Hospital Information System that integrates ubiquitous technologies are introduced in limited basis due to problems like standardization and limits on medical use, where responsibilities lie, legal safeguard on transmission, invasion of privacy etc. Particularly, problems like absence of tag design suitable for medical environment, compatibility issue with previous medical information system. In order to solve such problems, we have designed medical tags for the first time that are consistent with future ubiquitous environment by deciding on medically suitable field with 96bit tag offered by EFC as its base. Second, improving on previous multi-tag recognizing crash prevention algorithm, we have designed a priority anti-collision algorithm that reflects priorities on the needs in medical environment.

The purposes of the study were to introduce a new approach in overcoming career problems of adolescents with multicultural backgrounds, and to explore public views on their careers. Using the Q-methodology, the types of perception toward multicultural adolescents' careers and their features from diverse views were drawn, Data from 35 participants and 34 statements were analyzed by using the QUANL-PC program. The identified perception types were classified as four types: neutral perception type, economic hardship perception type, lack of career training perception type, and lack of professional support perception type. The results found that views toward career problem of adolescents with multicultural backgrounds are neither positive nor negative, and their perceptions were more varied and specific beyond the dichotomy. Therefore, to promote the careers development of adolescents with multicultural backgrounds, more individualized career supporting strategy should be provided based on the applicable perception types.

본 논문은 성 통합적 관점에서 가족정책의 재구조화에 대한 논의를 전개함으로써 몇 가지 주목할 만한 결론에 도달했다. 첫째는 가족정책의 관점이 노동하는 주체의 관점에 섰을 때 일과 가족 양립의 문제가 특정성의 문제가 아닌 보편적 시민의 문제가 된다는 점이다. 즉 허구적 믿음에 근거한 공 사적영역의 분리를 (성별구분 없이) 노동하는 주체의 관점에서 통합시킬 때 공적가치인 정의의 문제와 사적가치인 보살핌의 대림이 해소될 수 있다는 것이다. 둘째는 노동주체로서 남성과 여성의 통합성과 현실적 문제로써 여성과 남성의 차이에 근거한 '이해'의 상이함을 반영하기 위해서는 가족정책의 틀은 가족 구성원이 노동하는 장소에 따라 구분해야 한다는 것이다. 셋째는 가족정책의 틀에 따라 가족정책을 가족영역과 시장영역으로 나누었을 때 가족정책의 내용은 가족구성원이 노동권과 부모권(모성권+부성권)을 실현하는데 장애가 되는 요인들을 완화 제거하는 정책이어야 한다는 것이다. 마지막으로 가족정책의 방향은 여성과 남성이 생계부양과 보살핌의 책무를 함께 나누게 하는 것이다. 이는 노동하는 주체의 관점에서 허구적인 공 사적영역의 분리를 통합시켜 내는 것으로, 궁극적인 가족정책의 지향점이라고 할 수 있는 보편적 일과 가족 양립을 실현하는 길이라는 것이다.

문항반응이론(IRT)에서 문항특성곡선(ICC)의 모수를 추정하는 경우에 발생되는 초기값(initial value) 문제를 비선형 로지스틱모형을 선형 회귀모형으로 근사화하여 해결하고자 하였다. 특히, 신규 또는 잡음이 섞인(local fluctuation) 문항의 직접적인 평가와 소규모집단별 검사가 이루어질 수 있는 현실적 문제에서 모수추정의 대안으로서 그 의의가 있을 수 있다.

CAD시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있는 필자의 경험을 토대로 하여 현재 CAD시스템의 도입을 검토하고 있거나 혹은 관심을 가지고 있는 설계사무실의 입장에 서서 결코 만만치 않은 가격의 CAD시스템을 어떻게 이해하고 활용할 것인가 하는 것을 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 지면사정상 깊이있는 이론적 설명은 배제하고 사무실에서 부딪히는 현실적인 문제를 위주로 기술하였으므로 경영하자 CAD책임자에게 특히 도움이 될 수 있었으면 한다.
