莊子是中國古代著名的哲學家,著有《莊子》一書. 《莊子》的認識論思想是一個複雜的體系,包含著豐富的內容. 庄子的认识论思想不同于一般的认识论思想,其特色在于不是正面分析知识形成的各种条件和知识的有效性,而是根本上就对经验知识和人的认识活动采取否定的态度,即"反知". 庄子的反知是根据外在事相存在的流变性和相对性,人的认识能力之局限性,得出经验知识极其不可靠的结论,进而将经验知识贬斥为 "小知",要求 "去知". 但庄子并未停留于此,在否定了一般的认知和经验知识后,他提出以"道"为对象的 "真知 ",并提出特殊的得道途径. 本文對《莊子》的認識論思想的主要內容進行了系統的闡述,著重分析和探討了《莊子》認識論思想的理論特色,包括認識的相對性,直覺的認識方法等,最後論述了《莊子》認識論思想的理論貢獻和現代價值.

In this study, we examined the sense of tradition and cultural traditions which make up Japanese ubiquitous society. These include the traditional elements which affect the lives of contemporary Japanese people. In this research we looked for various media (mobile phones, blog, characters goods, cinema) which appeared in the traditional elements. The results of the study are as follows: The traditional elements which affect contemporary Japanese lives include modern devices such as use of anonymous "blogging", mobile phones "youth culture"(especially by males), and "cute" character vocabulary use (especially by females), while traditional values(yakuza, sumo, human relationships) are represented in Japanese cinema. Through this study, we have found the points where traditional Japanese culture and cultural sense have been reinterpreted and affected both directly and indirectly through modern media. This study contributes to cultural research by delineating the various stimuli to consider for successful content service adoption in a global setting, which can account for differential impacts across regions. The results not only help develop a sophisticated understanding of customer behavior theories for researchers, but they also offer useful knowledge to those involved in promoting culture content to potential purchasers.

Unlike the era of manufacturing-oriented industrial economy in the past, the era of service economy has characteristics intangible goods center, knowledge universalization, and expansion of needs, and many things that are of the economy are changing. In the past, the change in the environment was not fast, so even after analyzing the changed environment and deriving the talent needed for the company, it was possible to maintain a talent for the organization for a long time, so it is not proactive to build and apply talent. It became difficult to manage effectively. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted a normative study for deriving a desirable talent model rather than a descriptive human resource model. Human resources image suitable for the modern service economy era, the modern economic society and modern spirit were analyzed and reflected. The model in which the two opposing members of the organization, managers and employees, interact intensely and balance dialectically. A desirable talent in a modern organization must play the role of a manager, and the management and talent models in a modern organization can be said to be connected to each other like the front and back sides of a coin. The philosophy of human resources was presented in five dimensions: human, historical, social, economic, and management. The human resource model from eight factors: mastery, rationality, wisdom, customer orientation, innovation, flexibility, autonomy, collaboration. This study suggested that general talent model may vary depending on the company's type, empirical follow-up studies are needed the talents in each company in the future.

