Modern Society is tuning to the wide organized social structure with highly varieties. To the cultural aspects in these days of the late-indusoial society, due to the post-modernism. This kind of trend was found in overall fields of studies. Therefore, the post-modernism is to be a kind of a modern spirit ruling over the late 20th century. Post-modernism is a vague expression, that was begun to appear in various artistic intellectual, ideologic trends with a repulsion of modern design after the World War II. The present age as a modern society slews a distinguished mark of undifferentiation disorganization and relaxation, disassembling of social structure. With the study on the background of occurrence, character and philosophy for the post-modernism, the theoretical background of post-modernism could be seen. According to the influence of post-modernism, the minimalism, retro-design, kitsch-design, deconstructionism-design deconstructionism-design, new materia1-design and cyber-design shown on each trend of modern industrial design were studied.

Humans before modern society were concerned about "what kind of being the humans are." Human beings who have gone through this age of thinking incorporate their existence into capitalism. Marx (Karl Heinrich Marx; 1818~1883) asks 'what kind of job do you live in?' After that, we get into the modern society, in which human beings ask themselves questions about the hidden existence of the subject of desire. A hidden being is an existence concealed by language. We will diagnose this as language labor and develop a critical mind. We are both the subject of language and those of language labor. Jacques Lacan(Jacques Lacan;1901~1981)'s psychoanalysis pays attention to the subject who escapes from the labor of language. In the remaining place of language labor, there are invisible ethics. In this text, we'd like to reveal the hidden meaning of the subject who resists the labor of language.

현대사회에서 내 집 마련은 가정의 안정적 유지를 위한 기본적 요소이다. 그러나 지난 5월 통계청에서 발표한 '1/4분기 가계수지 동향'을 기준으로 가계소득 329만 1,000원인 도시근로자가 대출이나 부모의 도움 없이 저축만으로 내 집을 마련하는데 걸리는 기간은 서울 25평 아파트 20년 9개월, 32평형은 27년 5개월 걸리는 것으로 집계됐다. 그렇다면 '사회복지'라는 커다란 영역안에는 어떠한 형태의 집들이 존재할까? 우리나가 거의 대부분의 사회복지기관, 시설들은 지방자치단체에 의해 법인에게 위탁, 임대되어지는 것이 대부분이다. 물론 국가가 법인직영의 반위탁 형태로 운영되는 곳도 있지만 아주 극소수이다. 우리나라 지역복지의 핵심 주체인 지역사회복지관의 경우(한국사회복지관협회, 2005) 사회복지법인 289개소, 재단법인 47갯, 사단법인 9개소, 학교법인 22개소, 지방자치단체 직영이 14개로, 거의 대부분의 복지관이 민간위탁으로 운영되고 있다. 대부분이 전세집살이를 하고 있는 것이다. 이번호에서는 이러한 민간위탁의 미흡한 제도와 과정에 대한 현장의 소리를 들업고자 한다.

In current society, there has been rapid change in process towards the information society from the industrial society. Cyberstalking can be regarded as a kind of new comer in the issue of contemporary crimes. The Cyberstalking has been focused on famous people and entertainers in th past, whereas more seriously, the range of victims has expanded to the public in recent. Form this aspect, the goal of this study is establish the cyberstalking by considering causes, characteristics and suggest legal, social methods.

The Protestant Reformation that erupted 500 years ago has influenced all aspects of society and have become a crucial stepping stone to modern times from the Middle Ages. The purpose of this study was to show the reformational characteristics of the social welfare revealed in the process of the Reformation in the 16th century and how they apply to the Modern Christianity, especially from the view of the missional church. Therefore, in the main body, the two doctrines of Justification by Faith only and the Priesthood of All Believers were based on the Luther's Reformation were examined. A researcher confirmed that his Reformational characteristics concerned about second-class citizens and disadvantaged such as the weak faith, women, and the social situations were considered all the time in his Reformation. There were three characteristics of Luther's social welfare reforms: relief activities, education businesses, and economic policies. In addition, a researcher discussed some suggestions that the missional church can apply to its ministry for creating a healthier community.

While the constitutional states emerged in the period of the constitutional monarchies to protect freedom and property of citizens from a illegal trespass of monarchs, the passive role of the constitutional states to protect them was changed in the modern parliamentary democracy in which the state is to play an active role to realize the basic rights. Today the state giving chances and social benefits to citizens plays a very important role so that the people may to enjoy a free life as a citizen. In the modern parliamentary democracy the role of the state, therefore, is transformed form passive roles to active ones realizing the basic rights for citizens. The active role of the state to embody the basic rights asks the parliament to bear more the responsibility for making laws than ever before. In the modern welfare state social rights are also recognized as a basic right. In this sense the parliament should play a active role to realize the social rights. But the Korean parliament excessively turns over his legislative right on the basis of a delegated legislation to the Administration. It does not fulfill its responsibility for which the modern parliamentary democracy asks. To realize the social rights the Korean parliament should play a more active role.
