대한무역진흥공사(KOTRA)에서는 21세기 국제화, 정보화, 개방화 시대에 부응하기 위해 종합무역 정보연구센터 건립을 추진, 민간업체의 신공법 및 기술개발과 다양한 기술도입을 통한 쾌적한 환경조성의 효과를 기대한 설계시공일괄 입찰(Turn-key) 방식으로 설계경기를 시행, 총 9개 업체가 참가한 결과 지난 4월 21일 무영건축/형진건설 안을 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다.

충주시에서는 청소년 뿐만 아니라 일반인의 교육연수기능 확대와 충주시의 전통과 문화유산으로 길이 계승하고자 청소년수련원, 택견전수관, 우륵당 건립을 위한 기본계획 설계경기를 실시하여 지난 7월 29일 결과를 발표했다. 총 5개 사무소에서 출품한 이번 설계경기에서 다애건축(대표:최성규)안이 당선작으로 선정되었으며, 가작으로는 신세대건축(대표:조구현)안과 가화건축(대표:강석후)안이 각각 선정됐다.

대전직할시 중구청에서 국내 최초의 노인 종합휴양시설인 '실버토피아' 건립 현상공모를 실시, 지난 2월 16일 심사결과를 발표, (주)건설종합기술공사(엄채영) + 양우.나우.다리건축(조인숙)안을 당선작으로 확정했다. 총 4개 작품이 출품된 이번 공모에서 우수작으로는 창우.정(이근+오희영+이근흥) + (주)우대기술단(양현승)안이, 장려작으로는 상화건축(목대상)+(주)삼화기술단(조연재)안이 각각 선정됐다.

Owing to the mass-housing policies of high-density and high-rise, the residential environments in Korea have come to be uniform and monotonous. Nevertheless, the design competitions introduced for the first time in 1980s have Played significant roles in developing the fresh ideas and concepts in housing design. And in our country, the land of the gradient $0-9^{\circ}$ that is able to plan as level sites come up to 32.5% of the total land and the land of the gradient $10-29^{\circ}$that should be designed by considering the characteristics of the sloping sites is 53.2% of the whole. For that reason, the development of the apartment housing in the sloping site has been done largely to solve the issues associated with the scarcity of the land. Therefore, it is very meaningful job to see the various design methods on the basis of the characteristics of the sites, particularly gradient, by analyzing the prizewinners in the design competitions. In this context, the research analyzed the works that won the design competition after 1990, and organized the types of the block plans and the design characteristics applied in our residence housing. Secondarily, it classified that types by the gradient and analyzed statistically and compared the numerical value.

중소기업진흥공단에서는 중소기업이 생산하는 소비재 뿐 아니라 중간재와 부품류도 판매하며, 공장과 소비자를 직접 연결함으로써 싸고 질 좋은 물건을 공급하게 될 전용백화점 건립을 위한 설계경기를 실시, 이미지가 독창적이고 내부공간의 기능성을 잘 살린 점을 평가받은 범건축(강기세)안을 지난 3월 31일 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다. 지명설계로 치뤄진 이번 설계경기에는 총5개 사무소가 참여했으며, 우수작으로 예건축(박춘명)안이 선정됐다.

노원구청은 급변하는 사회여건 변화에 부흥할 수 있는 가변성, 융통성 있는 공간구성과 경제성 및 관리측면과 기능의 합리성 및 환경과의 조화와 예술성을 갖춘 건물을 건립하고자 현상 설계 경기를 실시한 결과 당선작으로는 '이리 건축사사무소 + 나우건축사사무소'의 안을, 우수작으로는 '(주)종합건축사사무소 명진터 + (주)종합건축사사무소 온고당'의 안을, 가작으로는 '(주)종합건축사사무소 삼부'의 안을 각각 선정, 발표하였다.

Owing to generalization of design competitions and BTL since 2000s, fresh ideas and concepts had never seen before tried positively. As a result, school design methods in Korea has been more developing. Therefore, to analyze ideas that have been proposed in competitions is important to help developments, for the layout patterns of elementary school designs in the future. Based on these context this study is the most important purpose for analyzing and classifying layout patterns in prizewinners of elementary school design competitions As a result of the analysis, the layout patterns are classified into 8 types : 1) ㄱ type, 2) ㄷ type, 3) ㅁ type, 4) F type, 5) P type, 6) 工 type, 7) ㅌ type, 8) free type.

인천광역시는 산업단지 및 신도시지역의 지속적인 개발로 전력수요 증가에 대한 전력공급의 안전성 확보를 위해 부하 밀집지역에 적합한 154㎸ 옥내변전소 건물 표준형 개발 및 설계도서를 확보하기 위함이며, 21C를 향한 미래지향적인 복지국가 건설과 문화발전에 선도적 역할을 다하고 지역의 특성을 접목시켜 친환경적인 변전소를 건립하기 위해 현상설계경기를 실시한 결과 당선작으로 '(주)에이ㆍ포스트 종합건축사사무소'의 안을, 우수작으로 '건축사사무소 도우건축'의 안을 각각 선정, 발표하였다.

남서울역사는 경기도의 서부 중앙에 위치하여 서울시청에서 남서쪽으로 17km, 광명시청에서 남쪽으로 6.7km 떨어져 있으며, 인천, 시흥, 안산, 수원을 비롯하여 평촌, 산본, 과천 등 수도권 신도시들로 이루어지는 위성도시군의 기하학적인 중심에 놓인다. 또한 인천-성남, 서북부수도권-서남부수도권 지역을 잇는 광역 도시화벨트가 교차하는 광역생활권 교통의 요충지로 지난 95년 5월 10일 현상설계경기공고를 하여 총 14개 작품이 접수된 결과 95년 8월 22일 무영건축(대표 손광민)안을 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다.

강원도는 석탄산업의 쇠퇴에 따른 지역경제의 활성화와 고원산악형 관광레저 도시로서의 태백시 위상정립을 위해 태백 국민안전체험 테마파크 현상설계경기(턴키)를 실시한 결과 당선작으로 '(주)공간건축사사무소 + 간삼파너트스 건축사사무소 + GS건설 컨소시엄'의 안을 선정, 발표하였다.