인터넷으로 대표되는 네트워크와 휴대전화의 결합으로 문자 그대로 지구규모의 디지털사회가 출연하게 되었고 사회제도와 공공의 정보기반도 그것을 반영한 형태로 변화하고 있다. 차후 디지털사회를 얼마나 안전한 것으로 만들어 가는가는 국가$\cdot$사회의 기반으로서 그 존속에 관계되는 중대한 문제이며, 기업 비즈니스에서는 사활(死活)을 건 비즈니스 문제가 되었다. 이들을 지탱하는 정보기반의 핵이 바로 암호를 중심으로 하는 정보시큐리티이다. 여기서는 현대 사회에서는 왜 암호$\cdot$정보시큐리티가 필요한가, 그 역할과 의미는 무엇인가, 어떠한 응용분야, 과제가 있는가를 전망해본다. 또한 암호란 무엇인가, 그 안전성의 의미란 무엇인가, 컴퓨터나 통신의 디지털기술과는 어떤 관련이 있는가를 역사적 배경과 최근의 동향을 바탕으로 언급하고, 현대암호의 성립, 정보시큐리티의 적용형태, 미쓰비시(삼릉)전기의 기술적 활동에 대하여 언급한다. 앞으로 전개되는 디지털 사회의 동향으로는 두 가지의 특징을 들 수 있다. 우선 휴대전화의 세계적 보급, 인터넷접속기능 장비의 발달로 현재 인터넷 유저(사용자)의 규모를 훨씬 능가하는 음성교신이 가능한 모바일인터넷의 출현이 예상된다. 모바일인터넷이 잠재적으로 갖는 안전상의 취약성을 극복하기 위해서는 암호$\cdot$정보시큐리티 기술은 보다 고도의 것이 요구된다. 또한 장래의 양자(量子)컴퓨터이 출현 등 분자레벨로 육박해 오고 있는 반도체$\cdot$광소자$\cdot$통신기술에 앞서 현재의 디지털암호에 의한 시큐리티기반의 안전성에 대한 한계가 거론되고 있다. 디지털사회의 안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 장래를 내다본 기술의 추구가 요청되고 있으며 그 대표적인 것으로 양자역학의 원리, 광기술, 디지털기술을 통합한 양자암호가 있다. 미쓰시비전기는 2000년 9월에 일본 최초로 양자암호의 실증실험에 성공하여 조기 실현화를 지향하고 있다.

Traditional role of library is focused on the book collection and its reference service. However, library should be stressed the need of educational activity in the future. This study described to classify the roles of public library, which are book collecting and its reference services, educational activities, event place service for region community. Observation survey on the public libraries in Boston and its Vicinity shows that public libraries have various children's programs and they are getting more important roles. Public libraries of case study have done not only the roles for reference service space but also the informal lifelong education institute for region community. Library as the informal lifelong education institute deserve special emphasis on the development of education program.

건축에 있어서 이론과 실제의 관계 문제는 오랫동안 건축 담론에 대한 주요 대상이 되어왔다. 이는 건축에서의 발전이 역사적으로 동시대의 사회적, 문화적, 경제적 환경의 진화와 더불어 진행되어 왔기 때문이며, 건축작업 선상에서 대두되는 이론과 실제의 관계와 맥락성이 건축의 주체성에 매우 중요한 요소로 여겨지기 때문이기도 하다. 1960년대부터 불거진 포스터모던주의의 사고적 영향은 건축분야의 의미와 가치에 있어서 학문과 실무분 야에서 새롭게 재조명되기 시작하였고, 기존 건축고유의 영역을 벗어나, 역사, 이론, 비평, 기술 및 디자인 분야로 확장되어 새롭고 다양한 접근 방법과 그 방식에 대한 고민을 추구하기 시작하였다. 건축작업에 중요한 근거를 제시해주는 비평적 사고를 유지하기 위하여, 이론적인 아이디어에서 실질적인 실무로서의 투사방법, 그리고 그 사이의 절충을 지속하기 위함은 특히 현대사회에서 더욱 복합적이며 다면적인 질문이 되고 있다. 이 논문은 건축의 투사 방법에 있어서 현대 건축가들이 자신들의 이론적인 관점과 그 관점을 건축적으로 가시화 시키는 관계성을 관찰하고, 어떻게 본인만의 논리와 프로세스를 추구하고 지속하는가에 대한 점을 연구하는데에 그 목적이 있다.

The process of German collective housing planning is meaningful in examining comprehensively deploying aspects of planning foundation through defining the ideology of modern and contemporary architecture in the process of providing housing followed by social changes while rebuilding the country after two World Wars in combination with the population concentration in cities after the Industrial Revolution. We outline the characteristics and understand the types of collective housing, and the background of their interaction with urban contexts overlapping social situations and historical processes; by means of the process, the planning and designing typology which is commonly adjusted to contemporary collective housing after examining them could be understood as being aligned with the extension line of interconnecting the process of modern and contemporary era.
